CONFIRMATION UPDATE

Dear Friends,
In PO confirmation tab,confirmation category inbond delivery is selected and acknowledgement required is checked.Then after doing VL31N, in Confirmation tab of PO the inbound delivery number is not getting updated.IMG settings are maintained correctly,still the inbound delivery number is not getting updated in Confirmation tab.what may be the possible reason...?

The confirmations tab already displays a line item details for
confirmation category 'AB-order acknowledgement' . The thing is,
i need to update the screen so that along with the present line
item details, i have to display the confirmation category 'LA-
inbound delivery'. This confirmation category actually tells the
qty that has been shipped, which may vary from the qty on the

i had used BAPI_PO_CHANGE , but is not updating the EKES table which is mandatory for my requirement,
and i also tried the bapi ME_CONFIRMATION_UPDATE_GR , this is bapi is also not updating the table ekes,
so shall i need to enhance the standard function module ME_CONFIRMATION_UPDATE_GR OR ANY OTHER WAY ROUND TO MEET THE REQUIREMENT
any guidance is much appreciated.

I'm not sure if this will help you but I solved a similar issue once before.
For an intercompany PO, we had different quantities on the outbound and inbound deliveries. When they tried to recieve the outbound delivery in MIGO, the inbound delivery quantity (what was ordered) would default instead of what was actually shipped.
I implemented BADI BADI_LE_SHIPMENT so that when an outbound delivery was goods issued, the corresponding inbound delivery quantity would update if applicable. BAPI_INB_DELIVERY_CHANGE was used to modify the delivery.
Seeing your post, I looked at EKES. The quantity was updated to the quantity of the outbound delivery. Maybe this will work for you?

Repeat transportorder confirmation - update delivery notes

Hello everyone,
Transport orders (WM) - based on delivery's - have been created and were confirmed. Unfortunately the corresponding update of delivery notes failed. (e.g. VBFA, LIPS not updeated).
We are searching desperately for a solution to redo the confirmation (as everyone knows: delivery notes can not be invoiced until goods issue). We have batch management in place so it is possible that there are a couple batch splits. (means that manually adjusting tables is a no no - besides all other good reasons).
If anybody out there has any idea (or programm) to do this, we would be very greatful.

Update apps in iTunes

May I please have someones advice. When I go to update apps in itunes i'm asked to sign into my apple account. The email adress for account appears and it correct. Next to it is a password box. I type in the correct password however it keeps rejecting it. I know its correct because i've signed into the account through in Apple web site but that doesn't seem to register in iTunes.
Any suggestions on how best to confirm updating apps in Itunes. Thanks.

I've been getting this error as well since updating to iTunes 9.0.3. I have 2 iTunes accounts through which I've purchased/downloaded apps and this appears to be the cause of that error when there are downloads available for both accounts at the same time (I don't have this problem when there are updates available for only the account under which I'm currently logged in to the iTunes store). I've gotten around it by downloading the updates individually that I know were purchased under the account under which I'm currently logged in. Then, I sign out of that account and log in with my other account and download the other updates.
It's a pain to do but it works. I'm pretty sure this is a bug in 9.0.3.

Should Vault Update Take So Long

MacBook Pro, Western Digital 750 GB Firewire Drive (brand new with 700gb available)
I recently started using Aperture instead of iPhoto and brought over all my old pictures and several camera uploads worth of new photos. I have about 6000 masters now. I created a vault on the external drive and expected the initial copy to take a while and that was fine. The vault takes about 19 gb on the hard drive.
I think I added a few new masters, then edited ONE version, and the vault status was yellow. Then I decided I would update the vault and clicked the yellow icon. Aperture asked me to confirm updating the vault, then I think it took over half an hour (I stopped watching) to "compare" the vault and update.
That seems like a lot of time and waiting when all I did was edit one version and maybe add a few masters. I would think backups would be incremental and pretty quick if you hadn't changed many things.
Am I missing something here? Thanks!

After I up date Adobe confirms update. Do I have an issue with my osx or do I have an issue with the Adobe update?

I see now the creative cloud version needs updating, and I'm not getting notifications to bring this to my attention not to mention giving me the most current update to install. I'm considering removing cc and then downloading anew. hmm. Any other suggestions? I'looked for version Version 1.4.0.348 and it remains hidden from me... Hey, it worked! I simply removed cc app installer from menue bar and it immediatly gave me a update notice. prob solved.

I'M FED UP WITH NO BEING ABLE TO ACCESS MY ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD SOFTWARE.

I subscribed to 1 year with Adobe Creative Cloud more than a year ago. I got a discounted price of $29.99 per month instead of the normal $49.99 per month, because I qualified being that I had previously purchased and installed Adobe Creative Design Suite 4. I thought it a great idea to have all the software that the Adobe Cloud offered. A few months into that yearly subscription, I had been using Adobe Muse which was wonderful because I could actually create websites without knowing a bit of code. Yes, I was designing one site and had major difficulty and failed to publish many times. No fear, because a very king gentleman on Adobe Support named Zak did all his best and gave a great amount of attention to resolving this problem. While building that website my client lost patience with me in that I could not publish what the client wanted within reasonable time period because of all these failures in publishing and time in between each staggered resolve periods. I lost that client and ended up with a live website with a great deal of my artwork collected and established there. I decided to keep that website active if nothing more than to present it as a portfolio of sorts. Apparently, Zak, understood my disappointment with losing this client and actually provided me with a years, 12 months subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud. This was wonderful for me and I accepted it graciously. So a year’s subscription proceeded month by month. Unfortunately every month I was subject to having to reaffirm the license for this yearly subscription! I began what ended up to be having to contact support each month for assistance in doing so. For without reactivating this yearly license each month I was subject to interruptions in accessing the software's usage or unable to use it at all. Major frustration...So come the nearing end of this Adobe Creative Cloud's subscription I contacted Adobe Support to voice my complaints on having to do this every month and once again get the subscription activated in order to use my software. This one support technician was giving me a difficult time for some reason and broke our telephone conversation many times as it was necessary for him to update himself with my file??? He came back to me astonished to find 12 months credit and asked me where did I acquire these freebies and on and on. He wanted proof that I had gotten these credits legally even though I reiterated the true story of benefiting from Zak's kindness. He wanted me to provide proof of the letter giving me all these credits and I told him I could and would. But he wanted to keep me on the phone for any duration until I could search my documents and find this letter and show it to him. I told him that I did not have time to search for it that moment and I could provide it later? He was really reluctant to allow this but eventually he requested I post this letter as proof onto my support ticket? Which I got around to do soon after. When posting that proof I asked to be given extra time on the subscription for being so to suspected of fraud? I asked for the hell of it a year or 2 more for Christ's sake? You know what, my support post has yet to be answered and actually I see that it was dismissed to no fault of mine. You haven't heard the most of what I went thru every month with this year’s subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud. Yes, I'm pissed because now they are wanting me to spend $49.99 every month for another year’s subscription? Besides now the Creative Design Suite 4 that I had originally purchased as a full legal copy and acted to provide me with the original $29.99 discount qualification, they say is an OEM copy and does not qualify for the discount... As of today, Sunday, November 3rd, 2013, I'm still blocked from accessing my ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD SOFTWARE! I have submitted screenshots and whatever else to Adobe Support and have had no contact. I get a message that states it cannot go online to renew, confirm, update my subscription and therefore I can't access my software. Do you know how long this has been goping on now and how many times i've been interrupted from using this software over the last year?????

Most of us in this forum are users who volunteer on technical issues, and not Adobe employees although they do drop in from time to time. As users we simply have no control over activation and that's why you are not getting responses.
If you havn't done so,you might try the Muse forums and see if you can get a staff member to look into it. Have your case numbers and phone transcripts handy.
Last option is to keep calling customer service until you get someone who will help or ask for a supervisor.

How do you remove purchased songs from the iCloud?

There are a bunch of songs that I have bought over the years that I have no intention of listening to again. Since I have signed up for iTunes Match, they now all appear again on all my devices that I use the iCloud on... Apple says that I can simply go into my "purchased" list on iTunes and hide them, but that does not work as they still show up... what am I doing wrong, or how do I really accomplish this? Is there some second step I need to take in order to complete the process?
I have seen suggestions of starting a second library, but is that really necessary? I just want to hide some of the songs I don't want anymore so I don't have to scroll past all of it all the time anymore.

Once you have a secure backup of your Song files you can simply delete a Song, selecting the option to remove from iCloud.
It is worth turning off all other libraries and devices associated with the same Apple Id / iTunes Match service first.
Once the deletion request is confirmed, 'Update iTunes Match', close your local library - allow 20 - 30 mins for synchronisation across the Apple infrastructure, restart the library and confirm that the Songs have really gone - once confirmed you can start the other libraries and iDevices - the deletions will be applied to all.
A second library is an easy way to store all your 'deleted from iCloud' Songs but it is not necessary.

How to validate a session object in jsp?

i am facing a problem.The problem is how to validate the session object object in jsp.I have written a java script by using a defined function as setInterval and has given 5 mintues if the user is idle and will show a pop up menu before time out the session but in case of page active still this pop up menu is coming. The java script as follows.

Day 11 of 14, New too Verizon and the new Thunderbolt, do we keep it or send it back?

I have had a number of surprises so far after coming to Verizon with the new Thunderbolt.. We ordered 2 bolts. The battery issue was disappointing, but a bigger battery will fix it, and/or a daily charge seems to take care of it.
I live in the country on fridge of the city, my wife came from provider Sprint, and I came from AT&T. We never had problems with our prior carriers, but must be out of range for the Verizon tower due to the bad signal and sound quality when making calls from the house. Verizon suggested a network extender, so we had them send us one. It did fix the signal and the noise problems at home. Plus can take with us on the road,, guess this problem is fixed too.
My wife's Bolt had static and noise in any area, 3G or 4G. Mine has been great. I called Verizon they said to take it to a Verizon store for an exchange. I bought the phone online with Verizon, but the brick and mortar stores said they could not do it, I complained and did get them to change out the wife's Bolt. The replacement serial and mac address was several thousand letters and numbers higher, so expect her phone was built early, but the new replacement is quiet, no noise problem solved.
The 4G is very fast, speetest.net I was surprised how fast it is. I love the phone, but I worry with all the issues people keep finding, and I really have not seen any official Verizon communications on what is actual and what might be in progress to fix for good. Forums are great, but does Verizon read these posts?
I am on day 11 of 14. First timer to Verizon, Thunderbolts aside, do you like them as a wireless carrier? Thunderbolt's, we like them very much, but I now wonder if maybe insurance is a good idea, seems like we may have many issues in the future too. I was on the build team for the HP Glisten, we had many issues on our first phones too, but eventually got it fixed too, in fact the prototype I still had when I left AT&T to come to Verizon. I think we are going to give the phones a couple more days of heavy workout, and then decide.

The forums here are helpful too, aggravation does make some of the posts bias against the phone, but there are some good posts out there and the solution found posts will help us all.
Everyone who owns a Thunderbolt just needs a little patience, it is a new and powerful device. I'm sure HTC and Verizon are working out the confirmed bugs, and will roll out confirmed updates when they have gathered more data. When I was prototyping the obsidian, which we marketed as the glisten, we had many issues too, but in the end worked most of them out.
The thunderbolt should also follow same result as long as Verizon and HTC keep it in the front line, so far they are still marketing it, even with having the Iphone now in their portfolio. I viewed a wirefly.com smackdown between the Thunderbolt and the new Iphone, and to me, I do like the Thunderbolt best. On to day 12, so far so good.

FIOS VOD stops starts

I have an actiontec Gen3 Rev I, it is only a moca bridge, Cisco 3000 is primary router, ONT cat6 to Cisco.
We watch a lot of VOD. Last month started having problems with remote, then with guide, then VOD. All of these things are controlled by router, not STB. Lots of useless cs calls, finally got a tech out and confirmed all other components working fine. PTT a to business tech confirmed updates to the outside system for faster quantum and prep for new router were causing problems with his bridging customers.
We put in an older router with prior rev 40.20.7 but problems persist.
Select VOD, Start watching, several minutes in video pauses, freezes, blacks then resumes, then becomes recurring every 90 seconds or so. Impossible to watch.
No router messages. No moca messages. Can't figure it out.
Thoughts? If there is a thread on this please point me couldn't find in searching.

Unfortunately I think you are missing the core point, the Actiontec Gen3RevI is a poor choice for all but the simplist of installations, it is irrelevant whether it "should" work as first device, the point is that it has worked as a moca bridge for years and is an acceptable installation option sactioned by FIOS. That the Verizon router must be first device is an interweb myth promulgated by lazy FIOS customer support. Fortunately for us FIOS has some pretty sharp field engineers that are on their game.
Many people including myself have been using installation option #7 for years with great success. In fact, #7 is the method used by FIOS installers on business installs, I know because I've had them to my residential install to troubleshoot.
As an IT professional I went through an isolation and troubleshooting review to understand what changed that started causing problems in the existing configuration rather than adjusting the configuration. The only change in the environment was firmware to the STB and something external to my house, neither the FIOS router nor my own router were updated in the time period. Per my earlier post, according to the business installer, FIOS released new software to support the higher speeds on Quantum, and that new software breaks the #7 bridging option.
I've refitted the house for Quantam Gateway and Quantum STB - so new config for me. Happy hunting.

Advice: Treo/Verizon/Ical/Isync/ Do we do it?

We're currently using one paper calendar and a pencil. Without legnthy explanations...
We want to do the following, and we want to know if it's possible. As the answers we get elsewhere are rather unconvincing.
1. Treo/Blackberry like device, we like keyboards and must use Verizon. (leaning towards Treo after trying in store.) There is always a pregnant pause when I ask if they're compatible with MAC.
2. Email from phone calendar dates to each other. (Invites?) ability to open these on the phone and/or the computer.
3. Email from computer (Issue: I use Eudora, my husband uses Apple Mail) ical appointments.
4. Ical sync with device.
5. Ability to see who's appointment is who's ... for instance if I send my husband and appt for his calendar but it's my appointment... We need to do this because of business, house etc.. So I'm not really "inviting" him to come along or block out his time... just a "notification" or something? Is there a way for us to have each other's appointments on the phones and the computers. To re-explain again... We could both have appointments at 1:00PM for one hour, with different people, and we have both appointments existing on our Treo's & Ical, but my appointment would block out my time, and his would block out his time... I hope that makes sense.
6. Our computers are separate, or unlinked (excuse my laymen terms here, I don't know it all)
7. What happens if we travel with a Lap Top with microsoft... can we do this at .mac? It appears the calendar is read only there, so we would rely on our Treos?
8. Which Treo model works best for MAC, we'll spend anything to get rid of the pencil.

Performance Management - Appraisal details

we are trying to Find where the comments are sourced from in the Objectives > Description Tab > Comments (Success Criteria) when viewing them through the appraisals Details Icon
(N) EMP SS > Talent Management > Plan > Appraisal (Details Icon) > Show all on Objectives
When republishing the comments are removed from the per_objectives Table but are still viewable in the details section. Where is this being sourced from?

It is not possible to disable the refresh button. You will have to find some alternative solution. Are you doing a controller substitution? The refresh should cause the PR to be called again, perhaps you can do something there. Look at the OADBtransaction object. It appears as if the original one has a default setting of commit when the object is destroyed.
If there is a transaction open when the user navigates to the page, see if you can instead not open the transaction until a confirmed update is clicked, then open the transaction , make the changes and close the transaction.
