Cannot create ACL -RAC?

Question

Hi, in a test, single instance database, I was able to create an acl using the code blow. However, on my live server, in preparation for live, I recieve an error. I have two databases created on this RAC (live and test) and I get the same set of messages on both. Any ideas before I log it?

I can't find anything in rdbms/admin that would rebuild this.
Win2003, 11.1.0.6, RAC clusetered.

I only have a couple of synonyms that are invalid.
I know you can use utlrp, which I have done.

These are the objects that are invalid and the synonyms all have ORA-00980: synonym translation is no longer valid.
I have followed the notes in http://www.oracle-base.com/articles/11g/FineGrainedAccessToNetworkServices_11gR1.php as I did on the other database. As far as I am aware, there are no more steps to do before creating an ACL as I did not do this on the database that worked.
