Can't set encapsulation on Sub-Interaces - 2621 Router

I am studying for my CCNA, playing around with a few of the dirfferent concepts with my hardware. I am trying to setup a router on a stick configuration using a 2600 router and a 2900 catalyst switch.
I have the FastEthernet 0/1 port plugged into Fa0/1 on the switch. The switch has three vlans setup with a client on each vlan
I have set the port on the switch as follows:
Switch(config-if)#switchport mode Trunk
Switch(config-if)#switchport trunk native vlan 1
Switch(config-if)#switchport trunk encapsulation isl
When I try to set the router, I get this:
rt01(config)#int fa0/1
rt01(config-if)#no ip add
rt01(config-if)#exit
rt01(config)#int fa0/1.1
rt01(config-subif)#encapsulation isl
^
% Invalid input detected at '^' marker.
I cannot set the encapsulation on the sub interface, ISL or dot1q - it doesn't recognize the "encapsulation command" command at all.
My show version is below. I can't confirm one way or another if this image supports IP Plus (which I've been told may be the problem), but based on the message I get when trying to set the IP address on the subif I would think it does..?

Hi
c2600-i-mz.123-6.bin is the IP (not IP Plus) version of software. This doesn't support dot1q or ISL trunks.
The IP Plus would be required for this feature (image name for the plus equivalent of your image would be c2600-is-mz.12.3-6.bin)

I take it you are talking about Address Book application. you can set up separate groups in address book. click on the + under the group column. put the addresses you want in the group you want. they will still be present in the big master list "All contacts" but also in the group you put them in.

i have this problelm with 1721 ,i changed IOS many time but result is same ,if we want to enableISL or Vlan on a 1721 Router:
first we have to define a subinterface,then we have to define the encapculat

here we have to define the "dot1q" encapsulation but the command is not avai
lable the router said
it is unrecognized command)
I upgrade the 1721 with c1700-sy7-mz.123-14.T3.bin image ( ip plus )ios
but the problem exists yet.'

You actually can as most routers come with a web interface that lets you tinker with all things with regard to set up and connection.
You have to choose though as there are other routers that would require you to plug-it in to a computer first, as they have a desktop application to make way for easier set-up.
But for everything else, it is done through a web client which is just like accessing any web site.

You cannot set up subaccounts, as you couldwith the family pack for MobileMe. I'm not sure why you can't create separate Apple IDs and hence iCloud accounts, it isn't good practice to share and iCloud account between different people. All you need to do, is each create your own iCloud account, choosing your old email address when you do so.

EC CS Consolidation - How can i set up Consolidation for Corporate Group

I have a task to set up consolidation for a Corporate group that has only the corporate office running on SAP and the other 18 subsidiaries are on other systems . Within the 18 subsidiaries there are 2 companies that are assoicates.The corporate group also does limited accounting transactions approx 4 invoices per month for 3 discontinued companies but not yet divested.
The 18 subsidiaries are also broken down into sub groups by type of operations e.g. Retail, Financial services, Investments, Property etc and these also groups need to be reported in a separate report over and above the Main Group Financial reports and the report must show each group (segment) on its own. -- Is there a Standard report that helps me achieve this kind of reportring
The 2 companies that are assoicates should they be created as a group if they are to be reported as a separate subgroup.
Should i create the 3 discontinued companies as company codes or business area .
If i am to create them as company codes what are the advantages and disadvantages.
If i am to create them as Business Areas how will i incorporate them into Consolidation if I am to use Company Conslidation dimension .
How best can i set up my consolidation structures ..

please create two different dimensions:
one for company consolidation with cons units = company codes
one for business area consolidation with cons units = business areas
Do not forget to mark the parent cons unit and create a top cons group.

Click Here enter destinations, link to page in iWeb or iFrame it by clicking on "Link to Page" from Google map. This may seem ironic but if you are looking for something the best way to find it is by searching Google. For instance Googling "google map directions" will send you to referenced page. for a sub-$20 app I find it hard to believe you find it hard to believe Apple hasn't integrated this feature into the software.

Nokia E51 - Can't set clock alarm tone

Hey there people!
My device is Nokia E51, and for some, bizarre reason, I can't set the clock alarm tone.
When I choose the sub-menu "Clock alarm tone" a list of songs/audio files on the phone is supposed to load.... but nothing there. The phone doesn't even give me any options to choose from. I actually find this quite frustrating and annoying because I'm trying to do something very basic here.
I've attached a capture.

Well the reason I asked about the large number of audio files is because it appears to be a common bug across many of nokias phones. When you have a large number of audio files (either on the card or on the phone itself) the phone apparently gets 'confused' and is unable to load up the selection of ringtones or music files to use as a ringtone.
The only solutions would be to either:
1) Delete songs until the ringtone menu goes back to normal
2) Do what you have done with copying it to the phone then removing the memory card to be able to select the file.. then reinsert the memory card
Nokia just needs to get their act together. They should seperate ringtones from the music files. This way when you go to select a ringtone.. it will ask to either choose a ringtone from a list.. or to select one of your mp3s from a list. This way keeping it seperate. But that would be extra menus to navigate and people probably wouldnt like it.
But if they did it that way then they could use the mp3 listings by album, artist, song title, etc to allow people to choose the music files they want as a ringtone. It would be easier to do that then continually scroll through huge lists

Good question, but I'm 99.9% certain the answer is "no". Here are some considerations:
Think of the heritage of iOS. It really started with iPhones and maybe iPods. These devices cost a whole lot less than a Mac. They are generally not thought of as shared (with exceptions, of course, as is true for you).
Think of the backup process. i-devices typically sync with one iTunes on one computer. How would an i-device with multiple users enstantiate this?
Anyway, all this is to say I'm convinced you cannot do what you're inquiring about.

Turning your Mac into a clock radio.
1. In iTunes create a playlist that contains just the radio station you want to wake up to.
2. Export the playlist (as .m3u works well). Get Info on your playlist file and look at the Open With entry to make sure it points to iTunes, VLC or some other app that will stream your station.
3. In iCal create an event entry at the time you want to wake up.
4. Right (or Control) click on your wakeup event and select Get Info.
5. For "alarm" select Open File.
6. Now under Open File there will be a place to add the file to open. It will probably be some default entry (like iCal). Click on it will allow you to select "other." Then use the file dialog to select your playlist file.
Your Mac will wake you up at the appointed time. You don't need to keep iCal running. If you want to put you Mac to sleep for the night then there is one more thing you need to do. Open System Preferences to Energy Saver and click on the Schedule button. Check Start up or wake and set the wake up time to slightly before your iCal alarm time.
