Cannot copy after download
i tried to copy books to my reader after downloading the adobe software but it says cannot be copied when I tried to drag the book over to my e-reader, I downloaded without id is this the problem?

If you are unable to print, or if you see the message "No AirPrint Printers Found"
Verify that the printer:
1. Has power and is turned on. If it has power, turn the printer off and then on again to see if that resolves the issue.
2. Is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the iOS device.
3. Has the latest firmware version installed.
4. Has paper with enough ink or toner installed.
5. Is free of any errors displayed on the printer's control panel.
If necessary, consult the printer documentation or contact the printer vendor for help with the above steps.
Notes:
- AirPrint printers connected to the USB port of the Apple AirPort Base Station or Time Capsules are not supported with AirPrint.
- Some Wi-Fi AirPrint printers can take several minutes to join a Wi-Fi network after being turned on. Ensure that the AirPrint printer is connected to the Wi-Fi network before attempting to print.

Refers Firefox V3.6.12. under Windows XP Pro SP3: I download an archived Word file and view but do not alter it, then I download a 2nd file but get message saying "cannot save - change file properties or save elsewhere". I get same problem even in Firefox Safe Mode, but not with Opera or IE8.
Recently had a problem when an Acrobat Reader update automatically took place causing Firefox to be unable to open - cured by downloading again then also deleting plug-ins on that occasion. Cannot do a System Restore (attempt failed).the file is named with " Unconfirmed 23270.crdownload" .
".crdownload" is a name given to files incompletely downloaded by Chrome.
I'd try doing the download using a different web browser. Do you have any better luck if you use Firefox instead of Chrome? -

Please Help! After downloading an album and dragging it into itunes I end up having multiple copies of the album on my hard drive. I do have (under Itunes preferences, advanced) copy songs into itunes library "checked". I'm sure this is the reason for the multiple copies. When I try to delete one of the copies of the album and go back to itunes and try playing a song, I get a red exclamtion point next to the song with an error message saying itunes cannot locate file. My questions are, Does Itunes literally make a copy of the song? If so , How do you know which file to delete?
Sony's own entertainment software on the Vaio plays merry **** with iTunes, worse there's no telling when it will kick in.
First head over to the Sony Vaio site and get the update for the software, that will stop it from messing with the iTunes database/library files when you connect your iPod.

If it isn't there then do a clean (re)install:
* Download a fresh Firefox copy from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html and save the file to the desktop.
* Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
* Don't remove personal data if you uninstall the current version.
* It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored elsewhere (not in the Firefox program folder) and won't be affected by a reinstall, but make sure that you do not select to remove personal data if you uninstall Firefox.
If the file is there then do a malware check with some malware scan programs.<br />
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.<br />
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of the database before doing a scan.<br />

Downloads used to open after download. NOw they just end up in the download folder and I have to go to the folder to find it and open it. I did not change seettings, maybe an update changed it? I cannot find a way to change this in settings.

After downloading Yosemite my printer, a HP Photosmart D100 will no longer print. The wireless connection is fine, and a test page printed perfectly directly from my printer. When trying to print from my computer, it says it cannot connect or find the printer. I tried downloading the most updated software from HP website but it doesn't appear to be helping.
Try resetting the printing system.

If you have the printers IP address open Terminal (applications/Utilities) and at the prompt type: ping {printerIP}. You will get a reply or failure.

Did you go to your Applications/Utilities folder and actually double click on the updater to run it?

why do i get the following message when i attempt to open my backup file for lightroom cc? Open Pictures folder and move the files named lrcat-journal and lrcat.lock to Desktop.
Make sure that , they are not inside Pictures folder any more and try to open backup from Lighrtroom and check..
Any LRcat file with .lock extension , move it to Desktop. -
