As can be seen above I have been charged for the Thailand 120 minute subscription and it has been delivered, but when I go to call Thailand, I get a message saying that I have no credit and it will not be ready until 15th May. What is happening? I am losing money on this system. Is this another way to rip of customers? Please fix IMMEDIATELY!

I had a similar situation with my Macbook Pro and just had success taking a little twig and cleaning out the inside of the magsafe port, especially in the corners. (I didn't mess with the pins.) The port didn't look especially dirty beforehand—just a little buildup—but I could tell a little difference visually after I "swabbed" out any sign of gunk.
In case anybody else is interested in the unorthodox method, I used a tiny twig with the end broken off so it was soft with the exposed wood fiber. After rubbing a little, it compressed noticeably so I broke off the end again so that it was frayed a little and could get into the corners. A toothpick would probably work similarly.
FYI, before I cleaned it out, the top charge status icon *would* show that it was plugged in but it wouldn't charge. There was no light on the magsafe plug. I had unplugged/replugged the socket and had re-situated the magsafe several times.

Airport Utility is for administration of genuine Apple Base Stations. If you have a different Brand, Airport Utility can do nothing for you.

To connect a Printer via Ethernet, no password is needed.
We already tried the password for the internet and that did not work...
If a password is required to connect to the Internet, then WiFi is likley being used, and that WiFi password is the one needed for the Printer connect wirelessly as well.
What make&model Printer? Is it indeed a Wireless Printer? Most connect via USB, but that would force it to use a specific computer to assist in printing.

Delete both apps using this utility > Download AppCleaner for Mac - Uninstall your apps easily. MacUpdate.com
That will delete the apps and all associated files.
Then re download the apps. That will download the most recent version updates included.
How to re download apps from the Mac App Store:
Open the App Store. From the menu bar click Store > Sign In
Click Purchases from the top of the App Store window.
Select which apps you want to re download. Then right or control click where you see Installed then click Install.
Make sure and use the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Upon computer boot up, Task Manager shows it is using 45mb, and after researching this topic using IE, 10 minutes later it now shows it is using 74 mg, although it did go down to 33 mg a few minutes later, then back up to 51 mg a few minutes after that.
Is there a way to keep it from using so much memory when the printer is turned off?.
I am running Windows 7 on a Samsung Series 7 laptop and my printer is an HP 8600 All-in-one. I do use ePrintCenter occasionally, and also have a MacBook Pro (running Mountain Lion), and iPhone 4 (running the latest IOSupdate) and all devices connect to the printer wirelessly.

Recently converted to iMac from PC. Generally very happy with Mac. Last pm, was burning CD's of photos. One month/event (2007-09) had more photos than could fit on one CD (even though only 640 MD listed in folder when burning a CD more MB's seem to be "created" and it was over 700 MB). Used iPhoto command to split event/month in two so could burn two separate CD's. Changed the name of each folder (i.e. 2007-09 a and b) then burned the CD's. Then used iPhoto command to merge folders back to one and changed name back to original name: 2007-09). Everything seemed fine until this AM when we opened iPhoto. The 2007-09 folder listed that it had all 272 pictures and 604MB's under information but no pictures could be seen on the event folder or when looking under photos. Each picture listed all the correct info but no image can be seen and when picture is opened it just showed a grey circle with "!"
I was able to restore the photos from the last saved group from last pm using browse backups/time machine. However, I assume that somehow the actual picture files or pathway was corrupted from the steps I used last pm when trying to set things up to burn a CD. In many years of Windows PC picture and PICASA program use, something like this never happened. While the ability to restore using Time Machine was great and cool, it is very concerning that our original pictures could so easily be "lost" and I assume this represents some flaw in the iPhoto program.
Did I do something wrong or is there a flaw in iPhoto that easily leads to file corruption? How do I prevent this from happening again?

Each picture listed all the correct info but no image can be seen and when picture is opened it just showed a grey circle with "!"
The ! or ? turns up when iPhoto loses the connection between the thumbnail in the iPhoto Window and the file it represents. And yes, the most common way to do this is to change the path to the file, or rename some element in the path.
The pics should be safe and sound in the iPhoto Package File.

Note that under the warranty,

It does not state they WILL NOT service in another country.
Likewise, nowhere does it state it MUST be serviced in country of purchase.

PC Suite cannot use Buetooth stack on PC even thou...

When selecting bluetooth as communication channel with mobile phone, PC suite claims that it "cannot use the connection type".

I've got the same problem.
My office bought quite a few E52s for our staff.
The test installation of the PC Suite on a computer in our IT department went smooth and without problems using an account with administrative privileges and synchronizing afterwards with a restricted account.
After a few installations on staff computers I encountered the problem several times when my colleagues with restricted accounts tried to synchronize their mobile with Outlook over USB.
The administrative privilege seems not to be the problem. Even after granting it to one of my users the same error occurred.
In order to eliminate possible sources of error in the registry mail settings I deleted the current mail profile of one of the accounts and generated a new one. Same error.
We're using WinXP SP3, Outlook 2003 SP2 and PC-Suite 7.1.40.6.
Help would be much appreciated.

The operation system for my computer is Window 8.1. I am currently trying to install a chinese game. Even though I have downloaded and install all the chinese language pack, I have even set the regional language locale to chinese (similified / traditional),
the chinese characters will not display properly in the game. Some people told me i need to set the locale to Chinese PRC, but I am not sure where to download this PRC language pack for window 8.1 (as I only have chinese simplified and chinese traditional).
I would greatly appreciate if someone can give me a hand in solving this problem. Thank you for your help in advance.

Cannot see files in music folder even though they play in itunes

I have my entire music folder on a NAS drive (lacie 500 gb ethernet disk mini). It has been working pretty well for a few months but now I can't see most of my music files, even though they show up in iTunes, and when I do "get info" it shows the location as the NAS drive (i.e., NAS drive:music:U2:achtung baby:03 One.mp3) and it will play the song(s). However, when I go to the NAS drive and click on the music folder, I can't actually see a U2 folder. And the music folder itself only shows about 20% of my library (even though 100% of the library shows up in iTunes and does play and all my random "get info" tests show that all of the music is on my NAS drive).
It's wonderful that the music isn't actually lost, but why are most of the music files hidden and how can I see them again? I have no music files on my macbook - everything is stored off the NAS drive. I'm about to get a backup drive, but I'm concerned that it won't back up these apparently "hidden" music files. I did search for the files (i.e., any file containing "U2" on my NAS drive and it came back as 0 files found, which is really odd. I mean, if that were true, why is iTunes pointing to the NAS drive as the source of the music files?
One other clue - I tried to consolidate my music library, which is relatively small (10.29 gb) -- and after about 5 minutes, it stopped and gave me an error message.

I honestly don't recall. I do however recall my sense of being overwhelmed as I realized belatedly what a huge project I'd undertaken in doing a clean install. I forgot how many weeks had gone into sorting out setup and drivers and apps and shortcuts and macros and on and on and on. So I started looking for faster, easier ways to get things done. So it's quite likely I just dragged the Documents folder on over.
Assuming that's the case, what's the best correction at this point?

Still using an old tnsnames.ora even though it was erased

I downloaded and unzipped 1.2.1-32.13. But it is not reading my new tnsnames.ora.
My operating system is XP pro.
Initially I had just the oracle client installed with it's own tnsnames.ora and added sqldeveloper 1.0.0 and then later 1.2.1. I couldn't get my connections to work at all in either one. Unfortunately this was a corporate install that had some "wrapper" on it, not just the Oracle install tool and I removed it by running Oracle install tool and then removing oracle_home from the registry - something initially fishy here because Oracle couldn't completely get rid of it.
I then installed a full oracle 10g and put a good tnsnames.ora there. Now sqlplus and the database work fine, but sql-developer 1.2.1 still has the old (bad) tnsnames even though the file no longer exists. I did a full search of both C and D drives including system and hidden files for a file with a string that existed only in the old tnsnames file that sqldeveloper still shows and it came up with no matching files. I also can't find it in the registry (didn't expect to tho).
My previous version of sqldeveloper (1.0.0.15.57) finds the new tnsnames.ora just fine and works well, but the new one is stuck with the old entries and I can't figure out how to tell it to get the new file.

I have only one tnsnames.ora and no other files named even remotely like tnsnames and no files containing the string "P902.oracledb" which is the first tns connection shown in sql-developer 1.2.1 list of tns connections. As I said I verified this by doing a Windows search of all files on both drives including system and hidden files.A Windows search for file contents only searches contents for certain file types - I can search a directory containing a tnsnames.ora file for something that is in my tnsnames.ora file but it is not found by the Windows search.
I suspect there is a registry entry that is pointing to somewhere, so I deleted sqldeveloper ...The TNS stuff for SQL Developer is not based on the SQL Developer install but the Oracle Client install, so reinstalling the same version of SQL Developer will not change the TNS issue.
There has got to be some other place where this information is stored, but where?Have you checked %USERPROFILE%? This the Win XP version of the $HOME and a tnsnames.ora file in %USERPROFILE% takes precedence over one in %TNS_ADMIN% (it did for me at least).
