Checked flag, user says they did not receive

I am getting a successful response in XI for a message I sent to the vendor via the HTTP adapter. Yet the vendor says they never received it. Is this possible? If so, what could be wrong? I have not had this problem with other vendors. I also sent them the XML document that was mapped out and it posted in their system using their test tool.

Hi Chris,
  Do you want to check if the suppliers have given you the correct URL that their inbox is set to or check if  you are using any proxy ports? or do you want to check the charset of the supplier is the same as what you are sending..i.e both of you are in UTF-8?
These reasons could be distinct but its odd to get a checkered flag and still not POST the message..

    I just got a Touch 32GB yesterday and ran into the same problem. I have two PCs in the house that I can sync my iPods on, but I normally use one that DOESN'T have an internet connection, so that the one that does is free for others to use ... a great argument and tension solution, btw.
    Anyway, I hooked up the older "iTunes" PC to the net for a first-time sync with the Touch, and ran into this problem. First it kept detecting the Touch as an unidentified iPhone, then I couldn't sync my classic either. Then I found a post here about how when multiple USB ports running off same USB controller seem to screw with the Touch/iPhone syncing.
    So I disconnected all but 2 of my USB 2.0 slots (the Touch & the Portable HD with my iTunes Library) and now it's working perfectly. I don't know if this will solve your problem, but it might be worth a try.

  • Ipod 1 gen recall - Apple showing they did not receive package?

    I have a few 1st gen Nano's I have sent in. All at the same time - about 1-2 weeks ago. All of them but one now say "Pending Product Replacment". One is still showing as "Empty Box Shipped". I didn't record the tracking number off the new label because for some reason I thought it was the label that is was sent to me. To me it sounds like it never made it to Apple via FedEx but how can I track it down now? Is Apple able to tell me the return tracking # based on the repair ID? Is it possible Apple received it but the status has not been updated? Just seemed strange that all my others arrived and were updated and I still have one in limbo somewhere.

  • Windows User Says She is Not Receiving All Zipped Files I Send on Mac

    I am using a MPB running Snow Leopard, Version 10.6.8, and I send a weekly batch of seven Word documents in a zip file to a client using Archive Utility. However, lately she has told me she has gotten six files, then a folder that is called "Mac OSX", and within that folder are the same six files, and she never sees the seventh one. When I send the same zip file that I send her to myself in Gmail, and I get the seven Word docs as expected. Does anyone know what might be going on? I am perplexed, especially because I cannot reproduce it on my end. Oddly enough, she says she got all seven files last week, but not this week, or two weeks ago, so it doesn't happen consistently, but I told her I'd try and sort it out.

    When you say they did not work do you mean they didn't work as you expected or they weren't downloaded to your computer? You can only get a refund in certain specific cases, if there's a problem with, say, an app, you should contact the developer's customer support, what is the specific circumstance of your purchase that didn't work?

  • RSC says I have files checked out, but when I try to check them in it says they're not checked out

    We are using RSC 3 to control RH7 projects. At the moment RSC says I have hundres of files checked out, but when I try to check them in it says they're not checked out. And then it says "No files were found to CheckIn." What could be causing this?
    I tried refreshing and rebooting my (client) PC, and it didn't help.

    I am no pro at this product but when you look in source control, who does it say has those files checked out.  Does that user match the credentials that you use to connect to source control.  The only reason I ask this is, when I first set this up for my Publishers, I used the default admin account to connect to RSC.  Then I created accounts for them and went to their workstations to change credentials.  I changed the credentials but they had checked out some docs before that and could not check them back in because they were still checked out as admin. Had to change it back, have them check projects back in and then switch credentials.  Hope this helps.

    Seventy one is correct, you need to take this up with the manager of the store.
    Ultimately, if the guy who handled the return at the store didn't enter it into the system correctly, or if the paperwork was somehow lost, or anything else along those lines, your refund receipt is the only thing you have proving that they owe you money. If you have lost that receipt, it's quite possible that you will have lost the money that it represents.
    Go to the store. Talk to the manager. Try to recall which person at the store handled the return, and see if they remember you. Be polite but insistent, and remember that without the receipt, you are depending on those people to help you out.

    Your password was sent to your emergency email address.  Perhaps you have an email you never use?   I use the free email from my cable TV account as my emergency email.
    Your Apple account and cloud account are separate.   You could even have completely different user and password.   Most of us use the same user ID and password, but they are not the same thing, don't mix them up.
    If you can't retrieve emergency email, you will have to call apple support.

    Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account and request another email.
