Canteen configuration in the system

Dear Team,
We have canteen facility and for this we want to do the configuration in the system.
For each personnel sub area we have diff rates for breakfast and lunch deductions. Based on the count of the breakfasts and lunch system should calculate the amount for each personnel area and that need to be deducted from employee salary.
How to configure this in the system, Can anybody please suggest how to address this?

Hi Nag,
My Approach is like this.
1. Create a Z Table with fields
       1. Personnel Area
       2. Break Fast Rate
       3. Lunch Rate.
2. Create an infotype with fields
        1. No. Of Breakfasts
        2. No. Of Lunches
     and this will be maintained once in payroll period.
    Important thing here is while maintaining This infotype, System should calculate the total amount for breakfasts and lunches and should update 0015 with deduction wagetype. ( Create Deduction wagetype for this).
3. Thats it, While running payroll that particular amount will be deducted from his salary.
You need an ABAPer to meet this requirement.
