Confusion saving files.....

Question

Hi guys I dont know what is going on with my code.I am trying to save an array into a file but when I load it i get nulls can anyone have a look at the following code? There are two methods the one is openFIle and the save but i dont know where i am doing wrong.Thanx

How/where you initialise the person array?
What is the o/p of line
System.out.print(person.name); ?
Will you pls. post some more code so that we can know which are global values.
