Check Information not enabled in FB03

Hi,
Check information in the environment is not enabled to view the check details in the T.Code FB03. Where in the GL account line item display (FS10N), it is showing the check details.
Can anyone guide me on this.

Kindly note that in FS10N only payment method and correpsonding document is displayed in the line item report but check information include check nuymber ,depository bank .Further FB03 is display of payment document it will display the payment methiod for display of check informationFCH1

    I have a issue in my project, Payment Doc posted in via F110 are not to showing the check information. Invoice document is showing as cleared with Payment doc however when we try to retrive the Check information it is giving error message that no Check information found.

    FCH5 is required when we are posting the Payment document manually. In our case we have posted the Payment doc through Automatic Payment Program.(F110). Check will be created and issued automatically.
    When we display the Pay doc we can see the Check Information in Menu:Environment>Checkinformation > Display.
    We are unable to see the check information

    1.As suggested previously Try validating the invoice and complete any Workflow approvals if any.
    2.If its not available the function might not be available for your responsibility. You will have to run a batch or go to a resp having access to this function.

  • Backend checks could not be performed. Inform system admin

    Hello SAP Experts,
    We have encountered the error Backend checks could not be performed. Inform system admin in a lot of POs in SRM. We are using SRM 7 and SP12.
    Before the error occured, the WBS elements were not maintained in SRM but the POs were created since our SHC has automatic approval.
    Currently, the WBS elements are now in SRM but the POs are stucked with the error Backend checks could not be performed. Inform system admin.
    We have informed the Basis team if there are any issues in the RFC connections but there is no error.
    The only POs affected were the ones wherein the WBS element was not maintained before but is now maintained in SRM.

    Please check the Purchasing Organization and Purchasing Group in PO if they are not populated then this error is triggered. Please also check the user settings whether Purchasing organization information is maintained or not.

  • Spell Checker is not working although it's enabled in the Settings and I've already installed the dictionary

    I'm using the 3.6.10 version of firefox
    Mac OSX 10.5.8
    the spell checker is not working correctly although all the settings needed are correct,
    the dictionary's installed, the Spell checking is enabled from the “Browsing” section of “General” tab under “Advanced” heading .
    but still it only underlines the misspelld words without giving me the probabilities of the right word .
    this problem started to appear after I updated my browser version .
    additionaly there is no "Add dictionary" or anything related to spell checking when I right-click the writing area .

    Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

    Hi Neo, in addition, I suggest you to remove any right to delete any object if it is in the Production environment.

  • How to troubleshoot issues that Spell Check is not working in Outlook 2013

    When composing a new message in Outlook 2013, we may notice that Spell Checker does not recognize misspelled words. When we enter a completely garbage word in Outlook, it won’t be marked as misspelled with a red wave underline. When encountering such issue,
    we may follow the troubleshooting guide below to correct it.
    1. Make sure you are not typing in the signature area.
    Outlook doesn't perform a spell check in the signature area, so if this is the case, spell check won’t work. To confirm if you are typing in the signature area, right click in the area you are typing, if you see a menu listed all you signatures instead of
    the normal context menu, then you are not typing in the email body.
    If you want spell check work in signature area, use Quick Parts instead of Signature. For more information, see
    Quick Parts.
    2. Check the Set Proofing Language option.
    In Outlook, click New Email to open a new message, click
    REVIEW tab > Language > Set Proofing Language, a dialog titled
    Language will open.
    Please first make sure English (United States) is shown above the double line. If not,
    you must enable the language for it to be available to check spelling.
    Second, make sure “Do not check spelling or grammar” check box is not selected.
    Note: If this method fixes the problem, repeat steps 1 through 3 to reopen to the
    Language dialog box, and then click Set As Default.
    3. Enable Check spelling as you type.
    To enable the option in Outlook, go to File > Options > Mail, click Spelling and Autocorrect button. In the Editor Options dialog, select the check box labelled “Check spelling as you type”.
    4. Make sure that you are not using a standalone version of Outlook or mixed versions of Word and Outlook.
    The “Check spelling as you type” feature doesn’t work when using a standalone installation of Outlook or mixed versions of Word and Outlook. However, the manual spell check always works. In this scenario, we can set Outlook to
    always check spelling before sending. To do this, go to File > Options > Mail, select the check box before “Always check spelling before sending” in the Compose message section.
    5. A registry key exists overriding the spell checker
    To remove the registry key, please follow these:
    Important This article contains information about how to modify the registry. Make sure that you
    back up the registry before you modify it.
    a. Press Windows key + R to open the Run command.
    b. In the Run box, type regedit, and then press Enter.
    c. Locate the following registry subkey:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Shared Tools\Proofing Tools\1.0\Override
    d. Delete or rename the subkey.
    e. Exit Registry Editor. Restart Outlook.
    6. Recreate the NormalEmail.dotm and Normal.dotm template
    If the two templates above are corrupt, this issue may also happen. To fix it, please browse to:
    drive:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates
    Rename the two templates, then restart Outlook to see the result.
    7. Problematic add-in
    Add-ins may cause various issues in Outlook, so if you have tried all the suggestions and still no luck, try starting Outlook in safe mode to see if a problematic add-in is the culprit. To do this, exit Outlook, press Windows key + R to open the Run
    command, then type outlook /safe and press Enter. If the problem disappeared in safe mode, then go to File > Options > Add-ins and disable the suspicious add-in to resolve the problem.

    When I perform Compliance rule screening on GTM - Globel Trade Management,that I defined GTM as an Trading Partner on EBS R12.1.3,
    GTM can send response to EBS,but I see the following error message via Transaction Monitor on EBS workflow:
    [The Standard:OAG, Transaction Type:ITM , Transaction SubType:EXPORT_COMPLIANCE and Location Code GTM6.2 is not enabled in the XML Gateway Server. Pls check your Setup.]
    On EBS,I defined an ITM Partner for GTM,named 'GTM6.2',according to the document created by you: ITM Setup.doc
    and I also finished the following steps:
    1. ITM Application Users
    2.ITM Partner Service Types
    3.ITM Parameter Setup
    4.Order Type Creation: ITM Only
    5.Customer Creation: create a customer named 'GTM6.2', also enter 'GTM6.2' as EDI Location
    6.Define Transactions on XML Gateway as following:
    <Header>:
    Party Type: Customer
    Transaction Type: ITM
    Transaction Sub Type: EXPORT_COMPLIANCE
    <External Transactions (Lines)>:
    Standard Code: OAG
    External Transaction Type: ITM
    External Transaction Sub Type: EXPORT_COMPLAINCE
    Queue: APPLSYS.ECX_IN_OAG_Q
    7.Define Trading Partners on XML Gateway as following:

    External Transaction Sub Type: EXPORT_COMPLAINCE

    Source Trading Partner Location Code: GTM6.2 (same as the value what defined in EDI Location for customer)
    I think the combination of External Transaction Type, External Transaction Subtype, Standard Code,Source Trading Partner Location Code
    should be existing once done above steps, I have no idea why the error prompted.
    Does someone can tell how to trace the error?

  • Automatic payment - checks were not created

    Hi Gurus
    APP  went well. After that I went to sp01 and after printing the checks I noticed that for the two vendors, the checks were not created. What could have been the problem
    When I go to the vendors accounts the items are appearing as cleared items
    Please advice. What could have gone wrong? And how can we now print the checks for them since the invoices are overdue

    Hi,
    First check in your APP proposal, whether any line items were selected for the payment run or not.
    And check whether any payment documents posted to those vendors or not.
    If posted, then go to FB03 for those accounting documents and go to menu item -Environment---check information.
    If you found the check number over there.
    Then go to FBZ5 and give the payment document no, CC, FY and go to menu item -=print--print old check
    Please make sure that, your check priniting printer should have the specific check (check no, which u found for errorised vendor's payment document) in line.

    In FB03, after you enter the document number and then goto Environment-->Check Information, we are getting an error " No Check Information Was Found".
    The document is a clearing document but it does not have the corresponding check number.
    Can anyone help me on this ??

    Hi,
    Maybe the manner of paying the invoice was not done in F-58 or F110.  One possible Tcode that may result to this kind of transaction is through using F-53 (post outgoing payment) wherein you applied payment but no check number will be assigned.
    You may go to Tcode FB03 and check the clearing document number and see what tcode was used.
    In case you want to manually assigned check number, you may go FCH5.

  • Media recovery not enabled

    I am running/testing just about every XDB feature there is in Oracle XE and I am running into a problem. I am using copyevolve and I am getting an error that I also get in the Enterprise version. That error is not relevant to this post. But in XE it is followed by ORA-30944 Error during rollback for XML schema '<schema_url>' table "<owner_name>.<table_name>" column '<column_name>'. I checked my logs and they have an error stating:
    Media recovery not enabled or manual archival only 0x10000
    How can I enable this feature? Can someone direct me to where I could find more information on this subject?

    I get the ORA-30942 in Enterprise oracle but I do not get the rollback error. I thought that the media recovery message may have been related to the rollback failure because I associated recovery and rollback (Which may be a poor assumption).
