Changing vector registers in registers view

I'm trying to figure out how to change the value of x86_64 vector registers such as xmm0, ymm0 in the CDT registers view. I can change scalar registers like rax just by clicking the value and changing it, but trying the same thing for a vector register doesn't change anything. Online help says to right click over the register name and click 'Change Register Value' but I don't see any such menu choice.
This is the Mars Eclipse release.

It does not look like you can edit those registers from the registers view. But you can from the Expressions view.
Open the Expressions view, then add the register you want to modify, prefixed with $, for example $xmm0. You can then expand it and modify each of its field.
Note that in the expression view, you can display all registers by using the expression =$*, so you can use this view as your registers view. It will provide alphabetical sorting automatically.

  • Does anyone know if it is possible to change the display in week view to show 24 hours per day for those of us that work irregular hours

Does anyone know if it is possible to change the display in week view to show all 24 hours per day for those of us that work irregular hours.
Also is it possible to have all of the 'all day' entries showing, not just 3.5 of them.
The app Week Cal HD was the perfect calendar until Apple removed it so could they please offer the same facilities that it offered.

  • I need to change the size of the view for easier reading.  Is there a way to make the page view larger without affecting the form?

Hi Guys, good product beginning however it's not as good as many of the other Adobe product's workspaces.  I cannot change the size of the view during form design work, so it's a visual strain to work in Forms Central.  Is there a way to modify the view (not affecting the width, size or font when presented on website or on paper)?

In Photoshop CC 2014 (Windows only) it is possible to use a setting of 200% to scale the UI. On some monitors it improves readability and on others it cuts part of the application screen. To give it a try go to:
Edit >> Preferences >> Experimental Features
Put a check-mark in the box and click OK
Then close PS and re-start for the change to take effect.

  • Dynamically change the Binding of a view object

I want to reuse a panel several times in my application. The VO has one bind parameter (:1). The same panel should be reused several times with different bind variables.
I found a technical note concerning this issue called: How to Dynamically Change the binding of a View Object to a JClient Panel. This works for JDeveloper 9i but not for JDeveloper 19g. Does anybody know how to dynamically change the binding in JDeveloper 10g

You may use bindRowSetIterator() and pass in a custom fetched ViewObject or a RowSetIterator to the iterator binding that is displayed in your panel.

  • How to change the package name of View or Window

    Hi all,
i have created the Webdynpro Application.i have some Views and Windows in the WebDynpro Peoject.i want to change the package Names of Views.is it possible???
    thanks in advance
    regards
    Naidu

    Hi Naidu
Though you rename the package name, the view in that package refers to the old package and hence that view can be used in other views by including the old package name only. Renaming doesn't have significance that you expect. You can create a new package and views in it and copy the implementation of views from the old package to the views in the new package.

I'm afraid this is not possible!!!!

  • Temporary tablespace/OS-Oracle DB/Redo change vector

At minimum, this tablespace should be as large as the
largest index that will be created, plus 10% for
overhead. Can anyone please throw more light on this . Why is this .Is this a hard and fast rule and left to the discretion of the DBA?
This is just a general question. How big of an impact can an operating system have on an oracle database . I mean with respect to everything . Performance/security etc. Unix vs Windows . I do know that on a Unix based system it will be more better to have oracle installed. But isn't there anything that can be done to have the same efffect in every aspect oracle for an database on a windows machine ?
    Responses are appreciated!
    A redo record consists of
    1.redo record header
    2.one or more change vectors
What is this change vector. This vwent over my head. Can anyone please elaborate on this.

Within the limits of the Windows operating system, sure.
Realistically, most organizations use Unix for their large databases because
    - when they made the decision about what operating system to use a decade (or more) ago, Windows was nowhere near enterprise ready
    - given the human capital they have invested in Unix, there would be no point to moving to Windows
    - there are many fewer high-quality Windows admins and Oracle DBAs with substantial Windows skills than Unix admins and Oracle DBAs with Unix experience
There is plenty that can be done to run a large Oracle database on a Windows machine successfully. Unfortunately, doing all these things tends to be harder on Windows, finding people knowledgable enough to do them properly tends to be hard, and relatively few organizations are invested enough in Windows to bother. That's changing over time, though-- there are a lot more Oracle databases on Windows today than there were 5 years ago.

  • Can not change user filed in CR Viewer

I am using Crystal Reports 2011 and i created a user field. i opened the report in CR viewer 2008 and the change filed is greyed out and the user can not change the field. I have tried saving the report with out a date saved in the report to see if viewer will prompt for a date but the report will not let me take it out now that it is set. i have checked options on the filed and it is set to editable. Is there something i am over looking? How can i get the user fields to work in crystal reports viewer?

    thanks for helping.
viewer 2008 is the only thing i can find right now, i thought that might be the problem but i can not find a 2011 to download so i assumed they dont have it available yet.
the report does work in CR2011 but we can not get CR for everyone, and they are not going to use it, they only need viewer if it will work.
the parameter is a date field based off a database field.
    thanks.

  • Changing all folders to List view in Finder: How to?

I'm trying to accomplish what I assumed would be a simple task...
I want the view of every folder, when opened in the Finder, to be List view. All new folders... all the existing folders... everything.
I want it to forget all about any current settings or other defaults, and force everything into List view.
Is this possible? I'm perfectly willing to dive into the Terminal to delete .DS_Store files or perform whatever brutality needs to occur.
    Thanks!
Mac Mini Mac OS X (10.4.6)

    Derek,
Ah, I think I see your problem now. Actually, you are dreaming of the one thing that is, in fact, difficult. You see, every new folder is created (and will always be created, no matter what we do) with Icon View set as the default. This can be overidden by selecting "Always open in Column View," which doesn't necessarily force every window to open that way, but goes a long way towards achieving that end (over time, it works).
Forcing every window into list view is a little more difficult. It is simple enough to make all of your own folders show this view, as only a single "tease" should be necessary for a folder that you own (you can just get in the habit of making this change each time a new folder is created, which normally isn't that often for most of us). Any changes we make to our own folders should "stick" as a matter of course.
The problem is getting all of the root-owned folders to which we navigate frequently to do the same. You probably went a long way toward achieving that end by simply deleting all of the .DS_Store files. The .DS_Store file for a particular folder will be owned by the first user to navigate that folder in the Finder. If that user is you, you will own the file, not root. So, having deleted those files, you gave yourself the opportunity to "assume control" of those directories. Keep in mind that if the folder is owned by root, with a group ownership of "admin," you must be an admin user to be able to write a .DS_Store file to that directory. I assume that you are using an admin account(??).
At this point, I would suggest that you just start navigating your file system and changing directories. If you did not do so as root after having deleted the .DS_Store files, you should be able to make the necessary changes as yourself. Provided you have assumed control of the .DS_Store files, you should only have to make changes once.
Of course, you will still have to click that little button one time for each new folder you create. Apple has gone a long way toward making the interface as flexible as possible (nobody else does it as well, mind you), but as they say, "you can't make everybody happy all of the time." It is an ideal only to be strived for, never to be reached.

  • CSS Changes not showing in Design View

I'm just coming over from GoLive (and their layout grid) so
I'm not entirely familiar with DreamWeaver CS3 and CSS.
However, whenever I make changes in a CSS sheet (and save
them) they are not immediately rendered in the Design View. They
show up just fine if I "Preview in Browser" though. I can even
close the html page and reopen it and sometimes they will show up,
but not usually. Oh, and the "Refresh Design View" button is greyed
    out and doesn't do anything.
    Thanks,
    Dan

Yes, that seems to be the case. I ran a validation check on
the html page (it was coded in XHTML 1.0 strict) and came up with 2
errors related to the CSS features I was trying to use.
    Thanks!

  • Is it possible to change the Calendar 7.0 view to show 2 weeks instead of 1 week or month view. I find the month view is far too messy and the 1 week too short. To date I found the previous version more visibly user friendly

I have upgraded to Mavericks and have found the Calendar 7.0 not visually user friendly. The week view is too resrictive and the month view far too messy. Is there any way of editting the view, the ability to change the colour and thickness of the grid lines would at least help. This version of Calendar seems to be a retrograde step.

Agree.  Positively loathe the new calendar display - each day blends into the next and I can't get my information at a glance.  Looks like it's time to switch to BusyCal or Google Calendar.

  • Why did my calendar view suddenly change? Using iOS 7.1 and I've been using this version for a few weeks with no problem with my calendar. Now the view has changed and I can't view a list mode without seeing the month too

Why did my calendar view suddenly change in iCal? I've been using ios7 fôr a few weeks now with no problems. Suddenly, without any updates or anything, the calendar view changed and I can no longer view it as a list without having the entire month seen as well.

    Hey Gattypyle,
Thanks for the question. You simply need to go back to Day/Week view, then tap the list-view icon once more.
