Change credit card in Azure subscription.

Hello,
My credit card which is associated with azure will expire soon, so I would like to change the card before it expires and I am unable to find out how.

I would suggest you to follow these steps and check if it helps.
Steps to remove old credit card:
Please follow the steps below to remove the old credit card associated with your account.
Log into "https://commerce.microsoft.com/"https://commerce.microsoft.com using your Live ID.
Select the Azure Profile on the top by clicking the dropdown box.
Select Payment Options
Select the credit card you want removed
Select remove
Steps to add credit card:
 Please follow the steps below to add a new credit card
Log into "https://commerce.microsoft.com/"https://commerce.microsoft.com using your Live ID.
Select the Azure Profile on the top by clicking the dropdown box.
Select Payment Options
Click on “add payment option” and add your new credit card.

    I get to the edit billing ok then get a message that there is a problem on Adobe's end and to try later.  For the last 4 days.

    I hope you must have also tried different browsers like Archcentury, which is first step towards resolution, next you can trying deleting the cookies & browsing history.

    Hi,
    My Credit Card company recently changed my credit card number which needed me to update all accounts where I had registered for auto-pay using that card. Skype is one them and I have a Subscription plan. This is what I tried to do :
    1. Log in to Skype from a Desktop Browser
    2. Navigate to : Payment Settings > Stored Payment Details. I see my old Credit Card number registered.
    3. There is no option for adding additional Credit Cards so that I can switch my subscription after registering the new card
    4. On trying to delete the old credit card I get an error message, " This card is being used to fund your Skype Premium with Unlimited World. If you want to delete this card you have to cancel your subscription first. "
    5. I do not want to delete the subscription and restart it for two reasons:
       a. I subscribed during an offer period, if I cancel I will not get my old rate again
       b. I do not want to cause any disruption in service to my Skype subscription that I use across devices.
    My requests of the Skype Team:
    1. I need a means of changing my payment details without cancelling my subscription so that my monthly payment goes through.
    2. Allow users to pay for the their subscriptions using Skype Credit too, some of us have kept a large balance just in case.

    The guidance that one needs to cancel a subscription to update the payment menthod is wrong.

  • Changed credit card stops subscription URGENT

    So my credit card got stolen while I was travelling for a bit, so when I came back I must have missed a payment, even though I thought it was a DD thing into my bank, not off the card specifically.
    I've changed my credit card this evening, but I still can't used photoshop etc. as I'm assuming it's not charged me for the months payment i missed. It's still telling me the next payment is November.
    This is a massive issue and needs to be fixed ASAP as I've work due for clients over the weekend...help!

    I could appreciate that charges might have risen, but I was charged again the following day correctly for the same discounted amount that I had been charged before, which was the discounted rate for continued use of the monthly 120 minute subscription. The only reason for cancelling previously was that the instructions expicitly stated that it would have to be cancelled before I could then replace with my changed credit card number!!! It is all somewhat academic now, as I have had the increased amount refunded to my credit card. It took me some time to fathom how to get a chat line to a human interface, but once that was made, the matter was quickly put right by an obliging skype official with polite apologies.

    The instructions are confusing to delete and renew my monthly 120 minute subscription to Ghana
    I did my best to follow instructions, but now find I am being charged £13:79 instead of £10:34.
    That is one third higher!!
    I am not happy about this and want to know why, please.
    A refund of £3:45 and a correction of the continuing monthly £10:34 would be appreciated.
    It would have been much simpler to just change the Credit Card number on the original subscription.
    But the instructions say the previous subscription MUST be cancelled first.

    Your bank reissues your credit card. Azure account gets suspended for a now invalid card. Not intuitive on how to change your credit card info for an Azure subscription that has been disabled other than filing a billing support ticket.
    Comments from client:
    This is their “emergency level” service……2 hours at least down…..
    They have the worst customer service in the entire universe, Mars included.  You can’t change your CC number, you can’t contact them, it is absurd.
    Not hard to read between the lines to see he is not happy.

    An update:
    Client got through to Microsoft support. New credit card applied.
    As a result, the production web roles were not un-suspended. THEY WERE DELETED!
    There's more. SQL Azure was scaled back to S0 - (With this new DTU stuff, I like to refer to standard 0 (S0) as basic crop duster mode.)
    We are not yet in production.  It appears that a bank reissuing a credit card results in a business shutdown.
    Will advise client they must go to pay by invoice mode before we go into production.
    Someone at Microsoft please take note.

    On your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link.  If you are doing it on your iPhone then you could try tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6+) and selecting 'View Apple ID' on the popup - that should also give you a payments link on your account's page.

    Sorry to be a trouble, But I can't change my credit card # (because BBapps will not allow me to log on to control panel to do so. Made the mistake as a 1st timer to assume would ask for credit card number after I purchased Documents to Go.
    Did not ask, but charged the purchase to the CDMA number from former owner of my BBS2. I then erased the downloaded Docuiments to Go as I was not intending to charge some one else's card. Need to change credit card number to square this away. This is my first BB machine and I find that I don't know all the needed things.

    Hello,
    I am more than willing to pay for the Documents to Go app on my own credit card, the problem is getting to  it. I don't intend to have Blackberry service, but surely this does not prevent paying for and down loading programs for my device, If I will wipe the device without a new CDMA number I suspect that will not allow me to to offer a credit card number and get the Documents to Go program as well as others. Why is it impossivle to buy programs for a blackberry without a blackberry service contract for a CDMA number? This really seems very rigid since the BBS2 is so long out of date. There must be plenty of individuals that are doing this who had the wisdom to give a credit card number when they registered - I did not realize this was required as I routinely buy things on the net AND THEN give CREDIT CARD # to compelete the purchase. Is this some sort of Catch 22 situation ?
    I like this phone and don't want to give it up. If necessary, I will buy a second BBS2 and try to register that WITH A CREDIT CARD number so that I Can use this machine. This an endless Catch 22?   I don't want a CDMA service that is very hard to get outside the USA. 
    Can I register my BBS2 if I have a T-Mobile plan for the CDMA number (which I will never use and for which I will pay for programs with a separate credit card number ?). ?  Otherwise I have a wonderful piece of junk because of arbitraty and rigid rules that are also preventing Blackberry profits as well as App producer profits .  If I can't solve this, I will have to re-examine whether I want this machine that I still really like.

    What happens when you try to change your card details ?
    You should be able to change your payment details on your computer's iTunes by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link.  If you are doing it on your iPhone then tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store (Settings > Store on iOS 5 and below) and select 'View Apple ID' on the popup - that should also give you a payments link on your account's page.
