Can't login to application anymore

Hi guys
I can't login to my appilcation anymore (single node install) 11.5.10.2
I get the loginscreen (apache working. DB workin with same logins as before). But as soon as I enter password and click to enter I get the following error:
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Application: FND, Message Name: FND-INVALID APPLICATION. Tokens: APPL = fnd; (Could not lookup message because there is no database connection)
and then later in the stack:

Hi,
FND-INVALID APPLICATION. Tokens: APPL = fnd; (Could not lookup message because there is no database connection)This is a generic error and cannot help here (provided that the database and the database listener are up and running).
Do you think I should update the profile options with a SQL update to the base table? (This is only a play env so I dont' mind.) I just wonder if the system even gets that far when logging in.I would not recommend updating profile options directly, instead use an API.

What account password? Are you saying you change the password to your Hotmail email account?
If so did you make the changes on your iphone in message settings?

Can't install air applications anymore...

I'm a flex developer who has been working with air for a few months now. I've been using Air 1.5 and decided to update to 2.0 today. I downloaded and installed and even restarted. Now when I try to open an air application, (ive tried a few) it tell me I need to install air. I click continue and it just sits there. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, restarting, downloading other air apps and rummaging through any log file i can find. I'm running OSX 10.6.3.

I tried moving, adding and removing languages and logged-out and back in. Same problem. At this point I am not running 1.5.3 anymore. I uninstalled and reinstalled 2.0.3 since the airappinstall.log and airinstall.log files were empty.
At the end of the install, after I clicked finished it then gave me the same error as before:
The only item in the consol log listed is:

Then, when I double click on an air application (that is already installed), it asks to install (okay?) and it gives my the same error in the log while it sits on the installer.

Application is decide's following security objects:
application policies,
credentials,
users and groups.

when I deploy application on weblogic server, I choose settings "DD Only: Use only roles and policies that are defined in the deployment descriptors".

I deployed application. I run main page. The appendix to ask to enter a name of the user and the password.
I enter the data which are active in the appendix in the Jdeveloper, but it is not possible to enter. There is a reinquiry of the data of authentication.

in web.xml i can see the following entry:

<realm-name>jazn.com</realm-name>
</login-config>
<security-role>
<role-name>valid-users</role-name>
</security-role>
So the first question is : Have you created any Custom Security Realm in the Weblogic server named: jazn.com ?
If yes then the entry is correct and if you are using the default security realm i.e. myrealm then you can simple remove this particular entry: <realm-name>jazn.com</realm-name>
in the weblogic.xml file :
<security-role-assignment>
<role-name>valid-users</role-name>
<principal-name>users</principal-name>
</security-role-assignment>
and the user name that you are using is : TEST_USER1
So, have you created any Group in the weblogic realm named: users
If not then create a group in the weblogic server named: users and then also create a user in the weblogic realm named: TEST_USER1 and assign the user TEST_USER1 in the group "users".
Let me know if this let you login to the application.

I can not login into skype anymore from skype prog...

Hello there, I had an account which is blocked with no a clear reason from skype, they told me that it had some suspicious activites and all i did is adding my friends' accounts simultaneously and skype support told me to create another account and there is noway to get the old account back which had about 100 important contacts on it and I lost them all and I can not retrieve them now even I asked the support to just backup my contacts and send them to me and they refused, after this I can not sign into skype from my PC. The next step i did was to create another account to start over from the beginning again, I signed into it from my Android device. I Added some of my friends who were on the old account - just about 5 - 7 friends -without being confirmed the request and this account also got blocked and I can not sign into skype with any other account from my android device. Now there is noway to use skype from my side and I dunno what the wrong i did and how can I solve this problem before I think of another alternative better than skype. Thanks in advance.

You didn't really specify what happens when you try to sign in.

Can't login to hp eprint: eprint forwards to hpconnected forwards to eprint...

I can't login to eprint anymore. Which means I can't change my eprint settings, authorized email Adresses, check my printers - I'm simply looked out. So the "service" is funamentaly broken to me.
The reason? eprint is now hp connected for some reason (probably some marketing people which care more about branding than if the product actually works).
I am forwared from eprint login to hp connected, wich forwads me to the eprint login to hp connected... it's just an endless loop.
It seems switzerland was just changed to hp connected a few days ago, but the forums are full of users which experience the same issue already 6 months ago, in september 2013.
It seems that the english / us page is the only one where all the new forwards are correct, international pages seem to be fundamentaly broken.
Of course this does not hinder HP to continue the worldwide rollout, instead of fixing the bugs.
So now it hit me - I am looked out from HP connected, or should I call it HP disconnected?
What can I do? I tried different browsers and computers with no luck.
And - DO YOU EVER TEST? And do you do on your international pages or just the us one? It's not the first time I had issues with the HP page which constantly forwards to broken links and dead-ends, well, wich is not to surprising consindering what a mess of hundreds of systems and servers patched together by random forwads the whole page seems to be.
If you change your website and services make sure the changes work befor you go live.
I rely on eprint, but have to learn relying to an HP service seems to be a bad idea.

As I already wrote, the hp connected site redirects to the hp eprint site within a fraction of a second.
My country and region is set to switzerland, and it never was set to anything different.
If I try to reset the password (also aready did this), which I only can do on the eprint site, because the hp connected site immediately redirects me, I get a message I already changed to hp connected and i should do so there.
Guess what happens if I press "switch to hp connected" on this pop up.
Right. I am redirected to the eprint login screen.
I made a series of rapid screenshots so you can observe the adressbar with its redirection orgies from hell.
Problem is your stupid hp disconnected site immediatly spits me back to eprint, does'nt matter what I try to do.

Can not login to Oracle Application Express after upgrade to 3.2

I installed oracle database express and then I upgrade APEX to 3.2 on it. I got the login page but I can not login by using any account, like SYS, SYSTEM. From the document, internal ADMIN account should exist but I did not see it from dba_users table.

I did run apxchpwd.sql to change the Application Express ADMIN user password. Then I invoked http://mymachine:8080/apex and got the Application Express login page. I put ADMIN in workspace and ADMIN in Username and the new password. But I still cannot login. I also tried http://mymachine:8080/apex/apex_admin page login. I typed ADMIN as username and the new password. Then I clicked on Login button. Nothing happened. No error message.
Any idea?
By the way, what does apxxepwd.sql do?

Try Apple/Command + space.
For the future, go to system prefs/accounts/login items and check the box for Show Input Menu on Login Screen.

It sounds like you essentially have a new computer and unless you restored from a backup your iTunes library would be empty. You can transfer your iTunes purchases from your iPod to the computer by:
iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to a computer
SInce you changed syncing computers. after you move the stuff you need to restore the iPod to factory defaults and sync the stuff back to your iPod. If you had the iPod backup file you could restore from backup.
If you have non-iTunes pruchases you can copy them to your computer by using one of the third-party programs discussed in this previous discussion:

Logic 8 will probably run on your new machine but the installation program contains some older PPC code for pre Intel Macs. This was not a problem as all OSX versions contained the "Rosetta" PPC emulation, that is, up until Lion when all PPC emulation was dropped.
There are ways to do this however, try searching Google for: Installing Logic 8 under Lion or Mountain Lion.

You cannot download the same Apps that you have on your iPhone. They are two seperate stores.
The store you have on your iPhone is the same for any iDevice (iPad, iPhone and iPod)
The store on your MacBook is only for Macs.

The following Knowledge Base article addresses the very issue you're describing:
iTunes 11.1.4 for Windows: Unable to install or open

Check for .dll files
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes and C:\Program Files\iTunes and look for .dll files.
If you find QTMovie.DLL, or any other .dll files, move them to the desktop.
Reboot your computer.
Note: Depending on your operating system, you may only have one of the listed paths.
Uninstall and reinstall iTunes
Uninstall iTunes and all of its related components.
Reboot your computer. If you can't uninstall a piece of Apple software, try using the Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall Utility.
Re-download and reinstall iTunes 11.1.4.
