How to back up your data and set up as a new device
Maybe without using the latest backup afterwards, in case it contains corrupt data causing your problem.

Some people have seen their aluminum uni-body discoloring due to body oils. Go figure.
Normally putting anything over the keys/aluminum will hurt heat disspation, but you may need to use keyboard covers.
Or save up $500/year for new keyboards.
Neither is supposed to be a sarcastic answer. Either one could end up being the solution.

I'm trying to turn off or mute the keyboard clicks. I have followed settings path and I can not find the on screen keyboard setting. Its not there. can anyone advise please

Hi, On the main screen of your BB z10, bottom middle you'll see the "search" hour glass. click that and type in at top of screen, keyboard sound. Then click on (mines in blue at the top of the screen) "On-Screen Keyboard", then just swipe to the left and your keyboard typing sound is gondie! Cheers

Can't turn off iMessage sound

Despite sounds turned off in notification center for iMessages I still receive a swoosh sound on each new message.

In the Messages Menu there is an option called Preferences.
This opens the Preferences Pane which has several icons across the top.
One of these is Accounts
One of the Accounts in the List will be the iMessages one.
One of the other iCons across the top is labelled Alerts.
This contains several lines.
The top one is a drop down that then lists several Actions that happen with the App.
One of those actions is "Messages Sent"
It is common here to write Place to start > next step > followed by next step where the > means go to.
This is a series of Actions rather than path to a file such as Users/(your account name)/Library/Preferences
This way can be Copied and Pasted into the Finder's > Go Menu > Go to Folder > Dialogue box (if you substitute your name properly)

How can I turn off message sound at night?

I have turned on notification sounds for arriving Mail messages using Rules.
This works fine, except that I would like to silence it at night since the sounds actually
interrupt my sleep.
I can do this on my Google smartphone. Why can't I find a way to silence the notifications

Can't turn off location services on IPhone 4s.

Settings -> Location Services (Always ON) -> can't turn ON / OFF. It's disabled. I can't even turn ON / OFF location services for apps down below. They are all Off by default. Verified with colleague and it's working on his iphone 4s. Can't find solution anywhere on web.

The Home button is slow to respond
If the Home button is slow to respond when exiting one application, try another application.

If the issue is still happening, try to restore the iPhone.
