Take it to you nearest Apple Store and see what they have to say. You should back up you data before you go in but in your case you can not.

Just got my ipod touch three days ago. It seems to think I am located in Thailand even though I am in Wyoming. How can I change my location?
For location the iPod uses the location of nearby wifi routers that are in Apple's database. You do not have to be connected to the network/router to use that router's location. Thus, it appears that Apple's database has the incorrect location of nearby routers. Apple continuously updated their database based on info they obtain from iPhones. No one has been able to find a way to inform Apple of a router or correct is location.

I downloaded the latest iTunes software update and it properly installed. But, I cannot close the update window showing it was completed and the blue completion bar is full but cannot cancel or close it either. Any ideas on how to clear that out and close the window. Tried to quit on both the big window and the software update title in the menu bar. No luck.
Tried that by shutting down via the power button only as the normal shutdown was nixed by the open window issue. It did not help. Found a very similar question in the discussions and it recommended "Force Quit". That worked and the update works normal and the window is gone. Thanks!

Since I downloaded Mavericks on my Mac I can't sync calendars with iphone. How can I sync iphone calendars with Mac calendar?
Mavericks syncs Calendar via iCloud.
Make sure you have the same iCloud account set up on your mac and your iPhone.
In System Preferences > iCloud, make sure the Calendars checkbox is checked.
In System Preferences > Internet Accounts, iCloud should be an account in the box on the left, and Calendars should be checked in the box on the right. If you have other calendars, for example, from work, make sure those are enabled too.
Check the same settings on your iPhone: in Settings > iCloud, make sure the same iCloud account info is present and that the Calendars slider is on. in Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars, make sure the iCloud account is present, and that the Calendars slider is on. -

I still have old phone is there a way to bypass 4 digit code my kid created it and locked me out but it's disabled says connect to iTunes but no access to computer just wifi. Unfortunately, iTunes is the program I use to perform syncing. I don't really have other outside options. It is also the location of the backup I would use to restore my phone, and my only way to reclaim important data. I am concerned that, since the last backup occurred when the "other" bar was only moderately huge (around 29G I think), that a backup would replicate the problem back onto my phone.
My contacts, etc. are all in address book and the calendar app on my Mac. As far as I know, iTunes is the way to get them back, but iTunes is where the problem is.

How can I get all my data back after erasing my iPad from find my iPhone?
What happened is that I have 2 iPads . So I deleted the two from "find my iPhone" so one already got deleted but the other one is still awaiting to get delete. What I want to know is that the one that is not deleted yet is using the same ID as the other one... So I have the one that got deleted and I had to put my ID again and all those stuffs and I wanted to get all my photos back but I couldn'. So the other one has the same ID but already did the backup therefore it's supossed to get all its inforMarion back with the ID but the other one has that ID so how can I get my data back and the one that already got deleted?

My Ipod touch will not turn on even when hooked to my pc. When i open itunes it says it has detected an iphone in recovery mode And You must restore this iphone before using in itunes. When i click restore iphone a msg. comes up saying software for this iphone is not currently available. I have tried to a soft reset and a hard reset on the ipod nothing is working... PLEASE HELP!!!!

Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on your router
.- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Although I have synced my ipad to only one PC computer I now get the message that it is synced to another computer and only one computer sync is permitted. I have lots of apps on the ipad and do not want to loose everything by starting fresh with the ipad. How can I get the ipad to again accept my computer and sync successfully?
