Combined Multiple Synced Audio Into One Element

I recorded audio with a mixer that creates 2 separate channels, then recorded audio via a lav to an ipod. I bring them into Premiere and sync them with PluralEyes. I want to then keep these items in sync and have PluralEyes sync this to video. However when I send back to pluraleyes even if I group or link audio files, PE still attempts to resync the audio. Because there is a lot of clips this leads to issues. How can I keep these in sync, merge multiple tracks into 1 synced audio element in Premiere? Thanks!

This might be a question better asked of Red Giant, who makes the PluralEyes software.

I am trying to combine multiple pdf's into one, using preview, but when I drag the additional pages they show up as separate documents.  When I drag the doc in a line would show up in the past, and if I went above th eline all was good.  It doesn't have a line, and no matter what I try I am having no success.

According to an Apple Support article, unless there are unforeseen issues

  • Can i combine multiple apple accounts into one?

I have multiple apple email accounts from :
    mac.com
    me.com
    iCloud.com
and all of them function.  I want to transfer all of the data into one account and terminate the other two.  Can someone guide me through this?

This is already 1 account, there is nothing to combine, versions of your address go to the same inbox. You can choose which one is used to send.
Go to www.icloud.com>Mail>Settings and choose which to the three you will use to send mail, you will receive mail sent to any of the versions.
FYI. You do not have a Powerbook G4 if you are running 10.6.5 (and why are you running a version that needs updating)

  • Can we combine multiple excel files into one excel file using SSIS?

I have a bunch of excel files in a specified folder. I wanted to combine all the excel files into one excel file by adding additional tabs in one excel file. Can I do this using SSIS?
             OR
I know using macro we can combine multiple excel files. Can we run a excel macro in SSIS? Please help me.
Actually the complete package is this:
Step1: Using FTP task I'm downloading the bunch of excel files into a folder.
Step2: Above implementation is the second step that I have to do.

You can do it in two steps
    1. First get all data from excel sheets to a sql staging table. For that you need to use a looping logic as explained in below link (you dont required the additional logic used for checking file name etc in below example as you need all files). Also make
source as excel instead of flat file
    http://visakhm.blogspot.in/2012/05/package-to-implement-daily-processing.html
    2. Once you get the data onto a single table, use below to get it exported to multiple sheets within same excel destination file

  • Combining multiple pages files into one file?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I really did try to find the answer both in the Pages documentation and the forums and couldn't find even a similar question!
I have a 90+ page document I created that contains many photo's, and other graphic elements. Because it was increasing incapacitating my computer, I decided to break the document up into separate files broken up by chapter. Now I have approximately 10 different Pages files that I would like to merge into 1 file, mainly to add page numbers. For the life of me, I do not see a simple way to combine these files into one. Can someone please help? Thank you in advance!
    Craig

It's a common enough question that I saved my first response to such a question & modify & reuse it as needed. The problem with searching these forums/fora is guessing the exact word to use.
Open your files & show thumbnails. Sections have a yellow border around all of the pages in that section. Now click on the page in the thumbnail pane & copy. If the file is more than one page & you only want one, you'll need to insert a section break to separate the pages. Then go to your other file, click in the thumbnail pane & paste. The whole copied page will be pasted in. Repeat with another section. Styles will copy over with the sections but headers & footers will not.

  • Powershell - Need help combining multiple commands (?) into one script

    Scenario:
When a user is terminated from our company, I run these scripts separately:
    1. I use the script below in Windows Powershell ISE to launch an entry box so I can enter in the username@domain and get a list of distribution groups the termed employee currently manage export to a CSV file on my desktop:
    Add-PSSnapin quest.activeroles.admanagement
    $USerID = Read-host "Enter in Username@domain. Example: [email protected]"
    connect-QADService -service blah.dc1.cba.corp -UseGlobalCatalog
    get-qadgroup -ManagedBy $UserID -Verbose | select Name,Type,DN | export-csv -
    NoTypeInformation "$home\desktop\$UserID.csv" -Verbose -Force
    2. I launch Powershell as an Administrator and run the following to activate Exchange Management in Powershell and to give me access to the entire forest of accounts:
    Add-PSSnapin -name "Microsoft.Exchange.Management.PowerShell.E2010"
    Set-AdServerSettings -ViewEntireForest $true
    3. Next, I run this script to remove the former owner's write permissions from the list of distribution lists they managed in the above CSV file:
    import-csv -Path "<PATH>" | Foreach-Object {Remove-ADPermission -Identity $_.Name -
User '<domain\username>' -AccessRights WriteProperty -Properties “Member” -
    Confirm:$false}
    4. I run this script to show the new owner of the DLs, allow DL management via Webmail and add info in the Notes section on the DLs:
    import-csv -Path "<PATH>" | Foreach-Object {set-Group -Identity $_.Name -ManagedBy
    "<domain\username>" –Notes “<Enter Here>”}
    5. I run this script to allow management via Outlook and to automatically check the box in Active Directory "Manager can update membership list" under the Managed By tab within the Group's Properties:
    import-csv -Path "<PATH>" | Foreach-Object {Add-ADPermission -Identity $_.Name -User
    ‘<domain\username’ -AccessRights WriteProperty -Properties “Member”}
Is there a way I can combine this into one Powershell script or two, at the most instead of having to copy and paste 6 different times and use two programs (Powershell and Powershell ISE)?

Rhys, again, thanks to your script, I was able to add even more to it to run nicely in PowerShell ISE (running as an Administrator):
The following happens in the script below in this order:
    1. The script allows searching across multiple e-mail domains that we manage in Exchange
    2. It prompts for entry of the old owner's ID, the new owner's ID and notes that I want to add to the DLs.
    3. It exports a copy of lists owned by the old owner to a CSV file on my desktop.
    4. Powershell pauses and allows me to modify the old owner's.CSV file so I can remove any lists that should not be transferred, save the changes to the CSV file and click continue in Powershell ISE. If all lists should be transferred to the new owner, I
would simply not edit the CSV export and click OK in Powershell ISE.
    5. Powershell ISE updates the DLs from the CSV export using the information I entered in the entry boxes.
    6. Powershell sleeps for about 1 minute after updating the DLs to allow Active Directory to register the changes. Then, Powershell ISE exports a copy of the lists transferred to the new owner to a <newownerID>.csv file on my desktop. This allows me
to compare the CSV files (which should have the same exact lists on them) and make sure all of the lists were successfully transferred.
    7. If the lists are not the same because Active Directory didn't update in time while the file csv export was running for the new owner, I can run the script again with the exception of using the newownerID for the entry boxes in Step 2 (Notes don't matter
as we won't execute any additional steps after capturing the updated export). You would simply select Cancel during the pause window that comes after the export completes to prevent the script from continuing a second time and overwriting your previous entries.
    8. You can now compare the updated newowner.csv to the oldowner.csv file on your desktop.
    Add-PSSnapin -name "Microsoft.Exchange.Management.PowerShell.E2010"
    Add-PSSnapin quest.activeroles.admanagement
    Set-AdServerSettings -ViewEntireForest $true
    connect-QADService -service xyz-fakeserver.corp -UseGlobalCatalog
    Do {
$FormerOwner = Read-host "Enter in former DL owner as Username@domain."
$UserID = Read-host "Enter in new DL owner as Username@domain."
$Notes = Read-host "Enter in Notes for DL"
       Try {
get-qadgroup -ManagedBy $FormerOwner -Verbose -ErrorAction Stop | select Name | export-csv -NoTypeInformation "$home\desktop\$FormerOwner.csv" -Verbose -Force
Read-Host 'Edit <FormerOwner>.CSV file on desktop to remove groups that should stay with current owner, save changes and press Enter or click OK to continue script. If all groups need to be transferred to new owner, do not modify CSV file and press Enter
    or click OK to continue.'
    import-csv -Path "$home\desktop\$FormerOwner.csv"
    $UserList = import-csv "$home\desktop\$FormerOwner.csv"
    $Userlist | Foreach-Object {
Remove-ADPermission -Identity $_.Name -User $FormerOwner -AccessRights WriteProperty -Properties “Member” -Confirm:$false
             set-Group -Identity $_.Name -ManagedBy $UserID –Notes $Notes
Add-ADPermission -Identity $_.Name -User $UserID -AccessRights WriteProperty -Properties “Member”
    Start-Sleep -s 60
get-qadgroup -ManagedBy $UserID -Verbose -ErrorAction Stop | select Name | export-csv -NoTypeInformation "$home\desktop\$UserID.csv" -Verbose -Force
          $Flag = $True
       } Catch {
Write-Host "Invalid username or user not found, please try again"

  • Combining Multiple XML Files into One File

    Hey Everyone,
So I am creating a program that takes in a bunch of arrays and stores them into a single xml file. I am finding out that my lag time to add these arrays to an xml file is getting worse with each array I put into it. I am placing over 5000 arrays into this file. This isn't working how I wanted it to so I have decided I will have to make multiple arrays to be able to obtain all of my arrays without having to sit here all day. I would like to have a VI that will take all of these xml files and put them together into one xml file. Does anyone have any ideas how this could be done?
    Thanks,
    Dustin

We need to set a few groundrules for your data:
    1. XML, maybe or maybe not LV schema
    2. You will be generating multiple tests, in your example file it is always a 2D array with 2 rows and 1 column, is this for real or just an artifact of this example.  I was suspecting that you would have multiple length arrays.
    3.  What is the timescale of your data taking?  If I am doing a relatively short, easy to repeat test, I take my chances with failures and gather all the data and write it at the end.  If it is a long, difficult measurement I tend to write in intervals (not necessarily every test, but typically every 5-10 minutes).
If your data is fixed size, like the example file, you can append your individual arrays into one large 2D array in a couple of different ways and write the single array to the XML file.  This is more compact.  If it is not the same size, I was suggesting that you append only the new XML text to the end of the file as you go along.  At the end you finish up by writing the closing tag.  If there is a problem before that, the XML file is not readable, but easily fixed by simply adding the closing tag.  You can even get fancy by keeping track of the offset of the start of the closing tag and start overwriting the new XML+close tag at that point.  This means the file is readable even during the intermediate steps, but you are not writing the whole thing.
I can help with an example or two once you specify the data requirements a little more.

  • Is it possible to combine multiple pdf's into one without saving them onto your computer?

    Hello
I open pdf's in an application (no add ons for acrobat exist), and want to combine them without having to use time on saving them before merging them into one single document.
Is it possible to do this without having the files saved onto your computer? I use acrobat x pro.

I dont think you understand my question. Of course Adobe reader cant combine pdf's, if it could I would not have had to purchase Adobe acrobat.
The problem I am trying to solve is how to combine pdf files when they are not opened/saved locally on my computer.
If I make Acrobat the standard program for opening pdf files on my computer - then will it be possible to combine the files that are opened without saving them first?
I dont have the program installed on my computer now, and have to know this before we purchase it.

  • Combine multiple still images into one clip PE 10

Is it possible to combine mulitple still images into a single clip? For example, I have 50 still images in a video track, each of which is a clip, and I want to combine them into single clip out of them so I can adjust the opacity without having to adjust each of the 50 clips individually. Any information is welcome. Thanks.

    Mark,
I had done this but I was hoping there was an easier way to do it within PE, without having to export as a video file and then importing that video file.
One has to think about what PrE is doing with the Timeline, to understand why the Export/Share is necessary to get Stills/Clips to become one file. PrE is a non-destructive editor, in that it does not actually work with the Source Footage/Files, but only extracts data from them. What we see on the Timeline is really a proxy file, representing the edits that we are making. It is stored as XML language, with first links to the Source Files, and then a set of instructions on what we have done with that data. Since the Timeline is but a representation, of what we have done, there is no AV file - yet. That does not come about, until we Export/Share. At that point, PrE looks at the Project file (PREL), and notes exactly what data is required from the Source Files. The program then reads that information, and say gathers the data of Clip # 1 from 00;00;00;00 until 00;05;00;00, for use in the output file. It then moves to say Clip 2, and extracts the data needed there. Finally, the program processes that data, say adding Effects, and then Exports/Shares to a new file - creating that from the data, and the instructions. Still, the originals are not changed in any way - they are untouched, and only read from.
For instance, say we have a 20 min. Source Clip, and cut it into 30 tiny segments, "deleting" material between those. We have not really Cut that Source Clip, and we have not really deleted anything - only in our proxy file, and with the instructions in the PREL. It is the same with Still Images. We see them as separate Clips, with the Duration that we have set, and perhaps any animation that we have added via Keyframing the Fixed Effects>Motion>Scale (Zoom), and Motion>Position (Pan), but other than seeing those changes in the proxy file, used only for display of the Timeline and playback, nothing has been done yet. Then, upon Export/Share, when the output file is created, those changes are enacted on it.
    Good luck,
    Hunt

  • How to combine multiple podcast folders into one

When I open itunes Podcast section I find that it shows multiple folders or podcasts with the same name. I want these to show up as just one podcast. How can I do this?
    For example:
When I look at my HD>itunes>Podcast folder; I see one folder called "Ask Dave", but in my itunes podcast column it show three separate "Ask Dave" podcasts. I want it to show only one.
    Similar but different example:
A podcast that I have subscribed to for several years has changed its name slightly; Podcast_Photoshop User TV, Photoshop User TV, Photoshop TV, NAPP TV.
I have 4 folders as I listed in my itunes>Podcast folder. But in the itunes window it lists  9 folders: 1 - Podcast_Photoshop User TV, 5 - Photoshop User TV, 2 - Photoshop TV, 1 - NAPP TV.
These are all the same podcast, and I'd to have just one folder / entry in my itunes window called Photoshop TV and have everything show up in one place.
Is there a way to consolidate these and others?
    I'm running Leopard and iTunes10
thanks in advance for any help with this.

  • How can you combine multiple PDF pages into one searchable PDF page?

I have scanned multiple business cards and now have a PDF  file with over 500 pages (or cards). I would like to be able and create a  page with 8 cards to a page and is still searchable for text. Right now, the text is searchable. Basically have 63 pages and not 500.
    Example:
If I wanted to find Joe Smith's card, I could search for  "Joe Smith" and it would search all of the text and bring me to the  page(s). Right now, it will bring me to that page. Is there a way to create  a page where I can have multiple cards and the text is still searchable?
I tried to create a page in Photoshop, made 8 different layers with 8  different cards, but when saved, not only was the file way too large, but no text, or font, was detected  and there was nothing to  search for.
Is there an option to create a page in Acrobat Professional and put 8 cards to a page?
I have InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat Professional Pro.
    Thanks,
    mr19th

That sounds great, but I'm lost.
    I followed these steps:
    1) Open your PDF (in Adobe Acrobat Pro)
    2) Chose print
The print/printer options pop-up will show.
    3) In the printer section, do not use your normal printer, a printer named Adobe PDF should be an option. Chose it.
    4) Under the "Page handling" section, change the Page Scaling drop-down menu to "Multiple pages per sheet".
It works fine, but it looses all of the font information and the search no longer works. How can you do it and save the font info, so the search tool continues to operate.
    Am I missing anything?

  • Is there a way to combine multiple tables/sheets into one file?

In Excel if add more than one sheet you have tabs at the bottom that you can click on and name. Does Numbers have something similar? I searched support and even googled the question but couldn't really find an answer. I appreicate any help!!!
    Thanks!!

More a vocabulary issue than anything else, although the underlying models are somehwat different.
A Numbers document must have at least one Sheet, the large canvas on which other objects are placed.
Every Sheet starts with one Table on it. You can add several tables to a Sheet. Usually hese are (relatively) small, single purpose tables, typically used to perform calculations on the contents of the main table, to hold data used by the main table, to extract data from the main table for use in a Chart, or for other purposes. As each Table is added, its icon is added to the list, under the Sheet to which it was added. Tables can be moved to a different sheet by dragging their icons in the Sheets list. umbers aoutomatically updates all formulas to fit the new location.
Charts can be added to a Sheet by selectng the data to be graphed, then choosing the chart type from the Charts button in the Toolbar. An icon for each chart is added to the list (under its Sheet) as the chart is created.
When you add a Sheet to a Numbers document, that Sheet's icon appears in the Sheets list to the left of the working area (where the active Sheet and its contents are displayed). Charts can be moved to a differet Sheet by dragging their icons.
Other objects (Text boxes, graphics objects) can also be added to the Sheet. No icons appear for these.
The list of items for each Sheet can be collapsed (by clicking the disclosure triangle beside the Sheet name), hiding the Table and Chart names, and leaving only the Sheet name and icon showing in the Sheets list.
Only one sheet may be viewed at a time. To switch between sheets, click the icon of the Shhet to which you want to go, or click the icon of an item on that sheet to bring the sheet to the front with the clicked item on the screen.
For more detail, and a better introduction to Numbers, I'd recommend reading at least the first four chapters of the Numbers '09 User Guide, available through the Help menu in Numbers, or from this page.

    Barry

  • How do i combine multiple pdf file into a single pdf file?

how do i combine multiple pdf files into a single pdf file?

The thread was started in early March and it's Mid-April, I know this very well. The OP of this thread posted a very common and simple question or maybe he/she would have resolved this. For an Adobe Acrobat user it's not at all difficult to combine multiple PDF files into one. But to combine PDF files full version of Adobe Acrobat is mainly required, otherwise PDF files can't be combined. For example, I'm using Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro. These simple steps are mainly required to combine PDF files:
    Open Adobe Acrobat.
Click on Combine and click on Merge files into a single PDF.
A window will be appearing, click on Add Files and select the PDF files you want to combine.
Arrange the selected files in any order with the help of Move Up and Move Down button.
Now click on Combine File and the selected PDF files will be combined within a few seconds.
A new PDF file will be created. Click on Save As and name this new PDF file. Then, click on Save.
A new PDF file will be created and all the selected PDF files are combined in it. The steps shown above might be different in other versions of Adobe Acrobat. Other than this, some third-party PDF merge software are also available. Most of them are available with a demo version for free evaluation. I've heard much about SysInfoTools PDF Merge software on other forums and directories and it's demo version is freely available. One may check its demo version if Adobe Acrobat (full version) is not available.
