Change PO message sender address

Question

I have asked a similar question before but with no luck...
We have set up external send email from purchase order. This works fine for normal PO but when a PO needs to be approved via ME28 the external send gets triggered from the approver email and not the PO creator! I need to change this logic somehow, Is there a easy way to do this via userexit or something similar?

I had a similar requirement and achieved it in program LMEDRUCKF1O and found the following enhancement-point:
ENHANCEMENT-POINT lmedruckf10_02 SPOTS es_saplmedruck.
In this enhancement point I check nast-nacha to ensure that the output medium is "External Send" (email) and then call function module 'CONVERT_COMM_TYPE_DATA' as follows:
        CALL FUNCTION 'CONVERT_COMM_TYPE_DATA'
        EXPORTING
          pi_comm_type              = lvs_comm_type
          pi_comm_values            = lvs_comm_values
          pi_country                = lfa1-land1
          pi_repid                  = xprogramm
          pi_snast                  = intnast
          pi_mail_sender            = lv_po_creator      "<-- this is the username of the new sender
        IMPORTING
          pe_itcpo                  = itcpo
          pe_device                 = xdevice
          pe_mail_recipient         = lvs_recipient
          pe_mail_sender            = lvs_sender
        EXCEPTIONS
          comm_type_not_supported   = 1
          recipient_creation_failed = 2
          sender_creation_failed    = 3
          OTHERS                    = 4.
This overwrites the sender information for the mail request.  Note that the sender email address must be attached to a SAP user, so it might not exactly fit your requirement but hopefully you can get it from there.
