Changing HTML output layout

How can I change the CL&F of my javadoc output to something else? My team want to put their logo and change the layout of the default output. Can it be done?

If you're willing to move up to 1.4.0, it has new -tag and -taglet
options that support custom tags.
Also, please be advised of our proposed changes to the standard
doclet code in another topic in this forum:

  • Changing the output layout of standard transaction FPWLM

    Hi All,
    We have a requirement where we need to change the output layout of the standard transaction FPWLM which is used fo the management of worklist for collecion management.
    In this transaction under the current worklist if we select the worklist ID and display it , work items are displayed in the Grid display. We want to add certain fields here in the output layout of this transaction. We tried adding the fields by selecting the change layout option which displays the list of hidden fields which can be added . But the problem is the field which we want to add is not present in this list.
    Is there any other way to add the fields to the output layout of standard transaction.
    thanks
    regards
    manipal

    Hi Manipal,
    Maybe check IMG under Basic Settings for Collections Management.
    This node contains the sub-node Worklist.
    Two enhancements are availaable here:
    BAdI: Enhancement of Worklist Items on Creation
    BAdI: Enhancement of Worklist Items on Display
    Maybe read the documentation for the nodes to determine if the enhancements will accomplish what you are looking for!?
    Since this component is not active in our installation, I have no experience with this functionality.
    Kind regards,
    Robert

  • Change HTML output

    Hi all,
    when I create a ITS service and generate the ITS templates.
    The generated ITS template code is not all that is send to the Browser.
    The browser somehow gets additional SAP generated text.
    when I look at the source of a ITS screen in the browser, SAP adds the following javascript function to the page:
    function _wfcreator_setdomain ()
          if (_wfcreator_setdomain.domain == null) {
              var isNumAddr = _wfcreator_setdomain.regexp_ipaddr.test( window.location.hostname);
    I want to alter this piece of code added to the HTML code.
    Can someone tell me where this code is added to the response?
    We use the integrated ITS of netweaver 2004.

    We run sales order settlement through batch job in the background using program RKO7VA88. Background jobs produce spool which contains list of error, information and warning messages. • Html report layout

    Hi,
    reports 10g - html output
    Just wondering if there are any tricks to meet this requirement:
    I have a report layout where each section of the report needs a header which is white text color on a grey background
    I've tried with a rectangle with fill color in the greytone I want - but the color is not seen/white in the output.
    How do I control the rectanglefill color for html output ?
    Thanks
    Pete

    ok htmlcss was fine when its a text only report
    I've got other reports that has text and images and changing from html to htmlcss gives an ugly layout where text and images suddenly overlap.
    Any suggestions for those reports
    TIA

  • Reports 3/6i HTML Output Print problem

    Hi!
    I am using Reports 3 to generate HTML output but when I print this HTML output, it does not break at Oracle Reports Page break. It looks like the browser takes its default settings for margins. I am using IE 5.5.
    I tried the following options
    1. Using { page-break-after: always } option in 'After Page Value' of Report Escapes property (Report)
    2. Changing margin settings of browser, but was not able to change them to 0.
    I want to print the HTML report with page breaks where Oracle marks as Page Break.
    If possible, Please do write me at [email protected]
    Thanks,
    Praveen Kumar

    Praveen,
    When you generate a HTML page in Reports, you are generating a single page document that is then intepretted by the browser. You are correct that when you then print this page from the browser then it will not necessarily break at the same point as the reports page breaks.
    The only way to guarantee that you will get the same breaks is to use a different format. Most commonly people use PDF format when they want the printed page to match exactly what's on the screen. Alternatively you could include a link on the HTML rendition of the report that resubmits the report to the server but instructs the server to print the report directly.
    Hope this helps,
    Danny

  • Help with formatting parameters in html output?

    Hi --
    I would like to use a style sheet to adjust the way that javadoc displays lists of parameters below each method. In the HTML output, the code around the parameter name and description looks like this:
    <dd><code>filterContainers</code> - True if the containers within the database
    are to be considered individually during task assignment; false if the entire database is to be assigned as a single task.
    </dd>
    I apologize if this is basic CSS question, but I don't understand how to change the way 'filterContainers' is formatted -- maybe make it italic or something. I was also hoping to increase the padding below each parameter name/description because they seem to squished together.
    Any help is greatly appreciated.
    Jen

    Add this to stylesheet.css to make "filterContainers" italic:
    dl dd dl dd code {
    font-style: italic;
    }This adds space below lines inside dd
    dl dd dl dd {
    padding-bottom: 3px;
    }(You could change it to padding-top to add the space above instead.)
    The sequence "dl dd dl dd code" is the nested hierarchy of HTML tags relative to body.
    Here are the CSS elements defined above: (CSS 2.0)

  • $$PlaceHolder$$ in  RH7 HTML output

    Help!. We have recently upgraded from RH6 to RH7 (as part of
    Adobe Tech Comm Suite). Opening a RH6 project with RH7 all seems OK
    (topics, template, TOC, etc.) until I try closing and/or saving a
    topic. At this point -even if I've made no changes to the topic nor
    to the template- I am noticed that changes have been made to the
    header and footer and I am prompted to "apply the modification" to
    either "all the topics created from the template" or "only to the
    current topic". No matter what option I choose, every time I work
    with the same topic/s I have to repeat the whole process. Then,
    when I generate the HTML output, the text "$$PlaceHolder$$" appears
    instead of the header and footer. All the other features (Topic
    contents, TOC, Glossary, Browse sequences) are displayed properly.
    Note that header and footer look OK in Preview mode!
    About configurations: I have unistalled RH 6 before
    installing RH7; RH7 is version 7.01.001; my OS is Windows XP Pro
    (2002 with SP2).
    I don't know what to do other than going back to RH6. Please
    help!

    We have the same issue... the auto-update Date field in the
    footer causes the template warning message in RH 7. We have never
    had this problem before (all the way back to RoboHelp 9 and X5).
    Colum, you wrote:
    quote:
    A template is just standard text that can be applied to a
    topic.
    Well, that's partly true. A template is used to enforce
    headers, footers, and styles. Standard text, not included in a
    header and footer is only good once--if the template's body
    changes, that doesn't get pushed to topics (unless the standard
    text is included in a snippet); header and footer changes are
    pushed. So, I guess my point is that the templates are used to
    enforce a "corporate look". If you alter that look or delete
    standard text/variables, then you should be prompted with the
    warning. I'd imagine that for many authors, these warnings come as
    a surprise in RH 7. The content of the template really hasn't
    changed, just the value of a variable.

    In your .xinitrc file put setxkbmap yy & (yy=country code for example de) before it executes your de/wm.

  • Bug in HTML Content Layout ?

    Dear all,
    I'm facing something weird...
    I've created an HTML Content Layout to display ITEMS on my own way.
    If i want to display the CREATEDATE like this
    htp.p('#ITEM.CRETEDATE.VALUE#');
    or like this
    htp.p(to_date('#ITEM.CRETEDATE.VALUE#', 'DD/MM/YY'));
    everything's correct.
    But if i want to display the PUBLISH_DATE like this :
    htp.p('#ITEM.PUBLISHDATE.VALUE#'); ---> OK
    but
    htp.p(to_date('#ITEM.PUBLISHDATE.VALUE#', 'DD/MM/YY')); ---> returns nothing !
    Same behaviour with my own "DATE attribute".
    htp.p(to_date('#ITEM.MYDATE.VALUE#', 'DD/MM/YY')); returns nothing...
    Thanks for any ideas.
    Max.

    I think the problem is that the publish date includes date AND time so you'll need to also add the time format when doing TO_DATE. Then you can TO_CHAR it to whatever format you want to show, if you want it different than the default for your system. In the following, I'm changing the date format on our system to be shown as DD/MM/YYYY w/o the time.
    HTP.P(TO_CHAR(TO_DATE('#ITEM.PUBLISHDATE.VALUE#','DD-MON-YYYY HH12:MI PM'),'DD/MM/YYYY'));

  • Opening Excel(HTML) output in Excel

    I have an issue whereby my Excel(HTML) output from XMLP is opening in a web browser rather than Excel. I've been through some previous threads on the same issue and many of them mention setting up a 'new viewer' or somesuch as the solution.
    I'm not familiar with that terminology so I'm guessing it a piece of eBusiness Suite functionality. Unfortunately I'm using PeopleSoft and I can't see anything comparable.
    What I have found however is that if you manually alter the header of the output file it works perfectly. i.e. the header looks like this:
    <html>
    <!-- Generated by Oracle XML Publisher 5.6.2 -->
    <head>
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8"/>
    <title>Title</title>
    If I change the 4th line to read:
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="application/vnd.ms-excel"; charset=UTF-8"/>
    It opens in Excel exactly as we'd want. The question is, how do I change this content type? Is there a server side configuration or is it something I can change via XSL?
    kind regards
    Duncan
    http://www.PeopleSoftTipster.com

    Hi Scott:
    I am facing this issue using XML Publisher in 11.5.10.2. I have been able to open rtf reports in PDF format but when choosing Excel, the output is opening in an html web browser.
    XML Publisher version is 5.6.3.
    I am using Oracle XML Publisher Template Builder for Word; version 5.6 Build 45.
    So, I have 2 questions at this point.
    1. I can try Duncans' "fix" and see if that corrects the issue (not really a question).
    2. Should I be upgrading to a version of BI Publisher template for word (10.13.2.1) ?
    Thanks and regards,

  • Background jobs html output not allowed 1 MB size

    hi experts,
    We are facing an issue with backgrounds jobs HTML output. we are running some backgrounds jobs for Std reports, and we are facing if the HTML output is <1 MB, the std sap is cutting/reducing the content only 1 MB.  I think somewhere the background jobs HTML output is fixed 1MB, request kindly let us know how & where  we can modify/allow the HTML output <1 MB size for background jobs.
    Please help.
    thanks in advance
    Srihari

    thanx so much for the solution, but i wanted to fix permanently at the time of html output after the job is finished itself, but when i change the parameters from 1 to 9999 pages, it is showing information message and SAP recommends the spool output is fixed from 1 to 10 pages only, if i go beyond 10 pages, i get message memory slow and impact on memory, etc.,
    I wud like to know expert opinion whether doing from 1 to 100 pages thru SP01, what are consequences are to be faced wrt to memory and other aspects. Also i wanted to know these permanent changes will affect entire system or only specific jobs?
    I wanted for 2 to 5 background jobs, which are having more than 10 to 30 pages,
    Please advise
    thanx in advance

  • Using Custom XSLT File for html output file

    Hi all
    I have probably rather a silly question but I have not found a solution yet.
    I would like to use a custom XSLT file, which I already have and is working, within a Biztalk Map. The custom XSLT is generating a html file out of an xml file. However I'm not able to succeed so far because I have probably some issues in defining the correct
    target schema.
    The output that I get at the moment is just a duplicate of the input, probably because I have used the schema for source and target.
    So my question is, how do I create a html file out of an xml with a custom XSLT file?
    Sorry if this is a nooby question but I couldn't find an answer.

    Hi Jerome,
    Sorry, your question is not very clear. "I would like to use a custom XSLT file, which I already have and is working, within a BizTalk Map. The custom XSLT is generating a html file out of an xml file" -  You have an XSLT which you use for map and how
    its generating a HTML file? Are you using something like this?
    Changing an XML Response to an HTML output using a Map
    If your requirement is to output the html file from the received XML file using XSLT, then use a custom pipeline at send port like XSLT Transform Component and provide the XST which would change the XML to HTML. Here is an example of an XST which I have
    used in the past, which converts the received OrderResponse XML to nicely formatted HTML.

  • Alter RoboHELP HTML Output

    Are there any licensing issues involved in altering the
