Hi,
There is a major annoying bug where you can only add 2 people or less to a skype group voice call if you are hosting on the xbox one so I have to keep using my mac instead.
Please fix this

Hi Shawn, as Derek mentions above we are actively working on increasing our limits for group calls hosted on Xbox One.
The console is designed to provide an optimal experience for gaming and multitasking. To ensure that your group call continues seamlessly when Skype goes into the background - with a game or another app running fullscreen - Skype calls need to fit within a tightly constrained resource budget. Both the Skype and Xbox team are working hard on optimizations to increase these limits

This happens if the file is no longer where iTunes expects to find it. Possible causes are that you or some third party tool has moved, renamed or deleted the file, or that the drive it lives on has had a change of drive letter. It is also possible that iTunes has changed from expecting the files to be in the pre-iTunes 9 layout to post-iTunes 9 layout,or vice-versa, and so is looking in slightly the wrong place.
Select a track with an exclamation mark, use Ctrl-I to get info, then cancel when asked to try to locate the track. Look on the summary tab for the location that iTunes thinks the file should be. Now take a look around your hard drive(s). Hopefully you can locate the track in question. If a section of your library has simply been moved, or a drive letter has changed, it should be possible to reverse the actions.
Alternatively, as long as you can find a location holding the missing files, then you should be able to use my FindTracks script to reconnect them to iTunes .

Can only add music with Autofill from Library (not working with playlists)

I can only add music using the Autofill feature and it will only work when the main music library is selected. Autofill does not work when a playlist is selected and I can not add music directly by dragging songs from a library or playlist as described in the owner's manual.
Is there something wrong with iTunes, the iPod or is this user error?

You're right it's the same for me.
I don't know as you mentionned whether it is an user error or not but I've got 2 iPods now, one is 60 Go color display (60Go) and the other received yesterday is 2G iPod Shuffle (Clipod). I can't drag songs from 60Go nor to iTunes Library neither to Clipod Music. The autofill function works only from iTunes Library where I've got 5 songs only (new MacPro), somebody knows how to export 60Go music to iTunes Library ?

Can't add participants to a chat

The "+" option in the Participants window isn't available and therefore i can't add participants to a chat. If I right-click my mouse over the "+" button, i see the names of available buddies, but receive this error when I try to add them:
"NSInternalInconsistencyException:
Can't add partipants in this mode."
What mode am I in that is preventing me from adding buddies to a chat??

An instant message is intended for use when one person intends to send a message to another specific person without anyone else being able to see what was sent or discussed. A chatroom is intended for more than two people to exchange messages for all of the participants to see.

This started happening to me on my iPhone 4. Some text messages show only the numer they came from and those same numbers do not show the contact name in my calls list, even though the contacts are saved and synced via iCloud. I have tried to save different versions of the number in the same contact, but it won't work. If I call one of the recent numbers though, the conact comes up. I have tried reseting and restoring to no avail.

For some reason the "Add Participants" feature no longer shows up when I click the + (plus) sign during a live call. I just upgraded to the latest version 6.21.x (Oct 11, 2014) and the problem remains. Can anyone assist me with this? Thanks in advance.

I made this same complaint issue back on version 13 moving to other versions of firefox. Firefox should display the Green , blue colours by default as they did in version 13. It should be built into Firefox. The new version after version 13 only show a weak coloured text which is difficult to see. However other browsers like Opera, chrome do have the proper visual coloring.

I can not add a new appointment to a shared calendar in Outlook 2010. I can see the calendar and appointments in it (all appointments are marked as busy, the detail can not be seen. I want it to do this) and I can and a New meeting to the shared calendar
but I can not add just an appointment.
I do not want e-mail being sent to the owner of the shared calendar everytime I add something.
When I view the appointment that im creating in the shared calendar the New appointment button is greyed out but the New meeting button is available.
The permision on the shared calendar for the user is:
Custom
Read = none
Write = create items, create subfolders, edit own
delete = Own
Other = folder visable

Do you have any mobile device?
How many users encountered the issue, all users or some user?
At first, I suggest you recreate outlook profile.
At second,
use PFDAVAdmin

RV220W can only add 9 PPTP user accounts

I have the RV220W and we are mainly using PPTP for VPN access. I can not add more than 9 PPTP VPN user acounts. When I go to add a tenth account the interface just hangs and stops responding. I can delete a user and then add another user and this works fine. I can also add other types of VPN users. I have upgrade to 1.0.3.5 but this did not help. Could someone let me know how to fix this?

Yes(192.168.50.1 to 192.168.50.10). But I am not talking about concurrent usage. I am just trying to add PPTP user accounts. If I delete a PPTP user account it will let me add a PPTP user account. However, It will not let me add more than 9 PPTP user accounts. When ever I try to add a tenth PPTP user account the interface hangs and does not complete.

Can't add list element when calling a method from another class

I am trying to call a method in another class, which contains code listmodel.addElement("text"); to add an element into a list component made in that class.
I've put in System.out.println("passed"); in the method just to make sure if the method was being called properly and it displays normally.
I can change variables in the other class by calling the method with no problem. The only thing I can't do is get listmodel.addElement("text"); to add a new element in the list component by doing it this way.
I've called that method within it's class and it added the element with no problem. Does Java have limitations about what kind of code it can run from other classes? And if that's the case I'd really like to know just why.

Can only add mp3s to itunes by dragging individually, not through "Add to iTunes"

Obviously this poses a problem when you have 350GB of music to transfer..
Some background: I am a former PC user who sought a technician to recover files from a crashed PC hard drive. The technician recovered all files all transferred to an external HD (unfortunately not Mac formatted) and I connected to a new 4GB Mac mini. After transferring music files to a desktop folder, I can see my entire former itunes folder but around half of all files are grayed out. Sometimes it's the band names, sometimes the album or track names. My understanding is that these are hidden files, but after using the "killall finder" in terminal it does not change anything. If I go to "Add to itunes" I can pull up the folder but none of my music appears for me to sellect. I can individually drag any files (black or grayed) into itunes and they will work - they'll populate and back up in the mac's music files.This is the kicker, though - the grayed out mp3 are now black. They appear normal. The frustrating part is I can't shift files en masse, i can't only shift them by drilling down the file tree in my music folder and dragging groups of mp3s one album at a time. It would take me months and months of doing this to get everything onto itunes. PLEASE HELP! I cannot find any other examples of this on the net!! Is there software that can make itunes "see" the files again and enable me to import all at once?

There is nothing whatsoever misleading about how FactTime is described by Apple. It works EXACTY as stated. If you are mislead, it's due to your inadequate reading comprehension or lack of effort reading what Apple actually said.
There is no "international" standard for cell phone video calling. Most other phones use proprietary systems or 3rd party apps such as Skype (which also works on iPhones). FaceTime is on WiFi internet connections only because all carriers have refused to allow it on their cell networks due to the huge number of iPhones. The FaceTime standard is open source and other manufacturers are free to implement it, but have refused so far.

How do I, or can I add a tap-to-call or tap-to-text link to a pdf document?

I'm making a pdf for my newsletter and I wanted to make my phone number a link that would brink up the dialer on a smartphone. I'd also like the email URL to bring up the email app. I now howto do this on html sites, but the code doesn't seem to be working for Acrobat. I used the create and edit link feature but still not getting the results I want. What other options do I have? my focus is reaching people on mobile devices, via digital marketing. Mail does not do newsgroups. You will need a third-party news reader. There are quite a few, and you will find them at VersionTracker or MacUpdate.

I can only add 5 songs at a time on itunes!

Every time i need to put a lot of songs in itunes, i highlight the whole folder that i need to add to my library, it doesnt go into itunes, so i tried highlighting only 10 songs, then 7, then 5 and all five go in! it only lets me put in around 5 songs at a time! I have to then go back and put 5 more in and it ****** me off! How do i put more then 5 songs in at the same time, especially since i started from scratch and need to put all 2,300 songs that i have?

Make a folder. Put the files you want to add to iTunes into the folder. In iTunes use the add folder option under the file menu. Select the folder you created.

Can Only Add Cert Template through Command Line (Can't use GUI)

I am hoping somebody can figure this issue out.
We have a Server 2008 Enterprise 32 Bit server running AD certificate Services. Plan was to migrate the server to 2012 R2 (64 bit). I went through the migration guide and everything was going great until I went to add a new template after the
fact. After duplicating a template and changing the settings, I went to Cert Templates on the CA and did a: new --> Certificate Template to Issue. Sadly, the cert I created did not show up. I deleted it, and did it again, still it
did not show up. I figured something was wrong with the migration since this work previously, so I followed the guide and recovered everything back to my original 2008 Enterprise server.
Everything is back to where it was before except this problem of not being able to add new certs to issue through the GUI has stayed. I can add them using command line:
certutil -setcatemplates +TemplateName and they show up and are usable.
Why can't I do this through the GUI?
