Clicked submit but no changes

Question

Hello guys. When i enter <input type=\"submit\"></form> below amount30 it is ok, but below amount31 it doesnt work.
What do u guys think? Or is there like a limit of data a form can send?

This might help:
First you can change your code
From:
<input name=\"installmentdate30\" type=\"text\"
to:
<input name="installmentdate30" type="text"
Next, only input, submit, etc tags between <form> and </form> and sent to the server. If you have tags outside of them, they are not sent.
Note the submit tag also has to be within the form tags.
Also, if you have two sets of separate form tags, each one with a submit button, only the data within the form tag that contains the submit tag that is clicked is sent.
