Can't view full episodes of CBS shows

I have Quicktime 7.1.6. Attempts to view full tv episodes result in an error message: Don't have MIME plugin for audio/x-pn-realaudio-plugin so I can't view.
I downloaded flip4mac and still the same message.
How to fix?

You probably need to make sure you have the latest versions of Adobe Flash Player Software and/or go to:
QuickTime Preferences > Advanced > MIME Stettings > Miscellaneous.
Deactivate the "Flash Media" option.
This tells the browser not to to display Flash Media and lets the newly installed Adobe software work its magic.
Did you repair permissions & restart after installing RealPlayer? If not, make sure you do so after installing the Flash Player (if you do not already have same).

I can't view the episode list of my podcast

When I try to view the episode list of my podcast (Murphy's Saloon) to check if current episodes are actually getting listed in iTunes, I can do a search with no problem, and iTunes shows me that the show is there.
But when I click on the show icon, I get an error message "Could not complete the Music Store request. The store may be busy. Check your internet connection, or try again later."
My connection is fine, thankyouverymuch, and I've tried at a wide variety of different times for almost two weeks.
Now what?
Could this somehow be related to the number of episodes I have available (more than 20)?

I don't know how podcasting via the iTMS is organized (only listen to them), so don't expect an expert opinion from me.
This is what I experienced:
Search OK. Only 1 episode found. Clicked on the artwork to go to the podcast. Got the message "Could not complete etc."
Well, there's nothing wrong with my Internet connection either.
Other podcasts work fine.
So, my layman's opinion is that there is something wrong at the iTMS.
Clicked the 'Subscribe' button. All 29 episodes listed. Downloading them was no problem at all (full speed on my DSL; 665 KB/s).
So there's nothing wrong with your Internet connection either.
These are just my findings and layman's opinion.
Can't suggest anything to solve it though.

Can I view full metadata in iPhoto?

In iPhoto, when I display metadata (using "Show Photo Info"), the info displayed is only a small portion of complete metadata embedded in photos. I know the full metadata is being imported with the photos into iPhoto because I am able to view full metadata from photos exported from iPhoto and uploaded to FLICKR, or opened in Nikon ViewNX, etc.
I am using iPhoto '08. Do later versions of iPhoto display full metadata?

Try using EXIF Viewer. You can drag the photo from the iPhoto open window onto the EXIF Viewer icon in the Dock and you'll get this window:
The screenshot is for a simple Canon so the flash info is basic. If you camera offers more flash info it might be readable. Give it a try. You can download it from Toad's Cellar.

How can I redownload one episode from a show I subscribed to?

I subscribed to a show, downloading all the episodes released to that date and with new episodes downloading automatically. To skip to the end of a very long story, I had to delete the files of the first two episodes. I knew iTunes would let me redownload them since I'd already purchased them. Now that I'm trying to do just that, when I find the episode, it just says 'downloaded.' Well, I know it was once downloaded. But now it's not, and I can't find anyway to redownload it. It wouldn't let me if I bought it all over. Any thoughts?

Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past TV show purchases did you delete the files but leave the entries in the library? If so delete the broken links in the library, then shut down and restart iTunes. Go to the iTunes Store home page, click the Purchased link from the Quick Links section in the right-hand column, then select TV Shows and Not on this computer. You should find download links for your shows there there.
While downloading select Downloads in the left-hand column and make sure Allow Simultaneous Downloads is unticked.
If the problem persists, or that facility is not yet available in your region, contact the iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history, or via Contact Support.

I purchaced A TV series on Itunes and I can only view 30 seconds of the show.

I bought a tv series and can only play 30 seconds out of 45 minutes....please help.

I am having the same issue. It shows the entire series purchased. I downloaded episode 1, no issues. now i am on episode 2. i downloaded it. at 1st i could only hear audio. i rebooted, now i can only see 30 seconds of the episode.
Whats going on?
I've been trying to solve this for an hour. snowed in and need something to watch!!!

Can't view full-sized images

I am running iPhoto ‘09 (v8.1.1) on MacOS 10.6.2. When I double click on many of the thumbnails in my iPhoto library, rather than the image opening to full size, the screen goes black. This phenomenon seems to occur randomly. However, once it occurs, then the full size image will never appear. However, the thumbnail continues to appear in the iPhoto library.
Also, very occasionally, after double clicking on the thumbnail, the full size image appears very briefly (less than 1 second) and then displays a totally random set of pixels.
These problems occur with images from a camera as well as scanned images.
This does not seem to occur on any of my other Macs, all of which are running the same versions of iPhoto and MacOS.
The phenomena preceded my upgrading to iPhoto’09 and Snow Leopard.
Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

That wasn't a solution, that was a test of the Library's integrity.
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Include the options to check and repair permissions in the Library.
If that fails:
Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Rebuild iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

How can i view full websites and prevent mobile sites loading?

I have an HTC desire HD when I view a website using FireFox mobile I get the mobile version of the web page. I would like to disable this and get the normal version of the web page. As most of the time the mobile pages do not have all the same features as the full page. I could do Thor with my previous mobile browser.

Can't view TV episode on my iMac

I have an iMac running OS 10.5.8. I recently downloaded and installed iTunes 10.6.3, then purchased a TV episode from the iTunes store, but I can't get it to play. I get a blank screen, and the counter counts as if the video is playing, but there's no picture or sound. Please help!

Quit iTunes (cmd + Q or iTunes >> Quit iTunes. Don't just click the red x).
Download and install http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1575 .

Check for software updates.
Reboot for good measure.

2 ?s - Can't view photos on plasma - tv shows only show in black/white

I connected my 60GB iPod to my 60" Pioneer Elite Plasma television. Photos will not come up. I turned "TV on" and no photos appear. Any suggestions?
The other issue I am having is watching a TV show on the Plasma. I downloaded LOST and was able to enlarge it to fit the 60", but it only appears in black & white and with purple lines in it. I tried changing from NTSC to Pal and this did not work. Any suggestions???

Make sure your connecting to the right input or Composite input to your TV; Not Component R,G,B input.
Try direct connection to TV without looping thru any other equipment for this test!
After that if you still have video problems use a different set of A/V cables, as the ones your using could be damaged.!

I am not exactly sure why the menu did not detect the password change or if it was stored incorrectly after you changed it? Once you successfully add you iTunes library to iTunes Match, you go to Settings>iTunes & App Store on your iOS device and turn on iTunes Match. Your iTunes Match library will then appear on your iOS device.

Can we view full individual free-responses in the Summary Report of FormsCentral?
One of the only things that keeps me using Survey Monkey occasionally over FormsCentral is that I can't find a way for FormsCentral to show users' free-response answers in the Summary Report. Survey Monkey produces all the customizable charts and graphs and also provides a "Show Free Reponses" or "Show all responses" option so you can view/report those details under the question summary, as well as the numbers. I would prefer to use FormsCentral for everything, so I hope I'm not missing something obvious. But, if this functionality doesn't exist yet on FormsCentral, this would be a really helpful enhancement in the future.

Open website and then go to access links to do amendments but can not view it correctly want respond. works on explorer but no firefox
