Check user and organization in a workflow

Hi all,
With a workflow i need to check the existance of a user and a organization. I can do it in the forms but i can't find a method to call in a workflow.
I found a method called getObjectIfExists but i can't call it in a workflow.

Need to Perform Check again and again in Oracle Workflow

Hi All,
I have one requirement in Oracle Workflow where if there is any hold applied on any Invoice and if the hold is released then workflow should get cancel immediately.
I have one workflow activity which can check the current status on workflow by querying AP_HOLDS_ALL table.
How I can perform the same check again and again to check the current status so that I can immediately cancel the workflow?? Please suggest if anybody has any idea like do-while Loop etc to achieve the requirement.

WF Definition loops are expensive for the background process and take good amount of data in wf_item_activity_statuses and wf_item_activity_statuses_h. I would recommend defining a business event to be raised from the form/module where the base table is updated. Then you create a subscription to that event and the function associated to that subscription can abort the workflow process.
So there would not be a need to constantly check for a condition.

EWS API - Impersonating to update a calendar item created by any other user than a service account, raise an error "Access is denied. Check credentials and try again."

I am new to using EWS managed APIs.
Following is the issue:
1. I am using a service account e.g. [email protected]. This user is a global administrator and also has ApplicationImpersonation role assigned. (Sign into Online Office 365 account -> Admin -> select "Exchange" tab- > select Permissions
on the left panel -> create an impersonation role -> assign ApplicationImpersonation in Roles: and [email protected] in Members: -> Click on save)
2. Create a calendar item by other user for e.g. [email protected], and invite an attendee - [email protected].
3. In a c# program, I connect to EWS service using a service account - [email protected], fetch its calendar events. If organizer of an event is some other user - [email protected] then
I use impersonation in the following way to update the calendar event/item properties- subject, body text etc.

5. What could be an issue here? Initially I thought may be its a throttling policy which is stopping same user after making certain API call limits for the day, but I am still seeing this issue today.

When your connecting to [email protected] mailbox the only user that can make changes to items within
abccalendar is abc (or ABC's delegates). If your impersonating the Organizer of the appointment pqr that wouldn't work unless the organizer had rights to abc's calendar. If you want to make updates to a calendar
appointment like that you should connect to the Organizers mailbox first update the original, send updates and then accept the updates.
When you impersonate your impersonating the security context of the Mailbox your impersonating so its the same a logging on as that user in OWA or Outlook.

Error while checking in and storing: C:\Documents and Settings\user\Desktop

Hi all,
I'm getting the following Error while checking in original to Content Server
"Error while checking in and storing: C:\Documents and Settings\user\Desktop" Message 26253
OAC0, OACT, CSADMIN settings seems to be Ok .
Settings in DMS SPRO - in dc10, dc20(data carrier used PC)- everything fine
-Authorization issues are not there
Earlier checking in was possible with same settings, but now we are getting this error.
From my end i had test the RFC Connection (SAPFTP, SAPFTPA, SAPHTTP, SAPHTTPA) through SM59 and its test run was successful. So the possibilty of RFC Failure was ruled out.
I knew this problem was arised as there is some issue in Content Repository, but not able to trace it out.
If any one knew what to do in this case, then let me know.
Secondly, what are the things need to be checked to identify the content repository Checking in Issue.

I had only executed the below command
./dbmcli on SDB>db_execute SET LOG AUTO OVERWRITE ON
OK
seems like Log file was full. but now its working.

Can't access one user on mac....one user is OK although it runs very slow..lots of beach ball action...tried using shift to access user and no use...I ran a disk check from good user and it checks out OK...what do I need to do

I cannot access one of two users on my mac..i have tried using the shift key but no luck...the one user that I can access runs very slowly, I get a lot of beach balls from **** action...also the message "unapproved caller" keeps popping up...I ran disk check from good user and it shows OK...Disk usage shows ~267gb used out of 360gb disk

Are you using the Office for Mac 2011 version, as you need to do? The Office for Mac 2004 is Not at all compatible with Mountain Lion, and the 2008 version has been noted to have some problems running with ML.

SharePoint: Workflow to retrieve all users and Create list item record for each user

My share point site have two Lists as Holidays and MyCalender.
Actually Holiday is simple non-Calender list with field as Holiday Date, Reason. MyCalender List Calender type list with Person Look-up column and user can see his own record. User of Manager group will declare holiday. This Holiday should get reflected
on each user 's MyCalender List.[One listitem as holiday date and reason for each user] so everyone can view that record.
I have requirement as Manager will create one Holiday record and then run single workflow so for all users present in SharePoint Site, one MyCalender List Item record should get created. Is it possible to do using Workflow?? Please help as I didn't get any

You don't need one workflow per user when a filtered view can do this for you. If the manager's list is the parent calendar, I'm assuming that he'll be at least using the person look-up column.
Whether this feeds through the MyCalendar or stays where it is, you can use the [Me] parameter within the filter on a new view. This will then return the assigned holiday filtering against the account that is logged in.

You can create a new screen and select the screen type as model dialog box.This will give you a pop-up screen and you can call this model dialog box screen in the PAI of the screen where the button is present.(At user-command).
case ok_code.
when 'BUTTON'.
call screen 200 starting at 10 10.
You can design the PBO of this pop-up screen as per your needs.

Actual accounts & contacts need to be route around 2000 & 3000 but we have observed lakhs of records routing into local DB.
We have verified all the Assignment Rules, Views.
We ran docking object visibility rules and we have observed that some other accounts are routing due to Organization rule passing. (these records are not supposed to route).

1. You are in archivelog mode and the Archiver is not able to archive the redo logs fast enough
2. You don't use Direct Load and DBWR ist not able to write the direty block to disk fast enough. You could create more DBWR processes in that case.
3. Make a snapshot of v$system_event:
create table begin as select * from v$system_event;After the import run
create table end as select * from v$system_event;Now compare the values:
select * from begin order by TIME_WAITED_MICRO descwith the values given you by
select * from end order by TIME_WAITED_MICRO descSo you can look where your DB spent so much time waiting for something.
Alternativly, you could start a 10046 trace on the loading session and use tkprof.

If you mean there are three Discussion Board list waiting for synchronizing, I would suggest you create an Event Receiver for the three Discussion Board list.
