I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF TRYING TO GET PAST DUMB MACHINES SO THAT I CAN JUST PAY MY BILL.
YOUR SYSTEM WON'T LET ME REGISTER. EVERY WEBSITE AND PHONE OPTION THAT I TRY WON'T LET ME GET PAST DUMB MACHINES THAT CANNOT COMPREHEND THE SITUATION.
I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 4 WITH A 2-YEAR PLAN, CAN I PLEASE GET A VERIZON HUMAN BEING TO NOTICE ME AND COMMUNICATE VIA EMAIL OR ANYTHING SO THAT I CAN JUST PAY MY BILL AND GET ON WITH MY BUSY LIFE.
I HAVE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.
I HAVE PERSONAL INFORMATION.
I JUST RECEIVED A 24-HOUR PAY YOUR BILL TEXT MESSAGE FROM VERIZON WIRELESS, WHICH, OF COURSE, WAS SENT BY A DUMB MACHINE SO IT IS USELESS TO REPLY.
I AM IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY AT THE MOMENT.
CAN SOME VERIZON HUMAN BEING FIX THIS PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF MANKIND.

  • Can't access "My Verizon" after moving, can't pay bill online

    I just moved into my new home. Before moving, I used Verizon Fios tripal play without contract. Now I use Verizon Fios double play on contract. Everything else looks fine, except for my online account. I can't see "Bill and payment" part of My Verizon any more, immediately after I placed the moving order, although I can still log into my account as usual. It seems my old username and password are still valid. The log in process seems normal. I still have access to the verizon e-mail service. But every time when I try to open the "Bill and Payment" page, it shows "We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience."  Heck! I've been trying again and again for Three weeks! I also don't have access to " My rewards". It says: "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page." "My Service" part is also abnormal. I can't see my current plan. It seems I have access to the "Profile" part. I have tried twice to call I-800-Verizon. They can't help. Can somebody here help me?

    Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
    Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.

    I am trying to pay my yearly $19.95 fee due for my verizon email domain name and it won't allow me to access my account or make a payment online.  When I call customer service they tell me that I have to do it online and gave me a non-working web address.  I need help in getting this paid ASAP so there is no interruption in my email services.  Thanks you.

  • How can I pay my prepaid bill with a Verizon Wireless gift card?

    I have a prepaid account and when I switched to Verizon I traded my old iPhone in and was given a $200 gift card from Verizon. I made sure that you can use the gift card to pay your bill. But when I go into My Verizon, I can't find a place to pay. Does this mean that you can't pay on a prepaid ALL SET plan with a gift card?

    I know that you can use two credit cards to pay an item but the problem is that i can only put the billing address of just one of the credit cards, and since the two cards are from different people (my parents) i can't do it. They live in the same place so i don't know if i should just put one of the billing address.

I have let it load until NFCU asks me if I want to cancel the session, a much to long of a load time. Has anyone else reported having this issue with NFCU or Mozilla Firefox 3.6.18?
    I have also posed the question to NFCU, currently awaiting response and will share what was given.

    I can access the Chase Bank website and log in. I can only use bill pay with other browsers. I can access bill pay but after that if I manually put in the date to be paid since I can't use the calendar they have I can't get past verify

    Go into Settings, iCloud on your iPad & iPhone. Turn streaming on there. I did that when I first set up my phone & iPad & have not had any problems. It will only stream over new photos so take one on your phone & see what happens. I hope that works for you.

  • Can't pay off pre-order to join Gamer Club Unlocked in weekly ad?

    So I got the Best Buy ad this moring in the paper and saw the "Join Gamers Club Unlocked for $30 when you buy any new game $39.99 or above." Knowing I still had 3 preorders outstanding, I called up the Rewards Zone 866 number and asked them if I would be able to take my preorder in and just pay it in full to satisfy the requirement so I could join. Of course is what I was told and just to take my pre-order receipt into customer service. 
    I head into Best Buy in Castleton, Indiana (#229) and head to customer service as told with the ad and explain I called the RZ 866 number and they told me to bring it to them. After the lady handling the registered called someone, he told me that it would be no problem and he would just have to cancel my preorder and then to just pull the game card and one of the Gamers Club Unlocked cards and the register would take care of it. 
    Then that is when everything went South. 
    I hand the individual the two cards and he proceeds to tell me I could join the GCU for $30 when I buy a game. When I told him I wanted to pay in full for the game he told me I could not do that because "it's two different systems." I explained that I had already spoken to the RZ folks as well as customer service and then he told me "well I should know, I'm the video games guy." I then told him I would just come home and call the RZ folks again, asked for his name and store number which he gave me in a smug tone and I left. As I was walking out the sliding glass doors he said "have a nice day" in a condescending tone. That set me off. I turned and asked the security guy for a manager to complain about the terrible customer service and attitude and the manager was apathetic in helping me. After explaining what I was trying to do, he said he "thought" he could help me. At this point I was overly annoyed so I told him to forget about it and left. 
    If you look at the add, nowhere does it say you can't pay in full for a preorder game to satisfy the requirement. Obviously it can be done because the folks on the 866 number said it would be no problem and I've seen multiple posts on several video game forums of people doing it at their local store. This is probably the third time in the last year I've had issues with associates at this store on advertised deals. So what gives? Lack of training? Employees that just don't care? 
    So now my dilemma is do I go to another location to see if they can help me or do I just cancel all of my preorders and find a new retailer?

    Enuf is spot-on: since in-store pre-order deposits are not considered to be actual purchases, bundle offers such as our current Gamers' Club Unlocked promotion do not apply. If the title you reserved is released and you pick up your copy while the offer is still in effect, then you would be able to take advantage of the bundle savings during the final sale. Otherwise, you will need to purchase another title $39.99+ to be eligible.
    As far as why your thread was moved is concerned, all My Best Buy Gamers' Club-related inquiries -- including those on promotional offers, benefits, and pre-order bonus certificates -- belong in this board.   • On the "Make a Payment" option, can I pay a 3 month advance?

    For example, my monthly bill is very consistently around $55. I'm not sure how my financial situation will be during the next few months. But right now, I can afford a big bill payment. I currently am caught up with what I owe, and my next bill that I get won't be till around 09/10/10 and won't be due until early october. Using the "make a payment" option, can I make a payment to Verizon of $165 in advance, so I don't have to worry about my cell bills in the upcoming months where my financial situation and income may be up in the air?

    well, when that time came, i could afford a $5 or $10 differential much easier than I could a $55 or $60 payment. I've just thought it interesting that in the "make a payment" entry box, you can put in what you want to pay. I'm assuming it works for it if you can only pay $30 now and then pay the rest of your bill later in the month. I just want to know if it works the other way too...as in letting me put a payment in advance like credit on the account...not saying my bill definitely would be paid in full.

  • Bought a tablet on device installment plan, can no longer bill equipment to account

    I recently purchased an iPad mini and bought it on the device installment plan. Then found out that I can no longer bill equipment purchases to my account. I have a spotless payment history. I was planning on buying the iPhone 5 this week and billing it to the account so I could pay for it in January on the December bill (which would be due Jan 17 as my billing cycle closes on the 22nd). I billed an OtterBox (which I got for my iPhone 5, which I am keeping) and I billed an upgraded MiFi device (which I cancelled the online order and VZW put in a ticket to FedEx to have the shipment intercepted and returned to VZW). According to the tracking, VZW received the shipment on Nov 23rd) but VZW says that it has not been scanned in yet as of Nov 27th. I am trying to dispute the charge but have been told that it would be credited when it is scanned in. I don't know what barcode is scanned but FedEX assigned a new tracking number to return the shipment and VZW says that is unusual so I am hoping that they are not relying on the tracking barcode.
    I am wondering if the device installment plan disqualifies a customer for billing equipment purchases to the account.

        Iowacowboy, thanks for posting. An account cannot exceed $1000 combined bill to account and Device Installment Plan balance. (Bill to account maximum is $400 per account, per month for consumer lines). I hope this helps.^SP

  • Can't log onto Admin console, Can't pay overdue invoice, website deactivated - No Support possible!!

    As the title says, I basically can't do anything right now, and BC support hasn't really been able to help me when I asked about this previously here in the forums (when the website was still active, which it now no longer is). When trying to log onto the Admin console all I get is: "ERROR: This site is currently unavailable. For more information please contact: (My name)." And yes, I'm the administrator. I created the website using Adobe Muse and published it using that. There has been no other party involved, except for Godaddy.com where I bought the domain.
    Unlike I've been told it should be, I do not get and never got a form to fill in my payment details upon logging onto the admin console.
    I also get and did get that exact above error message when trying to submit a support ticket, so the only place I've been able to ask at is here.
    As I mentioned in my earlier post, I wasn't able to correct my credit card details when the card was no longer valid because I was on vacation, and somehow didn't manage to access that menu on mobile. A week later, I got another email, telling me that all admin services have been disabled until I pay the invoice. At this point I started getting the above error message. Now, another few weeks later the website itself has been deactivated - I still can't pay the invoice.
    As I'm not very used to doing the whole setup of a website, I definitely don't want to spend that time again, but simply just want to pay the overdue invoice!

    However, I can see that the site you may be referring to is set to bill the partner directly. Therefore you will need to log into the admin console of this site as the partner user, and you will then be prompted with a payment form to pay the outstanding invoice. It appears that [email protected] is the partner user assigned to this portal, so please try logging in as that user.
