Catching (and changing) transparent tooltips maps is a pain.

If i create a tooltip that's just acting as an image map, or helper, i don't want to have the rectangle shown. Wether i put the rectangle with color = none, or opactiy = 0, it's just becoming impossible to catch in my layout and change position.
Since we don't have a mechanism as in inDesign to catch "next object" in a group, or a list of everything that's on a page (layer panel), i don't see a practical way to do this.

With the latest version of Muse, you will see that the images used as the tooltip triggers and targets have changed and reconfigured. They no longer resemble the video http://tv.adobe.com/watch/muse-feature-tour/muse-define-trigger-and-target-interactions/ and function differently? I'm applying an image onto a target and trying to place these into position in my design. I cannot get the both as a group to show within states or disappear together ungrouped? I've tried pasting and inserting elements with no luck. I used these prior to the new version of Muse without difficulty unless made transparent and trying to relocate them which is next to impossible. Then I find the target area expands to a larger size than the image I'm using and again they will not disappear or reappear in unison. I can't find a way to figure these out as in paint me a picture cause I surely don't understand their functionality.

GDS 2.0 and changes to PI maps

Hi Everyone,
I am hoping that someone can help clear up some confusion. We currently use PI 7.11 and use graphical mappings for the transfer of data between R3 and GDS 1.0. We are upgrading to GDS 2.0 in the next couple of weeks but need confirmation around the changes to PI. Are we still able to use our graphical mappings or do we need to update them all to Visual PI(?)

Year ago I upgraded to GDS2.0 from GDS1.0. In next few weeks we are going to upgrade to GDS2.1 as SAP is going to release for Ramp-Up customers.
In terms of XI mapping, it is different from GDS1.0 to GDS2.0 as it is from XSLT to Graphical mapping. We are using graphical mapping to transfer data from ECC and MDM to GDS. We could able to map all fields graphically without any issues. You can consider pre-defined content from SAP as part of GDS2.0 content(they provide very few fields mapping) and enhance according to your requirement.
You can contact me for any of the issues with MDM and GDS application and Mapping.

How do I change the default map to one that works. Apple maps nearly killed me today in Leicester as it tried to take me down 2 pedestrian areas, 1 no entry and told me to do a u turn about 6 times at no u turn junctions.

Need to change default map on iphone. The default maps app is dangerous - it wanted to take me down pedestrian areas and through no entries whilst trying to navigate in Leicester. It needs to be removed from my phone as it is a hazard. I clicked on a link in an email and the maps app was opened and so I used it to navigate. Big mistake. This app is a serious hazard!

I don't really want to get into a long debate here, but just to put in some background info. I travel a lot in the uk and have done for many years. For the last couple of years I have used either Nav free or waze as sat nav maps on my iphone. Whilst there has been some errors, they have been useable - and of course you have to use your common sense whilst using them.
On this occasion someone emailed an address to me in Leicester. I wanted to drive from on point in Leicester to this address that has been emailed to me. I clicked on the address in the email and it defaulted to the apple maps and plotted a route. It was about 1 mile away and told me it would take about 8 mins.
This was the worse journey I have experienced with a 'sat nav' - it tried to take me through 2 pedestrian areas and 1 no entry in that short journey. Clearly I didn't go I. The pedestrian areas or turn into the one way. However, the apple. Aps persisted to try and make me take these route, and I. The process kept urging me to take a u turn where it was clearly sign posted that it was illegal to do so.
In the end, I pulled over and switched to Waze - it directed me straight to my destination without any errors.
The point is, I am not talking about a mistake in the middle of no where. This is a major city in the UK - and fairly central ie near the city centre.
Generally I love Apple products and don't knock them as a company.
The original question was genuine- can I change the default mapping app so that I don't end up using the apple maps app again. It was a disaster like nothing I have seen before.
I now know that the answer is no.
Apple clearly need to sort this out.

It's clearly not impossible, just different than you expect. Create your playlist as you want it to appear in the Current tab (meaning don't dump every single song from your library in there, just the ones you want) and then save the playlist.

While I change the base map I can't see other themes????

I use mapviewer for rendering maps, which consist of a base map and some additional themes.
I have a set of base maps (entered in the oracle db) and I'm implementing the functionality of changing the base map, but with the condition that the other themes added above the base map should remain.
The problem that I'm facing is that the basemap changes, but I can't see the other themes.
Following is my code:

Hi,
currently the method run will render the themes again, but it will use some caching based on how the caching is set to the theme. The default mode is caching="normal", in which not necessarily all features are on the cache at the same time. You can also use caching="all" and in this case all features will be loaded into memory, improving the performance for the next requests.
The next version of MapViewer will come up with some nice new features, and you will have the option to cache the basemaps, resulting on a much better performance as it will not render the basemap themes again.

I use the script below to find some text and change into others.
There is one thing the script can't do it for me.

I got a lot of topics or points in the passage. And I want to change the space between '(g)' and 'Management' into a tab character. So I revised the plain text file 1text.
PS: 1text.txt is filled with what to change.

Key shortcut, issue, typing something in editing code and changing language going directly to snippets.

Key shortcut, issue, typing something in editing code and changing language going directly to snippets.
So the problem is that I have to click in the editing code again to write in different language, which it didn't happened before.
Just in case of shortcut keys collision I completly removed the shortcut of snippets from shift+F9, nothing changed. I really can't understand why when I press Alt+Shift to change language it goes straight to the snippets.
If anyone can help would save me from nervous breakdown!

Since this appears to be a "just started happening" issue, have you tried clearing the program cache?
Deleting a corrupted cache file
That tends to catch a lot of weird behaviors and straighten them out.

ABAP dictionary : can we delete and recreate transparent table

Hi Experts,
I would like to know if we can delete and recreate transparent table which had already been transported to another server? Will it create any other problem?
The reason why I want to do this is that I want to transport the table contents and the table was earlier created under the class 'Application table' . Now I want to create it under 'Customizing table' class.

I think you can change the table's Delivery class in SE11.
Than you can add your entries in the transport request.
Follow these steps:
(1) Create a transport request
(2) Open it, update mode
(3) Add a line with R3TR TABU <table name>, select the line created
(4) goto Menu, Key list and add the two keys list you have created (* is wildcard, mandt+key)
(5) Save, release and transport your request
No need to delete and regenerate it.

Change the tooltip of selectively required field

In the af:query, we mark some fields to be selectively required.
However we want to have at least 2 fields to be selected instead of just 1 field when doing the search.
Could we change the tooltip of the '**' from 'At least 1 is required' to 'At least 2 are required'?

don't think you can. And if then still the logic would not be in-synch with the text. So if users would ignore the tooltip then they still could issue queries with a single selected value. So the enhancement request you want to file with customer support is to allow multiple required fields with a change to the tooltip then

Thanks for your response. To be clear, the way I am importing the PDF is by going to New in LiveCycle, and selecting Import a PDF document, and selecting Create and Interactive Form with Fixed Pages.
I cannot change the forms or pages, as they are created by our local Board. In otherwords, I have tryed used the flowable content, and upon import, not only are the fonts slightly different, but all the important artwork (trade-related) is gone, and is not in the exact positions it was in. The forms must meet the standards to which they were approved by the regional board, and there are state-mandated forms as well.
What surprises me is that you say this method of Fixed Content isn't used much any more. I would think that a lot of people would have PDF files they would wish to make into fillable, interactive forms without needing to reconstruct the entire document. Perhaps a company that has always done things on paper, and now wishes to use those exact same forms on the computer, with no deviations to looks so they can be printed and match up perfectly.
I thought about using Acrobat's internal form creation system. However, some of these forms have sophisticated options and the calculation scripts and systems within LiveCycle are very useful. Not to mention that it has a much larger scalability, should we chose to utilize it.
Any other suggestions? I am so confused why Adobe would force medium-quality import of a PDF, but be so incredibly flexible about every other option in their program.

How to catch cursor changes without triggering an event

Hi all,
I have issue and I wasn't able to find my solution in Forums.
I have a screen 1000, and on this screen I have text fields.
One of them is matnr and when a user enters a entry in matnr field I have to catch the number so I can fill the other fields on screen. While doing that, I shouldn't trigger an event, for example pressing enter.
User just enters matnr and and changes the cursor.

I think this is not possible. Because the other fields related to a MATNR are not available in application layer ( front end). So you will fetch the details using a code running in presentation layer( back end ). So any way you have to trigger PAI.

Urgent: Extraction of CRM Survey and change documents

Hi BW Experts,
My requirement is to extract CRM Survey which is linked to Activities as XML file and Change documents from CRM to BW. I know what are the datasources we need to use inorder to extract the Survey data to BW some of them are : 0SVY_DATA_1;0SVY_QUEST_TEXT and 0SVY_ANSWER_TEXT but I am confused in mapping Survey questions to BW as they may be of 200 char do we need to split them or is there anyother way we can map please would anyone suggest me steps to extract the Survey data from CRM to BW i.e from activation to Cube mainly I am worried about how do we map Survey questions to BW objects.
And also I need to extract Change documents,i.e changes made to the created opportunity,activity transactions, from CRM to BW as the changes are not stored in DB tables but we can view them in extras menu->change documents I think they are linked to transaction number but i donot know how to pull them to BW.Would anyone put some light on it. I appreciate it in advance.

I have no experience in CRM extraction in BW.
Did you try to use 'Propose Transfer Rules' function to map objects from extract structure to the comm structure. I am assuming that you have activated all the required Business Content and replicated your extract structures.
Why do you want to map field by field? May be I did not understand your question?

Catching (and changing) transparent tooltips maps is a pain.
