I would like to send Apple a Color Picture of Steve Jobs that I found on Google. it's the same picture Steve Jobs Biography that
Walter Isaacson wrote. except it's in color. What I did was use my Drawing Pad Program to bring in the picture and then I brought in a splash I croped with Steve Jobs 1955-2011 and saved it. I want you all at Apple to have a copy to use for his memormial eash year. And Thank you Tim Cook and everyone at Apple for honoring Steve's values in keeping Apple products the great products that they are and will remain. Siri is such a riot. I have so much with her. I was able to use Best Buy's Trade-in Program and I traded my iPad 2 in for the new iPad 3rd Generation. I am one that needs Siri to help me spell some words when I get brain lock. lol. . She is also fun to play with. I asked her to tell me a joke, she came back with, " Two iPhones walk in a bar, I forget the rest. LOL. you all have an ad with this joke. I haven't asked her any questions on sports yet. I like figure skating in the winter olympics beacause it's so graceful.

The Mac, it's OS and the iLife apps are still associated with the original owners Apple ID.Normally the original owner needs to follow the process to prepare a Mac for selling or giving it to someone else. They need to call Apple Care and request that their Apple ID be disassociated from the Mac, erase the Mac and install the most recent version of OS X that shipped on the Mac, reinstall the iLife apps and deauthorize the Mac from their iTunes account.
If you have a bill of sale of some sort and can prove the Mac beongs to you, Apple may be able to assist you. Call Apple Care and explain the issue.

Most internet providers allow email attachments limited to about 20 MBs—a few less. In cases where the file size exceeds this limit, you basically have three options:
1) Re-compress the file to a smaller size. This usually involves reducing the display size along with a reduction in the data rate which often translates to degradation of quality. (I.e., Reducing the total data rate by half will reduce the file size by half.)
2) If both parties share an IM connection, the file can be sent directly from one party to the other.
3) Upload the main data file to a server and email a reference, QTL, or URL of its location to the receiving party who can then access/download the file. For instance, most ISPs allocate a certain amount of storage space to each user account. Many might be sufficient for your needs. If you have a MobileMe account, your movie can be shared/posted directly from iPhoto. There are also a number of sites, both free and commercial, that allow the uploading or sharing of such files. Some, like YouTube, are oriented towards viewing modified versions of you file while others allow downloading of the original file as uploaded. I believe all require a formal membership (free or paid) which is a sticking point for many people.
In short, there are many options available and you will probably need to research which might best serve your needs.

Windows sees the device (It came with a driver file), but the company only provides dll files for C++ and Visual Basic. Can I convert these files to a format Labview can use? How can I get Labview to communicate with the control board (and ultimately the piezoelectric device attached to it)? Thanks!

This will only help you when you have the header file for the DLL, otherwise you will have to create the wrapper manually using the "Call library node" and the DLL api description or write an header file for the DLL yourself based on the api documentation and use the wizard.

We are not remote at all. Sitting in the fantastic Pavilion Hotel in Phnom Penh. Another couple here having trouble but not bigpond. Hotel staff have tried to help but to no avail.
Giving up and stick with gmail until we get home then start trying to get resolution.
Problem actually existed on a personal wi fi network in Melbourne before we left so I should have tried to resolve it then.

I can give you one solution though.
Publish to You Tube and choose the "unlisted" option.
This way it can only be videwed by people who have the link.
You get given the link once it is published.

well if you establish a new apple id for your wife that would be best unless you email all of the existing photos to your email and then when you have established a new id then you log into your email on the new id and save all of your pics onto it by pressing on tthe pic for about 5-8 seconds then options will come up and you press the save to my album ..as for the music if you can copy and paste, through computer, the songs then awesome!

BNN, even though I understand what KT is saying, your thought resonates with mine. When it comes to building and maintaining my website, I see myself more as a photographer than as a web designer. Hence, even though Apple may not be actively developing (and we are guessing on this one, arent we) iWeb, the existing functionality should do plenty of good to me for next couple years at least.
That said, they released a point update a few days back and with the whole cloud thing building momentum and mobile me going for free, why would Apple want to pull the plug on such a fantastic product?

I would also be certain that you get enough memory to keep nursing books. I remember the books my sister had in nursing school and they were very heavy in pictures and graphics... which means they will take up a lot of memory space. Be sure it can hold all your books.
