Condition Types in different Tables

I have couple of condition types in my pricing procedure and they are all flowing in sale order and billing.
For various purpose, I want to take some reports based on these condition types and hence, I considered tables A303,  A305, A515 etc.,
It has been observed that in any of these tables, all condition types are not flowing.  Few conditions are flowing in A303 are not flowing in rest of the tables.
Can somebody please let me know what is the significance of these tables and why few condition types are not flowing there ??  I am also more interested to know where is the control; is it in condition type ??
Thanks for your assistance.

Hi
The condition table you are mentioned are basically the table in which you have maintained the Price Master Data. As you know each automatic condition type is assigned with an access sequence and these access sequence contains one or more condition tables. When we maintain the Price master, actually we maintain the data on the basis of these Condition tables which are assigned to AS and in turn to Condition Type. So records are maintained in that table and if the condition table no. 312, then you can see the data maintaind for this condition table be prefixing the table no. with "A" so you can check the data in table A321. This is the reason that you can not see all the condition types data in one table.
If you want to take the transaction data fron Billing / Order for any condition type then you need to go to the Table VBRK / VBAK and select the Document condition no. (KNUMV) and with reference to this KNUMV go to KONV and select the value as per your requirement.
Hope this will clear your doubt and resolve your issue.

  • COPA - Split of Value from condition type into different value fields

    Dear All,
Customer is having several free schemes to customer the same is set up by SD and Cost of free goods is attached to One Z condition type, this flows along with Main product as characteristic. So we have Main product cost in VPRS and Scheme cost in Z Condition and there is possibility of more than one scheme cost flowing in one Z condition for single billing document. Whereas customer request is to see the each scheme cost separately in COPA. Since Value from SD will be flowing through only one condition type , it will be difficult to me to Split this in COPA. We have given a thought of having more than one condition type from SD ( one Z condition for one scheme) but this resolve our issue at hand. If we look at long term whenever customer introduces new Scheme new condition type need to be created and related COPA changes etc, Which doesn't seem to be working out.
Request Experts help in this, thanks in advance for the help.

    Hi Santosh
Having a Z cond type for each scheme is preferrable.... This would address the issue with Standard SAP itself...
Reason being, if you dont do that, then you will have to maintain a mapping somewhere in a Z Table where by system would come to know of the ratio between the schemes... This will be more cumbersome to develop and maintain... Still you wanna do that, here is the logic....
Maintain the schemes in a Z Table... Where each scheme will have a scheme ID - The ratio applicable to various schemes and also the relevant value fields of COPA to be updated for each scheme....
Now, add a Custom Field to the Sales Order and while creating the SO this field needs to be updated with the scheme ID(Relevant Exit to make it mandatory MV45AFZZ / ZB).... If Scheme ID is populated, your Billing should read the Split from Z Table using Exit RV60AFZZ and Update COPA using Exit COPA0002

  • Same Condition type with different G/L Accounts

    Dear All,
Our customer wants to maintain different set of G/L accounts with the same condition types in case of Service tax.
We have three different condition types for Service taxes.
    JSV4 - Service tax
JES4 - ECS on Service tax
JSE5 - SECS on Service tax
    We have Two different Services
    1. R & D Services
    2. IT Services
For these two services, service tax condition types are common but we need different G/L Accounts for different Services.
    How to achieve this?
    Regards,
    Mullairaja

Create two tax codes in FTXP, one for R&D Service and another one for IT Services.
Now go to OB40, select the required Transaction, say for example MWS and assign these tax codes with the required G/L Account there.
Finally, in VK11, for tax condition type, assign these tax codes and save.
Now do one sales cycle for each scenario and update the forum.

  • The same condition type calculates different amount !

    Hi there,
On the print out of an invoice (VF03) I have realized that two different rows at the end of the invoice with the same description (Min Freight Charge) display 2x different amount of freight, once I check the condition type, on the header level, I see the same condition type (ZS..) with two different amount. Can anybody explain how can the same condition type (Min Freight Charge) be found calculating 2x different amounts
    Thanks
    Kami

    Hi,
Check your pricing procedure at SPRO-> sales and distribution -> Basic functions -> Pricing control ->Define and assign pricing procedures ->maintain pricing procedures.
There might be two condition types used to calculate the frieght value. Each might be assigned with different routines under Alternative formula for condition base value column. I assume only one frieght condition type is needed to calculate the final value with reference to another condition type. Check the settings.

    B047     Company Code/Blocking Reason (Qty)
    B048     CoCode, Vendor
    B049     CoCde
These will be table for condition record for LIV for message type,
However , YOu can look to general table of RSEG, RBKP and BKPF for further details.
If any Z table is maintianed you can find
    Go to transaction code OLMR
Go to Message determination -- > GO to Maintain condition table
look to display table give Z* you will find if any Ztable maintaned also.

  • Entry for condition type missing in table PRCC_COND_CT

    Hi guys,
I got this error message in my BDoc.
    It ask me to
"Fill the table PRCC_COND_CT bu using a Customizing download, and then restart the rolled back block in the inbound queue."
I am not too sure what is a customizing download.
Can you guys help me out?
    Cheers
    Lawrence

    Hi,
Firstly please apply the note 1003793 and then run the customizing load again and check for errors.
then if you get any errors like
"It is not possible to change client-independent Customizing objects Message no. CND_MAP204                                                  "
Then log into SCC4 transaction and then make the following change
"changes to repository and cross-client customizing allowed" under Cross-Client Object Changes.

  • Condition type value updation using characteristic value in sales order

    Hi Experts,
We are implementing SAP for one of our Spain client. In that one of the Legal requirements is, whenever they are selling the finished products to domestic customers who contain OIL as one of the component then, some additional cost needs to be calculated and collected from customer and which needs to be paid back to Spain Government every month on Region basis.
If OIL is not a component to produce the finished product then, not required to charge the customer additionally.
The OIL content used to produce every finished product will vary based on product characteristic value. Meaning, for some finished product the OIL used will be 2.2 KG and for some products it will be 3.5, 4.3 KG and etc.
Since various combinations of products are available for the client, during sales order creation we are planning to update some special characteristic which the data flow from u201CVariant Tableu201D. In the variant table we are going to maintain the OIL Quantity required making finished product.
But we are not sure how to activate a new condition type with the value fetched in the special characteristic. This new condition type needs to be activated based on this characteristic value and multiplied with total order quantity and price to charge from customer.
Example, the special characteristic fetched the value of 2.2 KG based on variant table. Total Order quantity is 10 PC and charge is 0.06 EURO per KG. in this case, (2.2 x 10 ) x 0.06 EURO = 1.32 EURO
I need the expert opinion how to activate the new condition type based on characteristic value and achieve the above requirement.
    Thanks in advance.
    Warm Regards,
    VEL

    Hello,
I have replicated the whole requirememt in IDES and getting the price calculation as needed but the only issue with the Conversion factor for the condition type. Either you need to maintian the conv factor in material master or need to enter manually for the condition type in SO. Some how you have to maintain the conversion factor to calculate the price for the condition type in different unit.
For easy of understanding Lets make the whole requirement in 2 parts
    Part - 1
Oil qty calculation. For convenience sake I have taken oil qty also in TO
    1) Created a num char OIL_QTY1 with length 9 and decimal places 5 and UOM as TO
    2) Created Variant table to infer the OIL qty in TO per piece of finished prod ( This oil qty data may be depends on various factors). For certain Finished products the oil qty may be 0 or blank
    3) Created a REF char SO_QTY  to pull the SO qty to configuration and add this char in class 300(Table:VBAP,Field :KWMENG)
    4) Created another char SO_OIL_QTY  (Num with length 9 and decimal places 5 and UOM as TO)
    5) Created a PROCEDURE say PROC_SO_OIL_QTY with code
    *$self.SO_OIL_QTY = $self.OIL_QTY1 * $self.SO_QTY*
    6) Create another PROCEDURE as mentioned earlier with modified code
    $SELF.A_VARCOND = 'TEST_001' if OIL_QTY1 specified,
    $SET_PRICING_FACTOR ($SELF,A_VARCOND,'TEST_001', SO_OIL_QTY)
Note: Maintain proper seq of the procedures in profile. The Qty cal proc should be before the price related procedures.
    PART-2
    1) For the condition type maintained 60 EUR per TO (0.06 EUR per KG)
Now if you create SO for the Finished product of 10 PC
    the Char values will be
OIL_QTY1  = 0.00022 TO (inferred from Variant table th proc)
    SO_QTY    = 10
    SO_OIL_QTY = 0.0022 TO
    Get into conditions tab
Here Condition type ZSIG will be displayed as error with Amount 60 EUR per TO and condition value will be blank. Just enter value 1 in the col NumC and CCon fields.
Now the Condition value will appear as 1.32 EUR.
Hope this gives some more clarity

  • Condition Type for Service PO Items

    Hi all expert,
May i know that where to define the condition type for Service PO items?
For item of service PO, there have Service Tab, under this tab, there may have few items and each of the item have condition type. thus, i would like to know that where to define this condition type. it is because i found that this condition type is different with PO condition type.
Hope can get ur reply soon.
    Thanks~

    Hi,
    Appreciated for your reply:)
I am confusing on "Variable Condition Schema For External Service" Step, as i view from the table, it seem look like a access sequence and assign to which document type to use pricing procedures.
If let's say i assigned this pricing procedures to PO category and normal PO document type, then does it crash with condition type which config for normal PO (Condition Tab of PO)?
if i assigned my procedures at "Variable Condition Schema For External Service" Step, where i can view my config result?
    Waiting for your reply.
    Thanks:)

condition should include material,  warehouse, price condition code, date, and others
    3. select KONP to get KBETR
with the condition we just got KNUMH
The process maybe different according to your configuration on sever.
Hope it can give you some sense on it.

  • Condition Type wise billing

    Following is the scenario
Customer takes Deliveries from 1st till 14th of every month and on 15th he is billed for all the deliveries (Delivery related billing)
Each delivery contains only "one Single Line Item"
6 Different condition types are used to charge this single line item that is:
    Condition A
    Condition B
    Condition C
    Condition D
    Condition E
    Condition F
Client want to "only bill Condition Type B" on 7th and 15th of every month seperately from all other condition types, with different payment terms
Is there any way to carry out billing on the basis of ConditionType in Standard System???

Not in the standard system. But you can create a routine for the copy control from delivery to billing.
You can use the client attribute KATR1... and in the routine, when you fill ZUK table, you will separate billing.
zuk-CONDTYPE = kna1-katr1. In the routien there are several ways.

    Hi
Keep a break-point (hard) in these program lines and debug and see that whether the condition type(KSCHL) related to Taxes is appearing here or not.
If the condition type for taxes is coming then you can print the taxes.
First check the related condition type for Taxes in T685 table and see here in the code.

  • User exit / BADI to add the condition type in PO

    Hi Friends,
The scenario is like user will be creating the Sales order & after that user will create the PR & immidiately after that PO will be created from PR no.
I will be checking for some Z* condition type in sales order & if its present in sales order I have to add that condition type in PO.
So for this I am searching for user exit or BADI.
Please help me out with this.
I have already tried following user exits & bADIs
    1. RV61AFZA - cant use because i dont get the PR no or SO no in this exit.
    2. RV61AFZB - cant use because i dont get the PR no or SO no in this exit.
    3. also tried the enhancement MM06E004 - if I add new condition type in XKOMV table condition type is not getting updated in PO.
    4. MM06E005 - if I add new condition type in XKOMV table condition type is not getting updated in PO.
    5. ME_PURCHDOC_POSTED - this BADI dont allow us to add the new condition type to std internal table.
If you know anything apart from this then please do let me know.
Full points will be awarded for the correct answer!!

  • Shipment cost transfer to condition types of PO

HI! I saw this note 427944 which states the rules to transferring the shipment costs into the condition types of the PO:
The shipment cost value (without tax amounts) is cumulated for all relevant shipment cost documents for each service agent and transferred to a corresponding condition type of the purchase order item. Before cumulation, the amounts are first converted into the purchase order currency.
    1. A transfer of the values for each condition type (similar to the transfer from a shipment cost document to the SD billing document) is not supported.
    2. If different service agents exist in the shipment cost documents, a corresponding number of condition lines (with value 0) must be specified in the purchase order item. These can always belong to the same condition type (in schema 'Manual') or also to different condition types (not 'Manual'):
    a) Manual condition lines: If the condition type in the schema of the purchase order is marked is 'manual', the condition type must be created (with value 0) in the purchase order item before the goods
receipt. If delivery costs are expected from different service agents, several non-valuated entries must be generated for this condition type. If more condition lines exist than required, these are then no longer taken into account. If condition lines are missing, the last service agents are not settled.
    - Advantage: You only have to define one condition type for the delivery costs.
    - Disadvantage: Each purchase order must be processed manually before the goods receipt.
    b) Automatic condition lines: If the condition lines are to be generated automatically for the delivery costs (the condition type is not flagged as 'Manual' in the schema), the schema must have
enough condition types to settle several service agents. If more condition lines exist than required, these are then no longer taken into account. If condition lines are missing, the last service
    agents are not settled.
    - Advantage: The goods receipt can be carried out without manual preparation beforehand in the purchase order.
    - Disadvantage: You must define identical condition types with different names.
I can understand point a about the manual condition lines and have tried it out myself.
But I don't quite understand point b about the automatic condition lines and so I need some clarification here.
    1. Does that mean I do not need to maintain the condition type in the PO?
    2. Does that mean the system will automatically find a condition to put the shipment cost for each service agent?
    3. How does the system know which condition to take then?
    4. I tested with the 'manual' field not flagged in the PO schema but no shipment cost is transferred. Is it because of the existence of other normal condition types that are also not manual?
    Appreciate any help to this.
    Thanks!

  • Select from different tables based on value

    Hi Forum,
    I'm stuggling with a problem:
In a table, I have two columns, pref_type and pref_value. Column pref_type stores a number value that is linked to a preference type, whereas column pref_value stores the value of that preference.
Unfortunately, the data model is such that per preference type a different tables needs to be used, so for example, if
pref_type = 1, table to query is A, whereas if
    pref_type = 2, table to query is B.
I now want to write a query that resolves the preferences, ie it should branch to the respective table based on pref_type and search for pref_value and deliver back a different column of that respective table.
My first approach was like that:
    select decode (pref_value, 1, (select result from A where pref_value = ???),
    2, (select result from B where pref_value = ???)
where the three ??? depict the problem I'm having, as Oracle doesn't allow me to have a harmonized subquery here.
    How do I achieve this?
    Thanks for any help,
    J. Sieben

I believe this is what you are trying to get at:
    SELECT DECODE(m.pref_type, 1, (SELECT result FROM a
                                   WHERE a.pref_value = m.pref_value),
                               2, (SELECT result FROM b
                                   WHERE b.pref_value = m.pref_value)
FROM my_table mAlthough, if the tables are large, that might be pretty slow. Better than an outer join, but one of those correlated queries is going to be run for each row in my_table. You could lso try something like:
    SELECT m.pref_type, r.result
    FROM my_table m,
         (SELECT 'A' tbl, pref_value, result
          FROM a
          UNION ALL
          SELECT 'B', pref_value, result
          FROM b) r
    WHERE DECODE(m.pref_type, 1, 'A', 'B') = r.tbl and
          m.pref_value = r.pref_valueHTH
