Client connection exception

Question

Hi,
I am trying to connect to a website for getting data. I am using weblogic 8.1
and my internet connection is thru proxy server.
but it is getting the following exception.
java.net.ConnectException: Tried all: '1' addresses, but could not connect over
HTTP to server: 'www.oanda.com', port: '80' at weblogic.net.http.HttpClient.openServer(HttpClient.java:240)
at weblogic.net.http.HttpClient.openServer(HttpClient.java:292) at weblogic.net.http.HttpClient.<init>(HttpClient.java:128)
at weblogic.net.http.HttpClient.New(HttpClient.java:170) at weblogic.net.http.HttpURLConnection.connect(HttpURLConnection.java:112)

Pls help me insolving this problem.

It seems that WLS does not recognize that your application tries to use a proxy to connect to an external URL. The systemProperties.setProperty methods
just don't work. WLS recognizes using a proxy if you add the following code to the start-script of your server:
-Dhttp.proxyHost=100.100.100.100 -Dhttp.proxyPort=1234
Seems to be a bug.
