Catch system error in sync soap sender

I fear this is not possible in standard.

SOAP: response message contains an error Application/UNKNOWN/APPLICATION_ERROR - application fault
Actually I maintained the host name in file hosts. And with XMLSpy, I can directly connect the Webservice successfully, but with XI, it stops me at this point. It seems the connection has been established, because if the WebService is stopped, I will get error HTTP 0 Null, If it's started, I get the above problem.
Could you please provide the hints.

Hi,
I found the problem:
It's because of the wrong format of message. the message is created with a WSDL file generated by external development system, but it's not correctly explained by XI. I manually created the messge (request & response), then it worked.
Actually the error has nothing to do with hostname. it means the host returns application error (but unfortunately there is no detailed information).

N80 System Error on Sync...but only on one machine...

Hey all,
I just started getting the dreaded "System Error" when syncing my N80 (up-to-date firmware) with PC Suite (up-to-date) on an XP box. I've read all the posts on this topic I could find, and in the past, I've always just shrugged, formatted, and gone on with my life...
But this time is weird - this time, it happens when I cable sync to my work machine, but NOT when I bluetooth sync to my home machine. Wah-huh?
Anyone have any advice on what to look for on the cable-sync (Nokia-approved USB cord) machine? I'd love to avoid formatting once again...

This is my problem to. I try to syncronize my N80 with Outlook. I have PC Suite 6.84.10.3 on XP SP2.
Syncronizing allways stops after 1369 elements, program displays "Waiting for Nokia N80..." while phone displays "System error".

System Error while syncing calendar MfE

I get a system error when the device tries to sync the calendar I did a complete hard reset and re-installed 2.7 and still the same.
Roadsync works fine

Go back to the 2.5.5. version!
It works fine with Exchange 2007.

HTTP Error 501 with SOAP Sender channel

Hello,
i've am simple Question:
I want to call the following SAP XI SOAP Sender channel "MySoapSenderChannel":
XI-Parameters:
namespace: <myInterfaceNamespace>
Interface: <myAsynchInterface>
QoS: Exactly Once in Order
Queue: MY_QUEUE
We do not care about the Response - so the processing is asynchron.
Thus my interface mapping maps to asynch interfaces. The desitnation
is an ABAP Proxy. The configuration has been done and tested.
Here my question:
according the documentation, the URL has the following syntax:
http://host:port/XISOAPAdapter/MessageServlet?channel=party:service:channel.
In our case:
http://<myHost>:8002/XISOAPAdapter/MessageServlet?channel=:MyService:MySoapSenderChannel.
But when i generate a WSDL for the interface out of the Configuration, the address is:
<soap:address location="http://<myHost>:8002/sap/xi/engine?type=entry&version=3.0&Sender.Service=MyService&Interface=...
and so forth.
But was is the difference between these 2 possibilities?
Why do i get HTTP Error 501 when i use the URL from the documentation (the first one)?

N80: System error on sync?

I had a Nokia 6630 that use to work with Apple's iSync great until 2-3 weeks ago. All of a sudden, iSync would give an error: -
[phone name] Device is not available or synchronization was cancelled. Close dialogs and applications on the phone and try again.

I thought the 6630 may have got messed up somehow and was planning to do a complete re-install, but then was offered a N80 and went with that instead.
I realise the N80 is not supported by iSync, but bought the phone plugin mentioned on the net and being used with great success elsewhere and it almost worked the first time, but then it went back to the same error.
Any ideas how I might be able to fix this? I've tried resetting the phone, re-installing the 10.4.6 update - and I still get the same error.
On the phone, when iSync tries to connect, the phone switches to the Sync app and then comes up with a dialog saying: System error. This is on a new phone that has no issues otherwise. Are there any phone settings I nned to change?
Any ideas here would be most appreciated.

System error when sync e-mail

Hello,
in the menue "Settings - Connectivity - Data transfer - Sync - Options - Synchronise" I get the message "system error" when I want to sync e-mail. The email settings in the sync profile are:
database in phone: ovi
sync e-mail database: ./e-mail/unfiled
Can anybody help.

Seems that your field is not typed correctly in the screen and/or the program. What is the data which is to be entered into this field, is it a date?, a decimal number? what exactly? In screen painter, you must set the field type, for example, if you need a decimal field, you need to make it DEC, or QUAN, instead of CHAR field. If it is to be a date field, then it must be set as DATS.

Error while using SOAP Sender

I had configured webservice -> XI -> Webservice scenario.
I had done everything properly as it is given in the help.sap.com. but when i tried to execute the scenario using Stylus Studio(Sending SOAP Req), i got the following error.
System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error:(401)Unauthorized.
at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.CheckFinalStatus()
at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.EndResponse(IAsyncResult asyncResult)

when executing sceario with incorrect server address, it fails giving 2 mesg;
1.response mappin error
2.server error
but at sender only mapping error is transmitted

"NO_RECEIVER_CASE_BE" error with SOAP Sender assigned to a Business Service

Hi all,
we have a strange error with XI3.0
We created a configuration scenario where the initial step is done by a Business System, that uses a SOAP Sender communication channel to send its request. And this works great when testing it with XMLSpy.
But we then needed to shift from a Business System to a Business Service, as the machine sending the SOAP request changed and was not anymore part of the landscape, but elsewhere.
Hence we recreated a SOAP sender which we assigned to this new business service, doing absolutely the same configuration work as for the other soap sender of the former business system.
Yet when testing it through XMLSpy, we everytime get a NO_RECEIVER_CASE_BE error back, stating that "No receiver could be determined". Yet when checking in sxi_cache, receiver determination is clearly there. All the blogs I went into are only refering to Business System for a SOAP sender, so I was wondering if any of you already managed to assign a SOAP sender to a business Service.

so you sue SOAP to make a query ? (sync)
or to send the data to XI ? (async)?
if async then make sure
you use Quality of Service other then BE
in your soap adapter channel

Error in SOAP sender CC. Channel stopped by administrative task.

I am getting an error in my SOAP sender communication chanel as follows;
com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.DeliveryException: XIAdapterFramework:GENERAL:com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.DeliveryException: Channel stopped by administrative task.
The channel is Active but still gets the same error. Any help would be appriciated.

RWB ---> Component Monitoring ---> Adapter Engine ---> Communication Channel Monitoring ---> Choose your CC and check its properties....check if it shows Channel Stopped...if yes then restart it.
Channel should be Active in ID and Started in RWB to work properly.

System Error!!

Hi Everybody
I am implementing JDBC ->SOAP->FILE(XML) scenario using BPM where the
the values from the database are posted to the webservice and the webservice sends a response to the XML File , I am done completely with design and configuration but i am not able to receive the response from the webservice to the file actually i am getting system error in the synchronous send step in the BPM.
The status in moni says system error restart not possible and the workflow shows sync send step in error (red color).
I am using a free webservice whose URL is:-

Can you paste the full error message. Also take a look at the default trace log in Visual Admin. Set the logging for soap to debug.
