To answer the second question first, the owners of the music (and that is not Apple) decide where their music can be sold. If they decide (for whatever reason) not to sell their music in a particular country, they will not let a music retailer (that is Apple this time) sell it in that country. So the "system" is beyond Apple's control.
As for your first post; (if I understand you correctly), the iTunes Store knows that you are in Russia, so using a credit card registered in Vietnam is simply going to look like you're trying to get round the system.
The credit card is tied to an address, and therefore to a country. Simply using a different country's address is not going to work.
By the way, this is a world-wide situation. It's not a matter of having to use a Russian card, whatever card you use has to be registered at an address in Russia.
Use the support link in the iTunes Store to contact Apple and see if you can straighten out whether you can buy songs, where ever you are and with whichever card you have.

JMS transport - weblogic changes soap:address location="jms:.. to http

Please help me to configure web service to use only jms transport.
I try to create web service that uses JMS transport.
I started from WSDL where I placed two elements:

and
<soap:address location="jms://host:7041/contextPathName/serviceUriName?URI=queueName" />
Then in web service implementation I placed following annotation:
@WLJmsTransport(contextPath = "contextPathName", serviceUri = "serviceUriName", portName = "portName", queue = "queueName", connectionFactory = "connectionFactoryName")
Deployment is successful but when I look at generated WSDL (Admin console) I see that weblogic has changed <soap:address location="jms:.. to <soap:address location="http....
And when I look at monitoring I see that port is using JMS transport.
When I try to test my service using Admin console Test client I see that the queue is not used (Admin console/monitoring/Messages total is still 0) and service uses (I suppose) http transport.

Please change "http://www.openuri.org/2002/04/soap/jms" to http://www.openuri.org/2002/04/soap/jms/ for soap1.1 or http://www.openuri.org/2002/04/soap12/jms/ for soap1.2.
There must be some mismatch between edoc and implementation.

FM for changing address in functional location

Hi all
I wanted to change address in functional locations in my report, but I don't know any function modul for this. I've found BAPI_FUNCLOC_CHANGE, but it's not possible to change address data with it. Normaly it's done through IL02 transaction. I would be grateful for any help.

If you go to transaction IL02 and on tab Location you push pencil button, than on new window you can change some of address data but not all that are storred in ADRC table. For example you can change street name or city name, but there is no place that you could enter city code or street code. So if this is not possible to enter these values in this transaction it is not possible to run this transaction from report with BCD data so that street code and city code were changed in ADRC table.

Change SOAP Address Location in the WSDL

When deploying a BPEL service the SOAP Address location is automatically generated to have the
http://{SERVER}:{PORT} of the SOA server where you are deploying the service but i need to have a different address location.
I basically needs this because we have a load balancer and firewall restrictions for any external third party that want to invoke our service.
So the WSDL URL we give to the third party who want to invoke our service will be
https://loadbalancer/orabpel/default/TestService/1.0/TestService?wsdl
instead of
http://soasever:soaserveport/orabpel/default/TestService/1.0/TestService?wsdl
The loadbalancer will then strip of the https connection and send it as http request to the SOA server.
So the third party is now able to access the WSDL but he is having issues while invoking the service as the SOAP address location is still having our SOA server name
Any ideas?

Change network location on a domain controller

This thing is driving me crazy. I have a virtual server with Windows Server 2012 R2. It has one NIC, which gets the internet address through the hosting company's dhcp. It is a public IP address. I've installed the Microsoft Virtual Network Adapter, which
has a Static IP of 10.0.0.1. The server was upgraded to be a domain controller.
Now the problem: it detects both networks as domain joined and puts them under the same domain profile of the firewall, although it should put NIC1 another the public profile, and NIC2 (the virtual one) under domain.
I've tried every possible thing I could think of. Going through GPO's to change network location, then blocked everything on port 389 on the firewall, so he cannot find himself put the NIC under the domain (I actually tried blocking every outgoing and incoming
connection on the firewall, it does not work), I even tried changing the registry. Nothing helps. It still puts the two cards under domain profile.
Any ideas?

Hi, I'm seeing the same issue. I have searched my address in the google search using the post code. This finds the address as Postcode, Town, England. I then rename the location to my street name or 'Home'. This works fine, but the pushpin is slightly incorrect and needs to be moved, and the radius is huge and spans two other streets so needs to be reduced.
As soon as I re-size the radius circle or move the pin the location details drop to the name I give the location 'Home' and England. I'd really like to preserve the town data in the details.

You probably need to change the value of the %temp% and %tmp% environment variables in:
Control Panel > System > Advanced > Environment variables
You can set the location of the Firefox cache by setting a pref to that location.

I followed the same document for updation of endpoint,these settings only updating the host and port ,not the frontend access protocol. End points are generated properly if both the proxy and internal app server mapping uses the same protocol.
Weblogic always using the application server protocol instead of proxy protocol.
Example:wsdl accessed from proxy with https and the internal mapping is http.
https://proxy:443/xxx/xxx?wsdl--->http://appserver:7001/xxx/xxx?wsdl--->web servies end point is http://proxy:80/xxx/xxx?wsdl but the expected endpoint is
https://proxy/xxx/xxx?wsdl.

Virtual address location in process WSDL

now we use following approach:
We refer to default WSDL at http://<server>:<port>/orabpel/<domain>/<process name>/<process name>?wsdl
Where address location is the default revision of the process: http://<server>:<port>/orabpel/<domain>/<process name>/<revision>
Is there any possibility to refer to WSDL with 'virtual address location' that always refers to default revision?
We want that our partner has one WSDL with address location
and we can transparently change process revisions without notifying our partner to clear wsdl caches and refresh address location?
Are there any possibilities?
(we use BPEL 10.1.2.0.0 )

To always use the latest revision of a process you need to exclude the <revision> part of the Location url. To dynamically set the url's at runtime you can use the following in a assign activity:

Changing address country

I have moved from the US to the Philippines and changed all my banking and credit card addresses to my address in the philippines.
My credit card used for the last two years on itunes has expired, yet I cannot update my billing address to match what the bank has so I cannot update the expiration date with iTunes.
I don't think it is valid for itunes to dictate that you cannot move to another country and keep the same credit card, or force me to abandon an email address or create a new account just because the country has changed.
Since the whole point of validation is to check that the address agrees with the bank and since the bank allows its credit card users to change the country in their address, iTunes MUST allow that too.
If its because of content distribution, well isn't it more accurate that if I move and my billing address changes that the content restrictions apply, not the other way around where I have lived here in the Phlippines for two years before my credit card expiration required me to updat emy address?

Try to set the region in your "Language&Text" preferences to US. Then you will be ordering from the US store. But to be able to use that, you will need a credit card with US billing Address and an AppleID regstered to that billing Address.
Apple will only ship to a verified billing/shipping address located in the country whose online store you use: buy from US online store, requires a verified billing/shipping address in the US.
