CO period locked - can we unlock period and do COPA assessment?
Hi Friends,
CO period has been locked for last month, but some of the cost center assessment to COPA has not been carried out last month, resulting in amount lying in cost center itself.
Could you please let me know whether we can unlock last month in CO through OKP1 and perform CC assessment to COPA now through KEU5? What impact or issue it would create if we unlock and perform COPA assessment now.

Hi,
That's purely dependent on your business requirements. If the client wants to keep the period closed as he already published the financial figures, he might not be happy of having some updates afterwards. So, every opening of the period should be authorized by him. There are no technical aspects in this issue.

So i bought this iphone 5c off of amazon and it locked under sprint and i dont want to use that network and i do not know how to unlock it and i want to soo what should i do
You bought the wrong phone. Sprint will normally only unlock for existing customers, so it's highly unlikely that you will be able to get that iPhone unlocked. Return it to the seller and buy an iPhone that is either locked to the network you wish to use, or is officially unlocked.
Note that many private sellers and unauthorized dealers lie about the unlock status, so you need to proceed with extreme caution. You may well end up with a phone that's locked to someone else's Apple ID, quite possibly stolen, and hence useless to you. I'd strongly suggest you buy your iPhone only from an authoried reseller, of which none of Amazon's affiliates are.

My iphone will not respond to touch to slide to unlock- I have tried home/sleep button reset it works but doesn't fix problem. Also I can't sync to itunes due to having passcode and can't unlock ?? i also never have synced my phone to itunes acct.

Just got on my Ipad and it says it has not been backed up for 4 weeks. It will not let me turn it off, unlock it, and when I press OK it does nothing.
Have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider if it appears), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Take it to you nearest Apple Store and see what they have to say. You should back up you data before you go in but in your case you can not.

Quit the application System Preferences.
Go to Finder and select your user/home folder. With that Finder window as the front window, either select Finder/View/Show View options or go command - J. When the View options opens, check ’Show Library Folder’. That should make your user library folder visible in your user/home folder. Select Library. Then go to Preferences/com.apple.systempreferences.plist. Move the .plist to your desktop.
Restart, open the application and test. If it works okay, delete the plist from the desktop.
If the application is the same, return the .plist to where you got it from, overwriting the newer one.

We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple, and it's not 'live chat'.
If you've forgotten your answers to your security questions then try reading the HT5312 page that you posted from, it has instructions for how to reset them i.e. if you have a rescue email address on your account then steps 1 to 5 half-way down that page should give you a reset link.
If you don't have a rescue email addressthen you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use -

Only the carrier the phone is locked to can issue the unlock.
You need to conact Vodaphone to get it unlocked.
