Cannot get password to 10g

I was trying to unlock Oracle 10g, but everytime I log on to get my password, the webpage says:" We're sorry.
An unexpected exception has occurred when contacting Database. Cannot proceed further. "
Is there some other way to get the password?

We are aware of this problem and are working diligently for a resolution. Please stand by....

keychains window keeps poping up and I do not know the password. there are three windows of key cain. Now my e-mail will not send mail until I unlock the keychain. i went through help section to decode the password but it does not respond. the computer locks up somehow When I ask it to show password. Thank you I tried that and it took my password and did the Repair and said it was completed. yet still did not give me the keychain pass word to unlock. I still can not send e-mail without the password and it still says wrong password. Any other suggestions I am going nuts with the constant pop ups for keychain acess.

I just went through this same process.... I changed my credit card, double checked billing info, changed my password, I restored my phone, but the misake I made was I kept restoring it from my back up.... Finally I went to Apple Store.. and sad to say that you have to do a restore, and DO NOT restore from back up.
I used Gmail so I didnt loose contacts or email.. but I did loose all my text messages and history of that.
So, I had the EXACT same problem and it was a software issue.. you have to restore your phone to factory settings and start all over.. BLOWS I know!

"Domain Admins" falls into the category of protected groups and it is included in ADminSDHolder process. It is normal and was designed in order to prevent the modification to these privileged groups. More information on the link below:

Tried with my birthdate but that is not accepting. Called apple 8002752273 and guy told me Apple has had problems with this for weeks. Nothing he could do for me - i could answer all his security questions but birthdate. He said send a letter to itunes help , he could not provide. Could be weeks before anyone gets back to me? Thanks for the suggestion, Chris. I actually did not resolve the issue which is why i did not post an answer.
it turns out that my iphone seems to default to an incorrect User ID (it defaults to an @me account, which is not something that i have ever used).
even when i change the User ID in my settings for the iTunes store, it still appears when i attempt to get updates for my existing apps. however, it does seem to use the correct ID when i attempt to purchase new apps.
If someone actually had an answer to correct this, i would love to update my existing apps.

Did you create a new account or did you update your existing account with a new email address ? You can tap on the id in Settings > iTunes & App Stpre and sign out of it and you can then sign with the new/updated account.
If you did create a new account then your existing content will remain tied to your old account, so only that old account will be able to redownload that content and/or download updates to its apps. If you can't remember the password for it then you can try getting it reset via this page : http://iforgot.apple.com

It sounds like you might need to contact Yahoo! if you aren't able to setup your email account as a new account after deleting it.

Use the trackpad to scroll, thats what it was designed for. The scroll bars automatically disappear when not being used and will appear if you scroll up or down using the trackpad.

See if the iPad will accept the password after you restart it. It's worth a try.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
You could also try a reset as well.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
