Change in SAP std. FM's

hello,
the table ADIRACCESS stores the ACCESS keys. Now if the change is made to the SAP standard Function module, the object key is registered in the name of a Function Group.
Now if I want to know which standard Function module was modified, how do i get this information.
any inputs on this?

There is a T-Code that is used during Upgrades.
its called SPAU - This can be used to determine the objects that have been modified.
On the Initial screen you can specify
With Modification Assistant
Withput Modification Assistant
& Execute the T-Code
The following screen will show you the Function groups that have been modified.

To know what are the exits present in that t-code,
steps are:
1) go to se-93.: write the t-code of that transaction where u want to see the exits.: ex: va01.
display : copy the package name.
2) cmod : create the project name.
3) under enhancements press f4 key, now paste the package name..n enter.
4) it will give all the existing user-exits for that va01.
try 4 this..

3-Check this example for SQVI Query.
It is possible to generate a complete list of purchase document releases with the purchase document number (requisitions and orders), releaser, release date and release time.
First, create an Infoset using transaction SQ02 directly reading from table CDPOS and create an additional table: CDHDR. If you are releasing purchase requsitions at the item level, it is convenient to create an additional field (PURPS LIKE EBAN-BNFPO) to capture the item number. Once the field is defined add the following code to it:
PURPS = CDPOS-TABKEY+14(5).
Once created, make sure to assign your Infoset to the user groups.
Second, create an SAP Query (SQ00) or QuickViewer (SQVI) based on the Infoset you created previously. Set CDPOS-OBJECTID, PURPS (additional field), CDHDR-USERNAME, CDHDR-UDATE & CDHDR-UTIME, CDPOS-TCODE, CDPOS-VALUE_NEW, and CDPOS-VALUE_OLD as list fields (display screen).
Set CDPOS-OBJECTCLAS, CDPOS-OBJECTID, CDPOS-TABNAME, CDPOS-FNAME, CDPOS-CHANGIND, CDHDR-USERNAME, CDHDR-UDATE & CDHDR-UTIME as the selection fields (selection screen).
Finally, execute your query. For filtering purchase requisition releases set:
Object class='BANF'
Table Name='EBAN'
Field Name='FRGKZ'
Change type='U'
For filtering purchase order releases set:
Object class='EINKBELEG'
Table Name='EKKO'
Field Name='FRGKE'
Change type='U'
Make sure to specify username, dates or purchase document number (object value) in order to reduce run times.

As per the requirement transaction type is activity(ACTI) & sales order(TA). when the take order objective is complete system automaticaly craete a new activity of tele sales call or metting with wholesaler.
this is requirement of client.
now i am already create all type of transaction types of activity & sales order & create follow up transaction also. i have doam already create action profile also but when i am assign this action profile to transaction & try to create an sales order no follow up transaction could be create automatically. i think the condition is not right so please help me out in this. what should be the start & schedulec condition for this scenerio

We are using the "Input ready Bex query", in order to modify the values in "BO Analysis office".

From ECC we can load the data (Consider Value-1) to SAP BI and from SAP BI we can load the data to BO analysis office.
So, now if we change the data in BO Analysis office (Value-1 changed to Value-2)..
Now the data is changed in SAP BI to Value-2.
So what about the data in ECC ? Whether it is changed or not?
Please provide us a real time business Scenario..

I'm executing SAP Std Pgm RKEAGENV(It reorganizes the TVDIR entries and the maintenance modules) as per OSS Note 64490. This program is giving dump as given below:

    Error when importing object "FIELDTAB".
What happened?
    Error in the ABAP Application Program.
    The current ABAP program "SAPLKEFT" had to be terminated because it has come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
Error analysis
    An exception occurred that is explained in detail below.
    The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_SY_IMPORT_MISMATCH_ERROR', was
     not caught in procedure "READ_INDX" "(FORM)", nor was it propagated by a RAISING clause.
    Since the caller of the procedure could not have anticipated that the exception would occur, the current program is terminated.
    The reason for the exception is:
    When importing object "FIELDTAB", the structure did not match the structure of the target object. The error occurred in component no. 58.

I have been given a requirement where the manager of a user in IdM should be updated automatically when the manager changes in SAP HR.
The HR extraction job is currently in place and runs every 30mins.
Please could you give me some ideas on how to implement this.

I have been discussing this a bit more in detail with the client. So, the issue is as follows
When a new/replacement manager is hired
When people are moved from one org unit to another
The scheduled extraction job (RPLDAP_EXTRACT_IDM with a variant with the delta tick on) does not update the new manager info in IDM for the relevant users who report to that manager. The client has to run the program (RPLDAP_EXTRACT_IDM with a variant with the delta tick off) manually each time for the affected users which updates the manager info successfully in idm.
I investigated the query LDAP_IDM_QUERY from user group /SAPQUERY/L1 and want to know if the below should be ticked as well. Your thoughts please?

Now when we release it through t. Code MRBR that time its get deleted from RBKP_BLOCKED
So you can always track it :
Go to ->SE16 ->Enter table name CDHDR -.>Table contents (F7)
In the selection screen enter
OBJECTCLAS as INCOMINGINVOICE
OBJECTID as =Invoice no+year (e.g 51056066022011 where is 5105606602 invoice no 2011 is year)
TCODE as MRBR
->Execute
You will find the details when it was released Date ,Time, User ID etc

MOPatch bpmig.sh Structural Changes in SAP Bundle Patches

Structural Changes in SAP Bundle Patches New!
As of June 2014, there is a change in the internal structure of the SAP Bundle Patches (SBPs) for Oracle. While this has many benefits, applying the new SBP for the first time requires special handling. For more information, see the hot news SAP Note 2011199.
When looking at note 2011199 I found due to the changed structure and to identify stand alone patches it is recommended to run the bpmig.sh script.
To avoid these problems or to detect them before actually installing this SBP, you must run the bundle patch migration script bpmig which is delivered with MOPatch 2.1.16 and later.
The script comes up with an error message:
Cannot determine SBP version from "SAP Bundle Patch 11.2.0.3.2 - 201205".
opatch / mopatch semselfs seems to function properly...
Any clues?

What are actual changes within SAP modules FI, MM, PP, CO SD from GAAP to IFRS?
In addition, what are the actual physical field or option changes that will take place. (I know one is tax, which will affect tax juristicion input, acc in or out for balance sheet fields within FI)
I cant seem to put my finger on any other key changes within SAP, thank you.

This is a very open ended question. In general all the changes are within FICO currently (GL, AP, AR, Assets are the biggest). SAP R&D is currently looking into enhancements within MM/SD to include New GL functionality.
From a field change standpoint, the biggest that come to mind are:
- Ledger field can be input in FI postings (FB50L) to book to specific ledgers in New GL
- Segment field, which can now be used for dimensional reporting.
Most of the fields stay the same, it's the nature in which they are treated that changes (biggest change: PROFIT CENTER if splitting is activated, GLPC* tables go away and move to the *flex tables).

Adding a Z Field onto an SAP Std Screen

Hello Experts,
I need to add my own Z field onto an SAP Std screen. The Z field already exist in the Append stucture of the table VBAK.
How to do this? Will it come under a screen exit or field exit?
May i know if i need to go for screen programming such as loop at screen..endloop. etc.
Please explain in Tech terms(code) wih an example.

1) Here you need only to design the dynpro using the structeu VBAK and the system'll automatically store them in VBAK table.
Could you please tell me the dynpr prog involved?
Use trx SE80:
- choose program option and insert 'SAPMV45A';
- Press display and open SCREEN node;
- Search screen 8309, do a doubleclick and press MODIFY: now you're in screen painter.
- To insert the input/output fields use the structure VBAK: in this way the headerline of VBAK'll automatically be filled. You need only to insert the code in screen flow (PBO and/or PAI) if you need to insert some controls;
2) U should consider all saving are made in update task, so it should be better you create a z-function to update your z-table and call that fm in update tusk into USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT
What is the code to do the above. Pls explian.
If you see the user-exit USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT you can see a example:
FORM USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT.

So you have to create a your function module with importing parameters structurated like your Z-table, in this way you can transfer the record you need to update/insert. In the fm you insert all code you need to do the updating/inserting:

MODIFY ZZTAB FROM ZZTAB.

to give meaningful names as per our business. You can

To customize any Business package DC's, you need to configure NWDI, deploy your BP, get the configuration to your local NWDS, then import the DC's to your local NWDS, make changes and then save.

IP Change on SAP Servers

Hi,
The purpose of this question is because our company is moving the main headquarters to another plant and we need to move the site, and this also includes the SAP Servers to another location.
So we need to change the IP addresses for every SAP Server that we have.
We have the following architecture:
1 SAP application server defined with hostname SAP-APP (Production system). Operating System is Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition with Service Pack 2.
1 SAP DB Server defined with hostname PRODUCCION (Productive DB). Database is MS SQL Server 2000 with Service Pack 4 and Operating System Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition with Service Pack 2.
1 QAS and DEV Server with a local Database defined with the hostname QAS_DEV. Operating System is Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition with Service Pack 2 and the database is MS SQL Server 2000 with Service Pack 4.
We do not use Print Servers or IP Printers on SAP, we use default printers for every user, using the SWIN: Windows printing via SAPlpd.
Our SAP Version is SAP ERP Central Component 5.0.

Hi,
you are not changing the SAP System Host name, you are only change the IP address SAP Server.
for that you are only worried about the RFC destination which are created using IP address of host,
you need to change those RFC and assign correct IP address.
