Does anyone know if it is possible to change the display in week view to show all 24 hours per day for those of us that work irregular hours.
Also is it possible to have all of the 'all day' entries showing, not just 3.5 of them.
The app Week Cal HD was the perfect calendar until Apple removed it so could they please offer the same facilities that it offered.

  • How can we restrict the other user to change the record which has been entered by particular user in MDS

I have created Product entity in MDS. It's having the following values:
    Name  Code  Owner
    Bike    1      ABC
    Car      2     XYZ
    Cycle   3     RRR
owner XYZ can change the record of RRR. But if owner XYZ or any other owner in this entity tried to update the ABC's record, access should be denied. That means, no one should have the permission to change the records which are entered by ABC.
For this i have executed this code
CREATE TRIGGER mdm.party_trial_readonly ON mdm.tbl_1042_1278_EN AFTER UPDATE, DELETE AS
IF EXISTS (SELECT * FROM deleted WHERE readonly = 1)
    BEGIN
       ROLLBACK TRANSACTION
       RAISERROR ('Attempt to change a read-only row', 16, 1)
       RETURN
    END;
After executing this code i couldn't edit any of the records.
Please help me out in this.

I have created 2 entities called Party and Owner.  Party has following columns (name, Code, Owner (Domain Based Attribute)) Owner has following columns (name, Code) And I have Created one Derived Hierarchy.
From user and Group Permision Section, Hierarchy Members tab I have given read only permision to me (administrator of the Model). When I gave the permision I have selected users and Inherited from group in permission tab. And I'm not the part of any group.
Now I'm not able to see my model except the explorer area. And I'm not able to delete the permission from the user. As per the admin guide we need to delete permission from group.
Though I'm not the part of any group, I'm not able to proceed further to delete the permission.
Please help me out in this regard. Thanks!

  • Dynamically change the Binding of a view object

I want to reuse a panel several times in my application. The VO has one bind parameter (:1). The same panel should be reused several times with different bind variables.
I found a technical note concerning this issue called: How to Dynamically Change the binding of a View Object to a JClient Panel. This works for JDeveloper 9i but not for JDeveloper 19g. Does anybody know how to dynamically change the binding in JDeveloper 10g

You may use bindRowSetIterator() and pass in a custom fetched ViewObject or a RowSetIterator to the iterator binding that is displayed in your panel.

  • Changing The record in a Standard Table

    Hi,
I need to change the record which i had entered in the standard table.I can able to delete it by going in to the debugging mode but my question is how to change the record.
    Regards,
    Vijaya Lakshmi

To update the data of any table, go to transaction SE16N, type u201C&SAP_EDITu201D. It will activate SAP editing function.
    Esle.
Opern any record in SE16.Double click on the record so that all the fileds will be displayed in vertical format.
    start debugging by /H
change the value of "code" to "DELE" and execute.
Moreover if you want to do this in PROD environment, I would NOT use the SE16n way, due to dependencies, which can have unwanted effects (database inconsistencies). Although in this case (only Name of customer), it might not be as bad as it normally would be.

  • How to change the package name of View or Window

    Hi all,
i have created the Webdynpro Application.i have some Views and Windows in the WebDynpro Peoject.i want to change the package Names of Views.is it possible???
    thanks in advance
    regards
    Naidu

    Hi Naidu
Though you rename the package name, the view in that package refers to the old package and hence that view can be used in other views by including the old package name only. Renaming doesn't have significance that you expect. You can create a new package and views in it and copy the implementation of views from the old package to the views in the new package.

The same I guess as if your work won't let you do anything - not a lot
I would hold fire at the moment as I think its too early to be changing router security - I have no inside information but like many I suspect its a combination of firmware updates to routers and a patch needed on the iPad. If solely the latter then it will be fine for you, but if for example, the work routers are using Cisco Clean Connect, then there will be little you can do - it will be up to work I'm afraid.

  • Changing the record group query in seeded forms

    Hi all,

    Hi,
I wanna change the record selection criteria  in rpt file in java program, What API is required?

    Hi,
You can use RAS API to change record selection formula at runtime. Go to
    https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/boc/index?rid=/webcontent/uuid/f0aea666-5384-2b10-ffb0-a6facef1d5e5
and look for Report Application Server Java SDK Feature Samples. It contains the record selection change code.

  • Changing the query on a view object

I have a view object right now, based on an entity. It is the default view object, so that means the query in the view object is straight forward, it grabs all of the attributes from the table. And there is no WHERE clause.
In reality I only want to show a finite set of rows from my table. Every time a record is changed/edited in this entity and committed, a new row in the database is created with the same information (I'm using CreateWithParams) except for a few columns.
I actually don't really have update on this table, just creation of new rows. But to the user, I want it to 'look' like they are editing something in the table.
    Example:
12, 11:32,Thompson, 60 (the user edits this information in an adf table, and a new row is created in the db)
    12, 11:55, Thompson, 75
I have a timestamp (see above) field in the database that is used as part of my primary key, so that I know which record is the latest.
When the VO query is run, I want the user to only see the latest row from the db.
    12, 11:55, Thompson, 75
    So...
I went to my VO, and I changed the WHERE query to add this:
    where t1.TimeStamp = (Select MAX(t2.TimeStamp) FROM rcl.x t2 where t1.uid = t2.uid);
Now, this isn't a mysql/sql question. There's actually a better query that I'd rather run, but the VO editor doesn't allow me to change the query itself....
When I save the new WHERE to my VO, run my page again, I get the expected result (showing me only the latest records).
However, when I try and sort on the table in which my data is displayed, I am now getting ORDER BY errors.
I don't want my VO to be read-only sql based. I want to be able to update my table, so I have my VO running off of the entity.
Why doesn't the VO allow me to change the query itself? (Like do a subquery, instead of having my where clause do the work)
Why are order by errors being thrown when I sort on my adf table after changing the where clause in my view?
Hopefully I wasn't too convoluted in the explanation of my problem..
    Thanks in advance,
    Joel

    HI Joe,
Regarding your problem you can do one of the following tasks:
1- easily to tuning on your view object, I mean in the tuning page of the view you can set that only return 1 record or 2-3 record fetch not all the record.
in the order by you will order by the timestamp field and descending.
2- you can order by the timestamp descending and in the where clause only set the rownum<2 (will return the last record) you can also set rownum<5 and get the 4 last record etc.
3-editing the view query in the expert mode is not advised at all because of many consequences that you will face.
4- maybe it is not bat that you add a readonly view for the table you mentioned and every time you unpdate the entity just re-execute the read-only view.( this method maybe is good maybe is not it depends on your business logic)
    Regards.

  • How to change the Access for Database views

    Hello Experts,
My requirement is to copy the records of a standard database view BDCPV (which is a combination of BDCP & BDCPS) to a custom view and then compare the records with a new table BDCP2.
I copied the BDCPV view to a table and used the custom view in the program. While executing the program, I'm getting an error message like "The database view <View Name> is write protected, so it cannot be changed".
I'm unable to change the Access under Maintenance Status Tab from Read only to "Read and Change". Could anyone help me how to resolve this issue".
Also please share teh sample code if you have any for the above requirement. We are using it in a SP upgrade to one of the systems.
    Regards,
    Rajesh.

    Hi,
Change the status in the given way.
Choose Extras ® Maintenance status. A dialog box appears, in which you can select the maintenance status for the view. If more than one table is involved in the view, the maintenance status read only cannot be altered.
    Regards,
    Srinivas.

  • Is it possible to change the Calendar 7.0 view to show 2 weeks instead of 1 week or month view. I find the month view is far too messy and the 1 week too short. To date I found the previous version more visibly user friendly

I have upgraded to Mavericks and have found the Calendar 7.0 not visually user friendly. The week view is too resrictive and the month view far too messy. Is there any way of editting the view, the ability to change the colour and thickness of the grid lines would at least help. This version of Calendar seems to be a retrograde step.

Agree.  Positively loathe the new calendar display - each day blends into the next and I can't get my information at a glance.  Looks like it's time to switch to BusyCal or Google Calendar.

  • Can I change the record an EJB points to from within the bean?

I have a problem which I hope someone can help with.
I'm programming an EJB application which references several 'price list' type tables. An order will contain several option selections, which reference options, which each have an associated price. A system administrator is going to have to change and update these prices as tim egoes on, and may want to remove options etc. In order to ensure that existing orders don't have their values changed as a result of this we've decided that, when options have their price changed, we actually create a new option record, setting an end_date on the old option record to signify that it's no longer valid for new orders being raised. In the option Beans set cost method, I set the end_date property of the bean and call the create method of the options own home interface.
My problem is this: At the moment I return the newly created option as a return value of the setCost method but I feel this is a little graceless. Ideally I'ld like to change the bean to point at the new record as part of the set method itself, that way, to the client it would appear as if tey were still looking at the same bean but with an updated price, which is what you'ld normally expect from a set method. Can this be done?

Um, yeah - graceless is a good word. Essentially, you've stuck business logic into the EntityBean (I'm guess that's what you're using for data persistence). What you need to do is move the Option.create() method out of the EntityBean and use a StatelessSessionBean to execute the logic: update the old Option record, create the new one, then return the result.
As an aside, it's considered Not Very Good Practice to have client applications directly accessing EntityBeans: serializable DataObjects (e.g. JavaBeans, not EJB) or ValueObjects (non-"changeable" DOs) are better at passing data back and forth between client applications and application container. Ideally, this flow is like this:
    client <- VO -> SSB <- DO -> EntB
This lets the EntityBean just worry about getting data in/out of storage, the (business) logic resides in the StatelessSessionBean and the client interacts/shows the data.

  • Change the recording level for recording with Thunderbolt-Firewire-Mixer

    Hey,
I just bought a PHONIC Helix Board 24 Universal for recording some music via Firewire.
Because my IMac has no Firewire-slot, I am using a Thunderbolt-Firewire-Adapter and a Firewire 400-800 cable.
If I try to record some music it sounds really horrible.
It seems that the reason is the recording level which can be changed while using the internal micro but not with firewire-Thunderbolt.
The recording level is set on max, resulting in overmodulation and noise.
Is there any way to adujust the recording level?
    Thank you in advance!

Have you tried looking at the examples in LabVIEW under Hardware Input and Output>>Synchronization? The Analog Input-Synchronization.vi example shows you how to synchronize AI across multiple devices in various configurations and for various types of hardware. Would you mind listing what hardware you are using? Are all three devices taking the same data (voltage, strain, acceleration, etc)?
