WWhy can't I edit my payment settings and put back my card? . iTunes Store won't allow me too, it keeps saying Cannot connect to iTunes Store, please check your info or contact www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/.

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag
- click on the Contact Support at the bottom of the left-hand column
- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
- then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

    Sounds like the device is in recovery mode. You will need to restore the phone. See this support document for instructions. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808

    don´t be worry, this would not be a problem.
    You have to take the same Aplle ID on both devices, then you can sync them via iTunes by using all universal apps on each device, create playlists, albums and all the things you need and sync it, no problem...

    I am having a lot of trouble with trying to use my debit card on purchase of itune apps or music. Whenever i put my card information in it tells me that this card is invalid. But there is no way that my card is invalid because i just got it last week. So the only thing i haven't done yet is call my bank to check and see if all my bank statements match but if they do then have no idea what to do to get this to work with my computer, ipad mini, or ipod    HELP! PLEASE!

    I am having this same problem and I have even contacted my bank. The address they have is EXACTLY the way I am typing it.  It does match.  I do not understand.

    I think it has to do with the way that you order thru ATT. When you order, they put a hold on your account for the purchase amount. In 3-5 days( for PNC) when PNC doesn't see the purchase go thru, they release the funds. ATT will take the money when your phone ships. If you go to the Apple store, they don't take a deposit. They put your name on the priority list and you only give your card when you pick your phone up.

  • I can no longer purchase anything at the iTunes store.  I get error 45064

    For the past 18 months I have not been able to purchase items here in Germany.  My situation is a bit odd, I have my computer and  IP in Germany, my billing is a USA account.  I continually get error 45054.  No matter what I do, it does not work. I've even gone so far as to cancel my account and delete all iTunes files, nothing works.  However, when visiting the USA, I brought my laptop, joined iTunes and was able to purchase music. However, the second I tried to do so, with the same laptop, after returning to Germany, I received the same error notice.
    I suspect it's a tax issue, music purchased here in Germany through iTunes is significantly more expensive than the USA site.  I'd like find out if an iTunes technician can figure this one out, perhaps even remoting into my computer.

    If you are in Germany then you can only use the German iTunes store - you have to be in a country to use its store, using a country's store when not in that country is a violation of the store's terms (terms that you've agreed to) and Apple could permanently disable your account.

    This appears to have worked for at least one person : -45054 error on 1 profile, but not the other
    Or you could try the troubleshooting on this page which has been posted in response to a couple of 45054 threads : Can't connect to the iTunes Store - Apple Support
    If they don't work then you could try asking in the iTunes For Windows forum on here.

  • I can no longer activate my CC apps on my desktop, whenever I try to sign in I get an error stating I'm offine or the clock is set incorrectly.

    As the header states, since yesterday I can no longer activate Any CC app on my desktop. But on my Surface Pro 2, that is online using the same internet connection over Wifi, I can activate my apps just fine.
    I switch between working on my tablet and desktop sometimes, and deactivating and activating my subscription on both worked just fine until yesterday.
    I tried activating offline, but that doesn't seem to work either, because I can't get a Request code.

  • We have two users that have been using Creative Cloud for almost a year. Recently, sometime in the last 4ish weeks, the users can no longer run Creative Cloud apps. (Yes, our subscription is paid.) Error simply says administrator access is required

    We have two users that have been using Creative Cloud for almost a year. Recently, sometime in the last 4ish weeks, the users can no longer run Creative Cloud apps. (Yes, our subscription is paid.) Error simply says administrator access is required to install. The apps have already been installed. The users cannot run them unless they are in the local admin group.Using "Run as admin" does not work. It gives the same error.
    I have opened a case with adobe support and was basically told to suck it up and put the users in the admin group. Actually, what was said was that it is "mandated that the users have administrative rights". 
    There are a couple of things wrong with this. It was working for both users until recently - a recent required creative cloud update. The users have never been local admins yet the apps were working (poorly, but working).
    We are in an enterprise environment and users simply do not have administrative rights on the computers.
    I have changed permissions on all adobe folders, granting users or authenticated users modify or full control rights, did the same in whatever Adobe registry HKLM keys I could find. Nothing has allowed the users to run the apps - unless they are put in the local admin group.
    Someone has to have a fix for this. Adobe apps have proved to have far too many vunerabilities to even entertain the idea of elevating user rights. I can't imagine that enterprise environments are allowing this.
    Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for your response. The users in question are "standard" domain users. We do not reduce users permissions below the standard level.
    The apps do not load with their current standard user permissions.
    The thing that makes this odd, is that up until recently they did this issue with cloud apps. The only way I can make it work for them now is to put them in the local administrator group on their pc's - which is not going to happen.
    This is what they now see. As I said before, this was not a problem up until recently they would see all their available apps. If I put them in the local admin group the apps are listed without having to install. Everything is there, just not accessible to the user.

    1. System Preferences > Flash Player > Advanced > Delete All
        Press “Delete All” button under “Browsing Data and Settings”.
    2. Install Adobe Flash Player.
        System Preferences > Flash Player > Updates
        Press the “Check Now” button.

        Download it and quit Safari from Safari menu in the menu bar.
        Follow the prompts to install Adobe Flash Player.
