First i think that you should only acquire to an array. Check if all the data it's in the correct place.
Then you should check the graph. cause it might be only a visualization issue.
IF you want me to help you more, do me a small example with offline data. So that i can run it here and see the problem happening. Then i will correct your code and send it to you again.

How do I get my controls and indicators to clear after each run of the VI?

I am using LabVIEW for my Senior Design Project in EET for Purdue University-Indianapolis. After each run of my VI, I want the controls and indicators to go back to their default state (cleared). I don't see an option for this. For example, I have a password VI that allows a user to log in. Once this sub-VI is rerun, the password from the previous user is still there. How do I clear this??? after each run???

Use the property node and invoke node to clear.
In your block diagram,
Function Platte.
>Application Control
>>Invoke Node
Then right click the invoke node..
>From "select VI server class" option
>>choose "VI"
Then right click again
>From "method" option
>>choose reinitialize all to default
That will reinitialize all your value to default
if you want to reinitialize only your password to default then its simple
right click the invokenode agian
>From "link to" option
>>Then link your invoke node to any control or indicators

Waveform Graphs: Is there a way to save data to a file and then clear the graph after each run?

This is just an added feature that I would like to insert because I end up having to erase the previous graph(for viewing and simplification purposes) after almost every plot cycle. Does LabVIEW 7.0 have a built-in feature that allows the user to automatically clear the graph after each run.

May I recall you that to clear a graph you have to create a property node,
choose value and connect an 1D array with its first value to zero.
Then using a Select vi enables you to choose from clear or graph value.

Reset of automatic scheculed Forecast Backround after each Run

Hi Experts
We have scenario where forecasting jobs are scheduled for Monthly Run through (MC8G) .Theses jobs are not reseting itsself for next month Run ,Untill Job is reset from status B to Null via MC8E.
Kindly guide me why manual intervention is requiring each time.

Which states that :When a job has been scheduled and run, the job gets a status. This status needs to be reset before the job can run again
Pls reaffirm our understanding that job status needs manual resetting after each auto run of Creating production plan and mass transfer to demand management (Background job).

My comp disappears after each loop

Im still a beginner at AE but I feel i have a decent grasp on it, but I will probably murder all the termonology in explaining! :-)
I created a short animation that loops smoothly. I dropped that animated comp into another longer comp. I enabled time remapping and the LoopOut property for the loop to loop inside this other comp (as instructed by tutorials). I stretched the bar in the timeline to the full length of this comp and my animation loops while inside this comp just as I wanted.
The only difference is that when it get to the end of its first run, it blanks out then comes back. It keeps doing this and its not consistant. First it blacks out after the first 4 frames (which is the actual length of the original animation), then it does it after 8 frames, then 16 frames before it returns to the beginning and loops over again.
I have this happen every now and then for reasons I dont understand but as i fiddle with things, I seem to fix it but cant understand why. This one I just cant seem to get through and not sure what I am missing. Hope I explained it well!!

Time in AE is fluid and frames are sampled at the beginning of their duration. You are introducing tiny offsets somewhere that accumulate over time, resulting in those shifting patterns - after each cyle the rounding is just different, hence it seems to "grow". Make sure your tiem-remapping is exact and you do not introduce framrate mismatches.

Same issue here. This is really disappointing. I used to look forward to the milestone messages after each run, especially when I was surprised by a celebrity voice. Now, it's the same thing every single time, "Congratulations on another 250 miles. Way to go!" or something along those lines. I was proud of the 250 mile mark, but please...I don't want to hear it every time!
I hope there's some movement on this issue.

Schedule line date changes after each MRP run

Dear Experts,
Clarification needed on how the system plans the MM schedule lines.
Setting: Start in the past not allowed.
3 days for processing of order
The issue is after each MRP run the system is moving the schedule line to the current date + 3 days for processing + the planned delivery time.
If the schedule line is not firmed, after each MRP run ( which happens everyday) the system is moving the schedule line and then giving an alert saying the " order has to be rescheduled to the previous day"
on the second day after the mrp run the system moves the schedule line again by one more day and gives the rescheduling date as " -2 days from today"
this change is happening every day after the planning run. - because of this there are really no backorders ( schedule line in the past ) in the system. we were not able to know if the vendor is actually delayed in this case.
can you kindly suggest what went wrong here ??
we are using strategy 10 for the planning of procured parts. Let me know if more info is needed.
Note: we are also using stock transfer process for some procured parts. there too the PR date gets changed after each MRP run. There there is no lead time in this case. the order is placed on the same day as the requirement as both plants are nearby. There the PR date is changing everyday to the current date.

Yes, we use firm zone for few of the vendors. there the system don't change the schedule lines.
Also for the stock transfer PR's there is no firm zone and the lead time is one day. in this case it changes everyday after the MRP run.
the stock transfer PR's leads to the creation of Schedule lines from the source plant. Since this PR gets changed everyday. the alerts coming out of MD07 gets changed and we really did not know if this order is delayed or not. In the source plant we use the firm zone to avoid moving the schedule line. But then the alerts are always not correct.
is there any setting which helps in not moving the PR everyday without using " start in the past"

Instead to use the old dbms_job package use the dbms_scheduler and raise / catch events.
Oracle create dbms_scheduler also for this purpose you need.
You can find tons of examples on the web.

I'm sure this is a quick one, but I'm missing the concept.
I have an array of boolean in a shift register. I have a case where I need to basically 'reset' the array rather than append to it....what is the best way to do this?

Close the pictures before you quit Preview. Cmd-opt-q will close all windows and quit. cmd-opt-w will close all windows and not quit.
Or, Disable automatically opening files that were left open in General System Preferences

How to avoid the double memory assignment for an array which I connected to the shift register?

I need to read a big block of data into an array. When I stop the program and then restart, I hope the program to use the previously load arrary instead of reloading it. So I put the initiat Data loading in a for loop (N =1) and connect the array to a shift Register. The problem here is it assigns memory twice, for the initiator data loading and shift register. Is there any way to limit the memory assaignment to 1 since I only need one copy.

Your current code is way too confusing, so I assume that the full code makes more sense. The program is unusable because the main FOR loop gets locked in an inner loop that consumes all CPU doing nothing.

How to prevent the Firefox cache from clearing -- all settings are right, but the cache is gone after each restart.

I want to prevent cache from being deleted after each restart. "Clear history when Firefox closes" is unchecked. User.js files are deleted. Checking "Override automatic cache management" made Cache folder appear in addition to Cache2. After exiting Cache is still there, but upon Firefox re-launching, Cache turns into Cache.Trash and promptly disappears. What to do?

Any code for clearing container after interface run - UDF

Hi All,
I create a user simple UDF, and use it for two fields. In the first mapping I was populated all data in the container and it would be used by second field also. It has perfectly running.
But my problem is that when I rerun the interface the container has populated same value which is I populated in the first time. I think container preserve of all the data after end of interface run.
I want container has to be free after run the interface. There is any code for clearing container after interface run?

That is strange. Container is initialized for every mapping and it is not persistent between mapping programs.
Also, a quick note, why are you using Global Conatiner? from Sp 14 onwards, you hava a separate java Section and Global Variables that can be used withing the mapping prorgram in different UDF's.

I did both a soft and hard reset. I just wanted to know if I am going to have to do this every week after my kid loads movies and erases them. It seems this is a major flaw in 7.03 and needs to be rectified.
