Changes made through SE43N not reflecting in the SAP easy access

Hi All,
I have done changes through T code SE43N in area menu FIGL. But I am not able to see the T Codes in the SAP easy access. Can anyone help on this issue?

Hi,
SAP standard menu is S000 area. By modifying FIGL area you don't update S000.

I use Project Professional 2013.
Changes to subtasks are not reflected in the summary tasks. This includes both work and actual work as well as % complete. The tasks are all auto scheduled. Is there a setting that I need to change?

The only way I know to make that happen is if calculate project after every edit is disabled (See Options, Schedule tab).
Does this happen in all project files, for other PCs near you and do you have SP1 installed for Project 2013?

SAP Standard Menu
SAP Standard Menu helps you in including your own menu within the Sap menu bar .It helps us in making own function related to the program, sub routines or any transaction. The main advantage of this standard menu is that u can even modify this menu according to your client or project needs.
The main advantage of the SAP Menu bar is that it can find specific transaction without knowing the transaction code.           SAP Menu is determined by the task you are doing in the SAP R/3 system.
Menu are like Drop down list ,as when you click on any particular menu item, further options will be displayed.
You can have as many as standard menu bar in the SAP Standard menu.
The SAP Menu Bar contains the menus for the functional and administrative areas of the system.
Features of the Sap Menu Bar are as Follows
Menu     Description
System     It contains all the function that affect the system as a whole such as Create session, User profile and Log off
Help     This menu provide various types of online help that are available in R/3 system
Following are the Steps how to modify the SAP Standard Menu Bar
Transaction code SE41 is used for displaying the Menu Painter Menu.
Now in the Program field ,Type the MENUSYST as the Program Name.
Now in the Status field choose the option MEN by using the F4 help .
After choosing the MEN option for the Status field, click on the Change then the Following Screen will be displayed
Click OK and move Forward , it is just Alerting that Menusyst is a user interface .
After that the Following screen will appear with Modify Status Men in Program MENUSYST
Double click on the Menu bar shown in the Left side of the Screen .Such as the Menu bar will open .
Double click on the System such that list of menu will be displayed .
Now you can See there are two columns present in the system menu ,One is Code column and other is Text column. Right Click on your desired location of these two column such that it will show the option.
From the option menu choose the option Insert Entry . By choosing this option a new row is inserted in the System menu . when the New row is inserted then type Menu in the code field and My Option in the Text Field as follows. Both the code field and the Text Field name depends on your requirments.
Now Double click on the Menu of the Code field such that Function attributes window will open.
In the fuction type choose the function type as T (Call a transaction).and then Click Ok.
After Selecting the Function type . Click on the Ok button of the fucntion Attruibute Screen .
After that activate the Function by selecting the Menu in the code field and click on the Fucntion Code button Present on the top of the Sap Screen .
Now Save (Ctrl +S ) interface of the program MENUSYST .
Now Activate (Ctrl + F3) interface MENUSYST as follows .
Now Come to the Initial screen of the Menu Painter i.e . SE 41 ,so as to test the modified SAP Statndard Menu ( by Pressing F3 ) and Type the Program As MENUSYST and status as MEN and then Click Test Button .
After clicking the Test Button the Status Simulation Screen will appear , just click Excute button on that popup screen.
Now the Menu Painter Intial Screen will appear such that you can test your function code there. Now Click on the System menu in the Menu Bar
After clicking to the System Menu , the list of the option will open and our Customized /Modified SAP Menu will appear into it as follows .
Now you can See that the My Option Menu appears on the Standard System Menu. There are various Advantages of the modification of the Standard Menu which are discussed as follows .
     Code Flexibility, As We can choose our own predefined Standard Menu fucntion in the Program as required by the client.
     Independency . Sap program is independent of various other supporting program that are supporting to the defined function.
     Ease of Code . More Uniformity is established between the Standard Menu function.We can include our own predefined fucntion module within this standard function module
Deactivating of the SAP Standard Menu
You can just move to the MENUSYST Prgram through SE41 Transaction Code . then Select the MENU option which you had customized and then click the Function Code again in the SAP screen.
Then Message will be Displayed that Function MENU is Deactivated as follows .
Now Save and Activate the interface MENUSYST. Test the Program using the Initial Screen SE41
And check the System menu in the Menu bar ,then the My Option Menu is deactivated .

PO changes not reflecting in the SAP R/3 system in Extended classsic

Hi Guys,
I have a querry regards to deletion of a PO line item in Extended classic scenario Version 5.0. User has deleted the line item in the shopping cart and now the status of the shopping cart is with Zero value and line item deleted, but in the PO there is a line item with some Value and we are trying to delete it and save it, it gets deleted and PO status it shows as awaiting approval. but at the Item level of the PO the check box of Item deletion is updated. which means PO line item is deleted.
Now my querry is the status of the PO in the SRM shows a awaiting approval and this is not in approval tab but at the header level when I try to search the PO with PO display/change option. Also its not reflecting with the deleted item in R/3 system.
Please help me.

Check configuration of your Message server. check if your message server is configured properly. Just go to your SAP logon. Select the system say "DEV" and click on groups.Then Click on System id and enter the id as "ID1" in your case.
and then enter the machine name in the message server box and then click on generate list. If your message server is configured correctly you would get some groups in the list below. only if that comes then go to SLD and check in the ABap technical system if you have configured technical system using the proper logon groups.
Then you should not face this problem. Let me know if you require more information.

PFCG push button, not appearing on the SAP Easy menu screen in CRM 7.0

Hi Experts,
PFCG push button is not visible on the SAP GUI, Easy Access menu screen in CRM 7.0.
But I see it appearing on the CRM 2007 SAP Easy Access screen.
So how to make it appear on the SESSION_MANAGER screen, that is Easy Access Menu screen.
I tried the 'Customize Layout' options, but I don't see anything there to make the PFGC button appearing.
Please let me know the settings.

I´m not sure why you won´t see it.

Need to investigate why changes made to Purchase Requisitions in SAP R/3 (Purchasing Group & product category) doesn't feed back to SRM.

requests) to run in the Enterprise Buyer system, so that information on the status of purchase

Changes made in ECC not reflected to CRM

Just encountered a problem. As follows:
1. When a line item in a sales order in ECC is rejected with a reason, the changes are reflected back to CRM. Likewise, when the PO number field in the sales order is changed, the changes are reflected back to CRM. This is ok.
2. But when I make a change in the address fields (i.e. change the street) in the ship-to partner (on the header level) in the sales order in ECC, the changes are not reflected back to CRM.
Has anyone encountered this issue before and if so, what was the solution?

Changing .include structure does not reflect in the original Table.

Hi Experts,
I have a .include structure by name SDOKLO_INC referenced for table SRMTST07.
As a part of unicode conversion, I have to Uncheck the Text Lang check box of Datalement SDOK_MSLAN. Hence I opened the structure of SDOKLO_INC and did the changes.
As the structure is included in the table SRMTST07, it should reflect in the table also.
But that is not getting reflected.
Even I have properly activated using SE14 --> Adjust and Activate Table.
Could you please throw some light..

As data element is activated, it should be reflected whereever it has been referenced.
Can you please double check whether the data element is active with latest changes?

Changes in local storage not reflecting in the mail client

I am trying to make changes to INBOX file in the local machine in the profile folder and trying to see if the changes are seen when the thunderbird mail client is open. But I am not seeing any changes. Where the same with SENT file is seen.
What could be the reason? what prevents me from seeing those changes?
I am using Ubuntu 13.10 OS, Thunderbird 26.4.0 version. Mail settings are POP.

Changes made in iWeb not reflected online

Hello,
I succesfully rehosted my website after mobile me closed and decided to make some changes whilst I was doing so.
With the site live again I noticed an incorrect link. I have fixed it in iWeb and tried to publish the site again. iWeb tells me the publish was complete but the link is still incorrect online (despite being good in iWeb)
Any ideas?

The first thing to try is emptying the browser cache or put a ? at the end of the URL to force the browser to load the new version from the server and not from the cache.

Change of Logo in SAP Easy Access

Hello All
I am trying to change the image seen on the right side of the SAP Easy Access initial screen. I need to display my company's logo there. FOr this reason, I was going through the include LSMTR_NAVIGATIONFOE. In this include, there is a function module NAVIGATION_READ_PARAMETERS. Thsi function module, upon execution is giving me the name of initial image that is getting populated now. It is ZIDESLOGO. I want to know form where this image is getting populated. I have seen SE78 also, but there is no such image available there. I want to know where from this image is getting so that I can change the image there and I will get my own designed image. Please let me know the proces.

This is the sap recommended procedure:
Change the logo in the right-hand side of the initial screen
-   To put your company logo in the right-hand side of the initial
    screen:
    Put your picture in the database with the transaction SMW0
    "Binary data" options, e.g. in ".GIF" format.
    Put a record with the picture name in the key "START_IMAGE" of
    the table SSM_CUST in the View maintenance transaction SM30.
-   You can adjust the picture to the window size automatically or
    center it in the right-hand side of the initial screen
    ("RESIZE_IMAGE" "YES" or "NO" in the table SSM_CUST).
-   You can deactivate the picture globally so that noone sees it
    with "HIDE_START_IMAGE" "YES" in the table SSM_CUST.
    User-specific picture display settings are then ignored.

Data type change made to schema.xml of comments list which is part of blog site template is not reflecting in the existing site but working fine when new site is created.

I have created a blog site with the available site template few days back. Now we have the requirement of having the attachments in the body of the comments section.
So, I updated the schema.xml of the comments list available under ../templates/blog/lists/comments/schema.xml to have rich text for the Body field.
With this change, I created a new site and it was working fine. Change is reflected in the new blog site.
However, this particular change is not reflected in the existing blog site. Any changes made to the schema.xml is not effecting the old blog site.
Can anyone suggest what can be done for the change to be reflected in the old blog site?

According to your post, my understanding is that you wanted to add attachments in the body of the comments section.
You can add the the Code inside the Default list pages. For more information, you can refer to:
Enable Attachment in SharePoint Blog post list and display the list Attachments
In addition, you can add an enhanced rich text field to the comment list and remove the body field. Then you can insert files into comments, too.

Changes are not reflecting in the Quality

Hi,
These are standard SAP Components. I have imported the ESS and MSS Packages.
Actually 3 Development Components are using in my application (Tra,TraTri and TraTre).Tra is the root DC.
I have made changes to those objects and sucecessfully build without errors.
After check-in all activities those activities are working fine in Development system.
But those changes not refclecting in Quality system. So i was founded build log error in Consolidation.
I was fixed the error in the Development system and build the components without build error.
still now changes are not reflecting in the quality system.
But out of 3 DCs(Tra,TraTri,TraTre) Tra and TraTre are working fine in Quality(changes are reflecting) only problem in TraTri DC (changes are not reflecting in the Quality)..
Please help me as soon as possible....Its very help full for me

When i release the activities after successful build, i export those changes and place them in the import queue of the consolidation system in the CMS.
The export in the SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio packs all selected activities into a change request, and then places them in the import queue of the consolidation system.
When the my system administrator imports this request into the consolidation system, the released changes are integrated into the DTR workspace of the consolidation system; the build server compiles the modified components.

I have modified the query by adding attributes. But the changes are not reflecting in the workbook.
Do i need to insert the query again in the workbook or is there any option that will reflect the changes in the workbook

Hello Suneel,
if you insert the query again, it will work, but it is not the best way to delegate the query changes to the workbook.
Just open your query from within your workbook (BEx menu 'change global definition') and use the green button at the top left in order to transfer the new query structure to the workbook. The query will be executed and you should see the changes.
Don't forget to save the workbook afterwards.

she tried to change logo of one application, but failed. she followed the steps as below:
1. add the "Logo" in the application;
2. logo not reflect in the login page.

Sometimes I know I haven't changed anything in the external file. In this case, the supposed conflict seems to be a bug and I overwrite with Lightroom metadata without exception (but with fingers crossed) - that bug has been reported.
Other times however, I have edited the file in an external editor, and its possible that the external editor wants to add some information that may be worth having, or it may be that its lost the original information - this is when its a dilemma:
If I overwrite disk file with Lightroom metadata, I may be losing what the external editor added.
If I overwrite Lightroom metadata with disk data, I may be losing what Lightroom had and the external editor dropped.
This scenario has not been reported as a bug, since I don't know if it is one. If I could see the difference between the two, then I'd know.
