Cannot select last delegated resource in Firefox in webcal

Question

Note: I've already solved this issue, but figured other people might benefit as well.
Scope
This problem deals exclusively with WebCal, a service of Apple Lion Server. It is a component of iCal, a service of the Lion Server. When iCal is enabled, it creates a website application in Apache under the location: /webcal.
Problem
This problem appears to only exist in Firefox (only tested on version 7.0.1), users cannot select the last resource/location principal in the drop down at the top of the webcal (/webcal). Chrome and Safari did not exhibit this issue. In Firefox, the last element appended to the select tag is automatically selected, thus, the javascript code selecting the correct entry, which appears before the last append, is rendered useless.
No only that, but the last entry is never selectable, as the DOM already indicates that that element is selected and thus the "change" event never triggers.
This does NOT refer to calendar selection once you're in a resource. This is about resource selection. This is at the top of the web page, centered and always prefaced with "Calendar for " followed by the delegated principal Full Name
Solution
Update the javascript to select the current calendar after the last element is appended to the select element, but before the change event is listened to. The javascript file affected/udpated is located at:
/usr/share/collabd/coreclient/public/javascripts/calendar/calaccess.js
on your Lion Server. Changes start around line 1285.

It's the vanilla (as it came with the server) javascript install file with modifications to get Firefox to work with it. Tested in Chrome 15, Firefox 7.0.1, Safari 5.1.2 (OSX 10.7). No warrantees or guarantees are made about this file. Use at your own risk.

Glad it worked for you. It took me about a day to figure out.
I've not had issues with delegates. But I've had to use the command-line instead of the GUI as I've needed multiple people as delegates for certain resources (like public calendars with single writers).
We've had issues with time zones reverting to Pacific, though.
