Can't browse for iPrint printer

Question

Anyone else had this issue? Running ZCM 11.1a on SLES 11.2 server. A separate SLES10.3 server runs iPrint and LDAP. When I try to configure a printer policy using iPrint printers, I get to the pop-up dialog box where I am to browse the tree to select the iPrint printer. That box will not browse the tree. It doesn't matter from which workstation or browser I access ZCC, I can't browse the tree. I have used several valid LDAP user credentials.
I am pretty much at a loss as to where to even start looking for ans answer. Restarting the ZCM server didn't do it. Any thoughts out there?

I had the same problem, turns out that there is a bug that if you log in
to ZCC with an admin account that is also in the User Source this will
happen. You must use an admin account that is local to the ZCM Domain,
such as the default Administrator account that was set up when you
created your ZCM Domain. This drove me crazy for weeks after I upgraded
from 10.3.3 to 11.2.
