Case Management ... Statuses not getting changed

Dear All,
I am working in a Development system of SAP CRM 2007.
Now I have created a case which has 3 or more complaints attached...
When I change the status of the case, the complaints in the case have statuses that doesn`t get changed.

Hi,
In CaseManagement, before creation of Case first you need to create a CaseType.
First you need to create Status Profile, Attribute Profile etc.,
After that in CaseType creation you need to select the profiles created by you.
Then in Case created by you these gets reflected.
When a new Case is Created automatically it will be in New Status mode.
After when you attach the related documents(Linked Objects) and Notes then you need to change the Status.
After that you need to attach the Processors for the corresponding Case Sequentially or Parallely and then save the case changing its status to In Process.
Once the Case is saved you cant make any changes to the case.
After the ProcessRoute triggers a workflow and Case status changes to Complete or whatever status you mention there.
Follow the steps in Case Management Registry.

    Dear All,
    For ERSA material 01 inspection type is active with indicator Post to inspection stock only as it can be purchased. No other indicator is set.
    This material can be sent for repairing outside with DAMAGE valuation type (stock provided to Vendor with DAMAGE valuation type).
    For SubCon scenario, Purchase Order with Account Assignment Category F and Item Category L has been created.
    Once GR using MB01 with 101 movement, consumption posting takes place and as Insp type 01 is active Inspection lot is getting created with status REL CALC.
    At this time, DAMAGE stock against Vendor is getting reduced with Qty of 543 movement.
    Now when, reversal 102 with MB01 is done against Purchase Order and details are adopted with reference to 101 material document, reversal is taking place, but at the same time respective material doc's Inspection lot status is not getting changed to LTCA. It remains REL only.
    For 122 return to Vendor using MBRL also, Insp lot status is not getting changed.
    Has anybody faced such issue? Is this standard SAP?
    Kindly throw light on the process, is correct process followed?

  • Asset - worklist processing status not getting changed

    Hi,
    I created a worklist through Tcode- 'AR01' for processing mass
    retirement of assets.
    I executed the worklist through Tcode- 'AR31', and released the
    worklist.
    The status is in 'In process' is not changing even when I keep on refreshing it.
    The system speed is normal.

  • Batch Classification Values not getting changed

    Hi Gurus,
    I am using the following bapi ( BAPI_OBJCL_CHANGE ) to change Batch classification values Eg: Cut clarity etc.
    when i pass these values thru the function module in the program it is not getting changed while when i change it through msc2n it gets changed successfully...
    I have passed the following values in the parameters of the bapi :

  • Information in the case folder is not getting updated in Oracle Credit Mgt

    Hi,
    I have created an SO and an Invoice for this SO for a particular customer. Now, when I create a credit application and a case folder in OCM for this customer, Fields like Receivables Balance, Credit Exposure, Days Sales Outstanding etc. in the case folder are not getting updated. These fields are not getting updated even after refreshing the case folder. It means that the information from the 'Receivables Responsibility is not getting updated in the case folder.
    I have already run the 'Initialize credit Summaries' concurrent program after creating the Sales Order and Invoice.
    PS: The case folder gets updated only when I set the Profile Option: "AR: Allow summary table refresh" to Yes and then running the "Refresh AR Transactions Summary Tables" concurrent program. But once this program runs the Profile Option again becomes 'No' (Which is a Standard functionality).
    So this is a manual way to update the case folder. My requirement is that the case folder should get updated automatically and no manual intervention should be required.

    hai any one can help me in this pls
    my client created sevice orders in crm system and in these some details are reflected in to mobile client.There is integration between in CRM & Mobile clients.
    present requirement is system status is not get updated.
    user status is released.but in system status showing like 1) open  2) contains error. This is occure for some sevice orders  which are created in perticular transaction type  for suppose if my client created 1000 service orders in that 200 or 250 orders status not get updated.
    Because of  this the followup document is not created.
    For temparary pupose to overcome this issue we are doing like this. There are two mandatory fields are there in that any one delete and reenter the same value then automatically the system status get updated in to release status.
    where the problem whether  is in configuration or it is in system
    or it is some technical. Before its worked properly recently they got this issue. How can i overcome this issue permanently.

  • Batch Management Indicator not getting set for material master

    Hi,
    In one of the material we need to mark the Batch Management Indicator in Material MAster. We had removed all the stocks from the material. But still we are getting error, Stock exists for the material in Plant XXX and Sloc YYY.
    I checked in MARD table and MMBE that for this maaterial there are no stock for said Sloca and Plant.
    One thing which I noticed in the Material Master and MARDH table that there exists some stock in Previous persiod for the said Sloc and Plant.
    Need to know is this error is due to stock shown in previous period. Why system is checking the previous period stock.
    How can we resolve our issue and check this Indicator.
    Please let me know as earliest as possible.

    Refer OSS Note 30656 - Change base unit of measure/batch mngt requirement
    Following are the details of this note;
    Symptom
    When maintaining a material master record, you change the base unit of measure or the batch management requirement indicator or the valuation category. The system then tells you that this change is not possible since stocks still exist. However, no stocks are shown for the material in the stock overview.
    Reason and Prerequisites
    The message that stocks still exist refers not only to stocks in the current period, but also to stocks in the previous period.
    The reason for checking previous period stocks is that postings can also be made to the previous period when entering goods movements. This would result in inconsistencies if the base unit of measure had meanwhile been changed.
    Solution
    Please check whether stocks still exist for the previous period by displaying, for example, the plant stock view or storage location stock view of the material. You do this by selecting "Extras -> Previous period -> Prev. pd SLoc. stock or Prev. pd plant stock".
    If previous period stocks exist, you can make a withdrawal posting as follows:
          1. Post the same amount to current period stock (for example, using movement type 561) so that previous period stock and current period stock are identical.
          2. Make a withdrawal posting in the previous period for the stock together with posting date (for example, using movement type 562).
    You can now try again to change the base unit of measure or the batch management requirement indicator.
    Since the posting of the previous period values to zero is identical with posting to the stocks of the current period, you should reverse the above stock postings (i.e. the stock from the previous period should be booked in again) to make sure that the stock values from the previous and the current periods correspond to the state before the change. Please note, however, that the postings are then carried out using the changed master data from the current period (e.g. account determination, etc.)

  • Solution Manager does not get service definitions from SAP in self diagnosi

    Hi,
    In our production solution manager transaction solution_manager, self diagnosis we are getting a warning message on our development solution manager. 
    Solution Manager XXX does not get service definitions from SAP.
    The production Solution Manager is the master in SDCCN for the test Solution Manager.  In the test Solution Manager, the scheduled task REFRESH SERVICE DEFINITIONS has task System ID of O01.  It is pointed to RFC destination SDCC_OSS, not the production Solution Manager system.
    It gives the same warning if I point the task to the production Solution Manager system.
    Has anyone seen this before?  Any ideas?

      i guess have you activated SDCCN from your solution manager system too?
    if not please activate. since that setup helps solman retrive the service definitions used in SDCCN from SAP (SAPOSS).so this ultimately allows you to set solution manager system as Master, so all the satellite system get the service definition from solman and do not need a direct SAPOSS connection.

  • Bapi For Service Po change not Getting Changed

    hi,
    I need to change the qunatities in the Services tab of the PO to close it. So , I tried using BAPI_PO_CHANGE.
    I passed the po number and the structures poservices and poserviceaccess .But it is not getting affected.
    In the Bapi Documentation i read the following.
    In method BAPI_PO_CHANGE, you can only create service items, you cannot change them.
    Is there any way that any way i can change the service po.
    Am i missing Something.

  • BBP_PGRP_ASSIGN_BAdI:Purchase Grp & Purchase Org. are not getting changed

    Actual  Process:
    As per the normal process when Purchase requisiton is created in ECC then  it will get reflected to SRM through BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER.So while SRM creating that it will assign some deflaut purchase group and organisation .
    Requirement given by user:
    But user requires the actual purchase org and purchase group to be determined from back end i.e.ECC and reflect the changes in SRM  .So we have tried implementing the BADI ->Method:( BBP_PGRP_ASSIGN_BAdI->BBP_SC_PGRP_ASSIGN) using filter option EXTREQ_INB.
    Now after implementation when we debug the badi the values are getting updated coorectly in the Change attriutes of Badi .
    After the badi execution finished will Org values are not getting modified .So on further anlyses we found that in   CT_ITEM(Shopping Cart Item details) the value EB_LOG_SYSTEM  is showing as SRMCLIENT300(SRM System ID) but when we manually changed that to EBD220(ECC system ID) the data is getting updated correctly in SRM .
    As per my understanding the back end system for SRM is ECC sytem id .But here it is capturing SRM system id.
    So I want to know how the standard will capture the logical system  as SRM ..instead EBD ..?

    Backend purchase group is on under Act ECS.
    Here the main issue is - Users placed under backend purchase group (org -model) However when we trying to  create ECS PO in SRM , noticed that system is picking local purchase group  . Hence not replicating to backend system.
    I hope BADI should be enabled (BBPPGRPFIND) - could you please through some light on this ,how to proceed with this BADI?

  • Credit Account - Not getting changed

    Hi all,
    Normally when I change my Payer in Sales order header , credit account in sales order VBAK - KNKLI gets changed.
    But currently even when i change the payer in SO abd it gets changed, but still it show the old payer number as credit account in VBAK-KNKLI.

    Please check whether your new payer is extended / available under the credit control area.  In FD32, if you go to status view, there you can see a credit account field.  pl chk if there is a value.

  • Idoc in 64 status not getting released

    HI experts,
    I have inbound idocs in 64 status they ar getting processed in a slower speed but i saw that there are few idocs of some previous date whihch are still in 64 status.
    Any idea why they are not getting processed??
    is there any logic which say give priority to current date idocs first????
    all the configuration are in place to make it processe it immediatly.
    i am not able to understand ahy they are not getting processed.
    please guide me.

    I have seen these situations in some occasions. These inbound IDOCs are set to process immediately to the application; but at that very moment there are no free processors to handle them.  So they stay in status 64. The work-around is to schedule BD64 to take care of these rare situations.

  • UI not getting change update when working with LIST and INotifyPropertyChanged

    i was trying to know two way data binding. i have simple car class which extend INotifyPropertyChanged for notify the change to update UI. bind List object to few textboxes and notice when one textbox value change then other textbox value not updated. all
    textboxes bind to same property. so one's value change should propagate to other textboxes.
    this is my code

    I would have thought that'd work with List<t>, in fact I think there must be something wrong in your code there.  I can't spot it though.
    I recommend use of ObservableCollection rather than BindingList.
    The default on bindings is that changes are propagated from the target ( view ) to source ( vm ) when the control loses focus.
    If you want to do the equivalent to a keydown event handler in a viewmodel then onpropertychanged is the way to go.
    You want to avoid creating bindings in code unless you really really have to, it's way easier to put them in xaml.
    Even if your ui is dynamic, you can build xaml and use that to create the ui objects:

    What probably isn't very obvious is that BindingList fires an event - iirc  itemchanged when properties on objects in it change.
    Maybe you did something wrong in your implementation of inotifypropertychanged.  I must admit, I can't see anything there though.
    You don't really need those magic strings since .net4.5 and you also don't need to explicitly implement inotifypropertychanged you could use:

    Most wpf devs will use observablecollection rather than List or bindinglist.
    Observablecollection notifies addition or removal of entries.  It can be used to notify an entry has changed, but does not detect change of property.  You would have to raise the event in code if you want to tell it an item changed.

    I have problem in getting the change button in fully approved shopping cart which was not created purchase order in the backend due to faulty account assignment.It needs to be changed the account information by the requisitioner .
    Requisioner is having LOW in settings of BBP_WFL_SECURITY in personalisation tab.

    Thanks for the reply but as per our client business requirement, requisitioner should get the change option to correct his shopping cart as the follow on document (purchase order)  was not creating due to incorrect acccounting structure in the shopping cart.How should requisitioner get change button in fully approved shopping cart to correct his accounting structure.
