I keep getting the following error in the software event log:
CMS startup: component odbcauditdbss could not be loaded.
I cannot access the CMS through the administration console either.

please check for error messages just before the shutdown message from the cms is logged.
Is you case related to a BOBJ system that previously worked correctly? If this is the case did anything changed in the meantime on operating system level (eg. modified server name, removed/modified DB drivers or ODBC DSNs, IP address, security policies) on your server?

I have a need of solving a problem i'm facing with Crystal Reports Server XI R2 (running on RHEL 4) configuration.The problem is such - when i'm trying to start cms server (./ccm.sh -start cms) i get an error message "oracleauditdbss could not be loaded"(using "tail -f /var/log/messages"), but eventually the startup is complete.I'm using an Oracle 10g client and the same version of auditdatabase.The boe_cmsd log shows this :

I've been working on this most of the day without any luck. I'm wondering if anyone has seen something like this.
PCNS can successfully deliver the password change to an AD target, so PCNS should be OK.
The failure occurs when we add the Oracle EBS Web Service management agent to the password sync targets.
The error message indicates that the Microsoft.IdentityManagement.WebService.MA.dll cannot be loaded due to an incorrect .NET framework version.
An unexpected error has occurred during a password set operation.

So, I think it looks like it should be trying to run the dll under the 4.0.30319 framework. The documentation says that framework is required and we are running it.
The dll is in the Extensions folder.
Has anyone seen this before or something like it? Any ideas on where else I could check?

Thank you for your reply. I've tried running in and out of proc with the same error showing up.
I tried a few different modifications to the miiserver.exe.config (as well as Mmsscrpt.exe.config and the Dllhost.exe.config files). I tried changing 4.0.30319 to 4.0 as per this article:

Even though we are only on FIM R2 (not on SP1), I tried a variation on the config file changes recommended here:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2772429 but I referenced the newVersion as 4.0.1.0.
Still no luck.

Siebel exception - SSCASVBC.dll could not be loaded

We have many CORBA servers written in C++ running on SOlaris box. They connect to Siebel Corba Object Manager running on windows server and fetch the business components.
I am getting error Siebel exception 4096 "SSCASVBC.dll could not be loaded sometimes when trying to get a business component or sometimes when invoking a business method. If I bounce all the servers the error disappears for 3-4 days and after that again the problem starts. What can be wrong. I do not know much of Siebel. I do not even know where to look for logs and how to enable Siebel logs or CORBA logs. I guess currently no logs are getting generated. Can someone help me please?
siebel version is 6.3 and we are using visibroker orb for CORBA

q2: i tried compiling the code in vc++ 6.0 but got a bunch of "files not found" errors.Then you need to fix them. Again this is not a Java question.
i don't think the sdk is even compatible with vc++ 6.0. is there an alternative?Once again that question should be directed to the vendor.

MapPoint Control 11 in Labview Container = Control could not be loaded

I am working with Labview 6.1 to create an application using a "Microsoft MapPoint Control 11.0" ActiveX component. When I first create a container for it, I can insert the component and it will load and operate correctly. However, after closing the vi and reopening it, the container says "Control could not be loaded", and I need to re-insert the object to get it to work each time. I will need to compile and run this at some point, so I need to fix this problem or ditch Labview now. I have tried reinstalling Labview runtime and the MapPoint Application, but this does not fix the problem. Working with MapPoint as an automation object (without a container) seems to work ok, but I need interactive control through the container. Any suggestions?

Yup. Tried that one, as a search of the NI site comes up with reinstall and register as the only solutions for "control could not be loaded" errors ... but it didn't make a difference for me...
Odd to think that it can run fine right after the control is loaded, but after save/close/reopen, it's not working... hmmm.

Scripting.aex could not be loaded error

I recently had a hard drive failure but managed to save everything onto a new drive. All Creative Cloud program work except After Effects which gives me this error upon startup: "After Effects Error: plug-in "scripting.aex" could not be loaded (126)." Do I need to uninstall and re-install AE cc?

Based on the extremely limited amount of information in your post (you haven't even told us what operating system your computer has), I would say yes. That seems like a reasonable step.

Class or Interface could not be loaded error on standard components

I am trying to learn how to use Event Listeners. I created a
TextInput field on my screen. In action script I have:

You have the .fla and .as saved in the same file? Or the same folder?
Also you will notice that you have
class ship extends MovieClip
But it looks like for your symbol you have given it a defintion of Ship. (Caps matter!)
Your code should be capitalized, as should the name of the Ship.as file. You will notice that the Flash classes all start with a cap and that instances start with lowercase letters. You don't have to do this, but it makes it easier to know what is what.
As a recommendation I would recommend the book by Keith Peters, Making things move. And also unless you have an overwhelming need to learn AS2, I would recommend skipping it and moving right to AS3.

Transfer to new PC: The project could not be loaded, it may be damaged or contain outdated elements

The Problem
I have transferred a large and functioning Premiere Pro project to a more powerful PC but am unable to run it, stopped by the error message "The project could not be loaded, it may be damaged or contain outdated elements".
Facts
The new PC has a 6-core processor and a different hard drive configuration but the operating system on both is Windows 7 and both PCs host up-to-date Premiere Pro CS6 (as part of Adobe Production Premium). The PCs are networked and Premiere Pro on the old PC can successfully load and run the project file located on the new PC, proving that the transferred file is not damaged. Also, preceding versions of the same project generate the same error message when run on the new PC except, very oddly, for earlier versions saved on or before 28 June 2011, when the project was only a fifth of its current size; those versions load correctly. Contemporary notes show that the editing carried out that day was simple timeline editing, ie no After Effects etc (that came later), and the project has worked fine then and since.
So I don't have a damaged project file and don't know what "outdated elements" means.

Any help solving this problem would be much appreciated.

As suggested I renamed the additional folder, created a new project, set 'Custom' editing mode, 'Microsoft AVI' as the preview format with 'Uncompressed' codec.
Unfortunately the results were similar to before: On importing the original project into the new project I was sequentially asked for the locations of various files, including After Effects .aep files. The final file location request, for an mp3 audio file, was followed by lots of conforming and indexing. During this process the 'Where is the file XXX.mp3? window stayed locked open. Eventually, with all conforming etc finished, this window was still open and locked. Clicking anywhere on the screen caused a 'ding' and another, smaller, box opened, listing three .aep files. This box asked no questions and gave no options for selecting a file location so, with the topmost file highlighted, I just clicked 'ok' and the box disappeared, leaving the 'Where is the file XXX.mp3?' box still open.
The importing process took about 30 minutes. I waited another 10 minutes, in case something was happening in the background, but with the Task Manager CPU usage value sitting on 0 or 1%, I used it to shut down the project.
For what it is worth, I created a simple new project on the old PC – just a few video clips and transitions in a single sequence (no After Effects etc). This project was then transferred to the new PC and it opened successfully.
Again I remain grateful to you for this and any more advice.

Firefox reset completely, attempted to restore old Firefox data, will not open saying that profile could not be loaded.

When returning to my computer, I attempted to open Firefox and received a prompt to either start Firefox in safe mode or reset it. I tried safe mode at first then proceeded to reset it as well. Losing all of my add-ons/extensions/etc, I tried to solve the problem by restoring my profile with a folder that appeared on my desktop titled "Old Firefox Data". After following instructions to restore my profile, a window now pops up saying that my profile could not be loaded and Firefox just does not open at all. Is there anyway to recover my old profile? I tried following another suggested method but when searing for my profile through the files, it could not be found.

Thanks. I can change the forwarding settings in Gmail to be either POP or IMAP. That is quite simple. I just looked at those settings on the Gmail server and, to my surprise, both are enabled. In order for outlook client on my computer to receive IMAP emails I have to change the email account settings in my current outlook from POP to IMAP. I don't need to be using the Exchange version of Outlook to receive IMAP. I guess I'll do a little research tomorrow on Exchange so i can figure out what, if anything, it might do for me.
I glanced at the link you sent me and it looks like it might be very helpful - another project for tomorrow.
BTW: I hit "This Solved my Question" by accident. I meant only to "like' your response so you would get some benefit from the help you've given me so far. I hope I haven't discouraged others from taking a shot at helping me. Could not complete the command because the extension could not be loaded

I was working in 3D with PS CS5 Extended. I went to the Window drop down menu and selected Color. I got the message "Could not complete the command because the extension could not be loaded" and the color pallet and swatches would not appear. I had to click on OK the error message three times to get rid of it as it kept reappearing. The the mini bridge and Brush pallets opened, including Brush Presets tab and Clone Source tab instead of the color pallets. How can I get my color pallets back?
I am on an iMac Intel core i3 running OS X Lion 10.7.2

I unstalled Photoshop. Then I installed on another drive. External. It did the same thing!!!! No mini-bridge, or any extentions loading. I don't know what is wrong.
I read something somewhere about a Panels file in photoshop. So I'm looking there.
