    Let's see. You tried to purchase items three or four times and each time it didn't work. So why would you expect that a fourth (or fifth time) would suddenly work?
    Have you contacted the developer of the game to see what the problem is?

    The updating in Pakistan may have caused removal of FaceTime.  You can check by either:
    Swipe down on the home screen so you get a search field at the top and keyboard, and type FaceTime and search...see if it finds it.
    You can also go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout and if FaceTime is on the iPhone it will reappear.

    How did you contact the support?  Use the link below.  Did you buy the Gems on the same device as you are using now? This kind of in-app purchase is not transferable and you will not see the gems on a different device.

    My nephew accedently bought "gems" in clash of clans inapp purchases. I need to redeem the accedently spent money so I can use it for moor importation situations.
