Cannot upload CD's to itunes

everytime I put a CD in the disk drive to load on to itunes, it has an "unknown error" and shuts down, I've sent the error report a few times, but nothing is solved
can anyone help me out? thanks

Try uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes. These should help:

And then you can just redownload iTunes from www.itunes.com and try again. Worth a shot.

Ho attivato l'iTunes Match, che funziona correttamente sul pc e sull'iPhone 4S.
L'ho attivato anche sul mio iPad, ma, tuttavia, dopo un breve periodo in cui ha funzionato correttamente, ha iniziato a dare problemi.
Vi descrivo di seguito ciò che ho rilevato:
- il periodo in cui l'iTunes Match ha funzionato correttamente sull'iPad è durato solo qualche settimana;
- in seguito, anche se tutti i brani della Cloud venivano visualizzati sull'iPad, dava problemi nel senso che i brani non venivano riprodotti e, inoltre, la durata veniva indicata in "zero" per tutti i brani, sicchè, cliccandoci, non venivano riprodotti;
- ho provato a disattivare e riattivare l'iTunes Match e, a questo punto il dispositivo ha dato il messaggio "tutta la tua libreria musicale verrà sostituita con quella su iTunes Match", mentre, nell'applicazione "MUSICA" erano spariti tutti i brani: veniva visualizzata, al centro della pagina, la nuovoletta del Cloud, con una barra di download sotto. Questo è durato per circa quattro giorni, senza che succedesse nulla, nel senso che la barra del download non mostrava segni di caricamento;
- allora ho provato a ripristanare le impostazioni e, a questo punto, erano visualizzati di nuovo i brani, ma comunque senza possibilità di riprodurli (la durata di nuovo indicata come "zero");
- nel momento in cui ho provato a cliccare su uno dei brani, è riapparsa la nuvoletta del Cloud con la barra di download sotto;
- quando i brani ricompaiono, hanno sempre durata zero e non vengono riprodotti;
- ho attivato anche la condivisione in famiglia ma il problema non cambia.
Vi preciso che il mio iPad è della prima generazione ed è aggiornato all'IOS 6.

I cannot upload photos from iPhoto 9 to Flikr. When I try, I get the message "the login details or auth token passed were invalid." I am using iPhoto 9 version 8.1.2, and my OS is 10.9.5. My computer is a MacBook Pro. I do not have this trouble with my iMac. This trouble started before I updated to OS10.9.5. I do not have this problem when uploading to FaceBook or sending by e-mail.
This problem started when I tried to upload some photos after hitting the "use other account" tab. This took me to a Flikr site asking me for permission to make my iPhoto information available to others. I clicked "yes," and then I changed my mind and clicked "no." I haven't been able to upload to Flikr since.
I searched Flikr and Yahoo for a solution, and Yahoo says the trouble is in iPhoto. I checked my Flikr account, and iPhoto extensions are enabled.
I need to upload some school and alumni photos, so I sure could use some help. I am Not computer proficient. Thank you.

1. You did not get an error message telling you that your iPhoto library was getting full. You got a message telling you that your HD was getting full, right?
OS X needs about 10 gigs of hard drive space for normal OS operations - things like virtual memory, temporary files and so on.
Without this space your Mac will slow down as the OS hunts for space on the disk, files will be fragmented, also slowing things down, apps will crash and the risk of data corruption - that is damage to your files, photos, music - increases exponentially.
Your first priority is to make more space on that HD. Nothing else can be done until you do.
Purchase an external HD and move your Photos and Music to it. Both iPhoto and iTunes can run perfectly well with the Library on an external disk.
Your Library has been damaged from being run on an overfull disk.
How much free space on it now?

Have you tried deleting the photo cache from your computer and then re-trying the photo sync and see if they all then copy over (you need to select and sync all the photos that you want on the iPad together in one go, as only the most recent photo sync remains on the iPad) ? Don't know about the Facebook photo emailing, but there are a number of apps that allow to upload photos to their site (e.g. the 'official' Facebook app).
(For future info, typing all in capitals is considered SHOUTING - you are more likely to get help/responses if you don't.)

Turn off your iPad and put it in recovery mode. Try to restore it via iTunes.

If you have changed country on your account then I don't think that items bought whilst it was set to a different country will show (that appears to be what other people have posted).
In terms of your music, have you not got a backup of your content ? You computer's iTunes will only copy iTunes purchases back via File > Transfer Purchases. You could see if the programs mentioned half-way down this page are any use : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3991

Suddenly unable to upload mp3 files using iTunes Match

I've got a USB turntable and have enjoyed digitizing a lot of LPs and copying them into iTunes. I digitized a 10-track album just yesterday, and can copy the resulting mp3 files into iTunes, where they play fine, but they won't upload to iCloud using iTunes Match. It gets to the point where it's supposed to upload tracks it cannot match and just sits there. I use Audacity to digitize from the USB turntable, and it exports as MP3 file. This has worked over many albums but now seems to be stuck. Any thoughts on what the problem might be?

So my issue appears to be with uploading mp3 files that probably won't match anything in iCloud.
iTunes match matches Audio files by comparing the audio and not by comparing the tags for the album. My iTunes Library contains more than 500 songs that have been ripped and matched from vinyl records or audio tapes.
The songs will not match, if there is not the exact same recording in the store, but if the audo quality is good and the tempo of the player was exact, the song will be matched.

You are using File->Add File (or Folder) to Library, right?
Make sure that you also look at the various categories of content stored on the library: turn on the sidebar (Ctrl+S keys toggle) and click the categories to see if the content shows in the content window of iTunes.
It could be you are trying to add a video/movie in a format iTunes does not accept because it cannot play it or work with it. (And yes, if iTunes cannot add it to the library, it should absolutely report an error message rather than leave you wondering and drop the command.)

Cannot upload to one course as Administrator

I'm having an issue where I cannot upload any files to one of our courses (DePaul University | Academics | Instructional Technology Development) as the administrator. As soon as I access that course, my user login disappears and I'm suddenly the generic DePaul University with no edit access. I have not had that issue with other courses.
Any ideas?

Sorry I didn't reply yesterday, but I have been swamped with software requests (and also training faculty on how to use iTunes U and podcasting).
As far as I know, this was not the same as what others were seeing in the Errors discussion. The course that I was having an issue with is one that is on the front page of iTunes U (right at the top in our Academics section). It did not matter how I logged into the site (whether through our test login, iTunes U Access or Woolamaloo), I saw the same behavior. I would get to the front page, click on the ITD course icon and then I would be logged out and the breadcrumb would say "DePaul University" and not my username. Note that I also have multiple computers (both Windows and Mac) and all were exhibiting the same behavior.
All other courses were available to edit except for the one. I just updated iTunes on this laptop and the error seems to have gone away. I always keep as current as possible on software since I'm the first one people call when they have a problem so I would have been using whatever the previous version was.
I'll keep an eye on it for the next couple of days, but the problem seems to have resolved itself. Thanks for the replies.

Check your available memory by click your settings>general>about. If you have space then try logging out of your iTunes Store account then log back in. click settings>store click on your Apple ID then click sign out on the popup window.
