Control key tables..

We have developed a report involving control key and Qty confirmed..
There is a bug in the report  that the quantities are not getting fetched correctly as that of in COOIS -confirmations.
SO for analysis we need to search for the tables... Can anybody tell me the table name that contains the Control keys and the quantity of confirmation, order etc..
Please help me out...

Hi,
The contril key field is STEUS and you will find in following tables
AFVC                             Operation within an order
CRHD                             Work Center Header
PLPO                             Task list - operation/activity
T430                             Operation/Activity control key
TABLO                            Assignment table-orders to activities

  • PO User Exit to change confirmation control key

    Hi All,
I have to hard code the confirmation control key to a constant(e.g 0006, where the value doesnt exist in Confirmation Control Key table T163L) for a particular Order Type while creating/ changing a PO through Tr. ME21/ME21N or ME22/ME22N.
Is it possible to do so using UserExits
    Appreciate your Help.
    Regards,
    Anbalagan

    Hi ,
I dont think you can change the control record of any IDOC .
If you look at an example Function module MASTERIDOC_CREATE_CREMAS , used to create Vendor IDOCS ,
the call customer-function has only the idoc data record as tables parameter .

  • Retrival of Control Key of Operation & Table underneeth the structure

    Hi Experts,
Right now i'm working on PP and PM related stuff, I'm in the middle of the project and stucked down at a point in how to retrive the control key of operation that triggered the update in production order: opoerational view. (CO03).
Also i have a small question on how to findout the underlying table for a particular field(any field in a screen), when done F1 on that particular field the technical details says as table name but it is actuallya structure. So how should i find the table underneeth the structure where the particular data is being stored.
Or how should i retrieve the data if i couldn't figure out the table, is there some way that i can retrie the data using the structure.
    Thanks for your contribution.
    Regards
    Rich

    Hi Rich,
This is a common problem. One of the best and easy way is use the transaction ST05 for trace.lemme explain in detail.
    1.go to ST05 transaction
    2.switch trace on
3.take your screen where the field resides
4.enter value in this field and other required field
    5.then save the screen
    6.go to ST05.
    7.stop the trace
    8.click on display trace
9.you will get a detailed log what all happend
10.search the log with 'update' or 'insert' word or search with the field.
11.you can find some table name.
12.check that table contains the record which you saved.
    Sure this will help
    Another Way
    1.go to transaction se84.
    2.take ABAP dictionary
    3.go to Fields
4.Give the field name in table field /structure field
if you are lucky you will get in this

  • Confirmation control key check for inbound delivery creation

    Hi,
Currently, in the Client's company, the process of receiving goods from purchase orders looks like that (SAP-wise):
    - create a purchase order,
    - receive goods using MIGO and automatically create an inbound delivery,
    - pack the delivery and post goods receipt.
Recently, some patches have been installed, including one described by note 1602047 (which basically enforces checking confirmation control keys if goods receipt assignment and goods receipt relevance are activated for inbound deliveries). Note says that it only affects two-step stock transfer and creation of automatic inbound deliveries using SPED output but it seems it also affects other basic processes like PO receipt in MIGO.
Now, when using the old control key (that had MRP-Relevant and GR-Relevant fields checked), the system is unable to automatically create an inbound delivery after the goods receipt is posted with MIGO (with message VL148 - Not possible to create an inbound delivery). I learned that this is because the "GR Assignment" field must be checked in the confirmation control key so it's possible to automatically create aninbound delivery after receiving a purchase order in MIGO.
After changing the confirmation control key to have the missing field checked it's not possible anymore to receive goods from PO in MIGO as the PO requires shipping notification in order to be processed in MIGO thus requiring of manual creation of an inbound delivery.
Is there any way to skip this check so the process would remain the same (this model has been working fine for few years in the Client's system) and the inbound delievery would be created automatically after posting the receipt in MIGO?
    Thanks in advance,
    Piotr

    Hi,
don't know if you found a solution, but we received the following message from SAP:
The advent of the new version requires some attention to the users. It
was necessary to avoid inconsistencies which in the past version the
    system was susceptible.
    Main Program SAPMM07M
    Source code of MM07MLVS
    sy-msgid VL sy-msgty E sy-msgno 148
I have checked the process and through debugged I could confirm the
following information SAP is providing to all similar incidents reportedfor us:
Error message VL 148 is issued if in the confirmation control key used
in the purchase order, the fields for MRP-relevance (T163G-KZDIS),
GR relevance (T163G-WEREL) and GR assignment indicator (T163G-WEZUO)
    are not set.
The correction of note 1602047 was necessary to avoid inconsistencies
(table EKES) in the purchase order. Without having the GR assignment
(T163G-WEZUO) set, there is no unique reference created between the
purchase order history (table EKBE) and the inbound delivery
confirmation (table EKES) at goods receipt which leads to a problem if
several inbound deliveries exist for the same purchase order.
If you set T163G-WEZUO to 'X', this assures that, for an inbound
delivery, the confirmation record (EKES) belonging to this inbound
delivery (EKES-VBELN) is also accurately updated at goods receipt.
    How to solve the issue?
Use a confirmation control key with the GR assignment indicator set
and then create the inbound delivery with VL31N. If you want to be able
to create the inbound delivery with reference to a certain line item in
    the PO, use transaction VL34.
If you still want to use transaction MIGO, there is the following
    workaround:
    - Create a purchase order without any confirmation control key
    - Create a goods receipt (GR) in transaction MIGO with reference to this PO and post the GR to a non-HU-managed storage location
    - Create a transfer posting with MIGO using movement type 311 to
transfer the goods from the non-HU-managed storage location to the
    HU-managed storage location.
As the transfer posting is an additional step for the user, the whole
process could be automated using a partner storage location
(T001l-PARLG) for the GR which then triggers (through a modification)
the BAPI 'BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE' to create the transfer posting without
    user interaction.
I hope to have satisfied you on the reason why it is now happening and
also I believe you can explain to business that it is a new behavior
necessary done from SAP side to avoid worse situations, we are aware of
potential dissatisfaction it might cause. SAP Support is always
    available to clarify any issue.
Sorry for not having a more positive answer.
    I hope it helps!

  • Activation of Bank Control Key field (P0009-BKONT) in IT 0009

    Hi,
We got a requirement to activate Bank Control Key field (P0009-BKONT) in IT 0009 for the Countries Barbados, Dominican Republic and Trinidad & Tobago.
For activating this field, we copied a new screen for each country for IT 0009 and made the field P0009-BKONT as Standard in T588M (Screen Modifications). Updated the feature P0009 also.
When checked IT 0009, Bank Control Key is not found. Again, we have added the entries for these countries in table V_T521A (Bank details: Relevance of special fields) by selecting Control Key as Relevant.
Still no luck. Bank Control Key is not seen in IT 0009.
Can someone help me by providing solution how to activate field P0009-BKONT for the above countries. Thanks !!

    Hi Sai,
You mean system uses this new screen but you don't see the field on it?
If this is npt the case and system does not select the right screen check the feature P0009 in PE03.

  • Vendor Bank Details - Bank control Key for Spain

    Greetings,
Can anyone tell me how to maintain the bank control key for Spain in the vendor master data? I can see that Spain uses the key to check the combination of bank number and bank account number, and it looks like the validation points to table BNKAIN. However, where do I get the two digit bank control key (from the vendor?), and how do I maintain it in the table (this table is buffered)?
Any advice you have would be greatly appreciated, and I will gladly assign points for helpful responses.
    Thanks!

    Hi Eric,
Thank you for your quick response. My problem is not location of the field itself, but rather on what data to use to populate the field. There is no input help for this field, and the system issues an error message every time I try to populate the field. We ran a trace and discovered that the system appears to be running a check against table BNKAIN. I think perhaps I need to maintain that table, but cannot figure out how to access the table to maintain the entries. Do you know how to maintain this table, or is there a specific bank control key that should be used for Spain?

  • Mass change for field Confirmation control Key in PO / SA

    Dear All,
There is a need to do mass change in value for field Confirmation control Key in PO / SA. Some of them have PO history. If we have PO history system wont allow to change conf. ctrl key. Also since it is a production system we can not cancel previous po histories. This is in SAP 4.7 where we dont have mass change tcode for Scheduling agreements.
Can we maintain the values thru table entries. like using se16n maintain entries check box. This option is greyed out. can we activate that & do this requirement.
    please suggest.

    hi Greetings!
The confirmation control key can not be changed in the scheduling agreement if GR for item had already been posted. If the GRs can be canceled , it is possible to change the confirmation control in the SA item.
Version 4.7 do not support Mass change of scheduling agreements, hence you have to either create a SCAT or BDC to perform the task.

  • Controll of Table T090L in transaction AO25 used in FI-AA

    Hi SDN
I am currently implementing Fixed assets and have a problem with the security on one of the key tables.
Table T090L accesable via transaction AO25 is a table that holds production and reserve values which are input by Fiscal period / year , however the table security is not controlled via the 'posting period vaiant' control (OB52).
The problem I have is that AO25 will allow you to change the values in prior years/periods even though those periods are now closed and the figures have been used in their appropriate calculations.
I wish to be able to restrict periods for user change to avoid prior period adjustments in line with OB52.
    Any insight greatly appreciated
    Regards
    Mark

    Hi
Yes - if you want to control access on line level S_TABU_DIS is the correct object.
But please notice that this object wil require you to implement note 76329, if your going to use it in SE16 - if access is provided through SM30 (or a parameter transaction based on this t-code), this note won't be relevant.
I have created a small How-to guide for customising S_TABU_LIN - you can find it here if interested

  • Update PO with Confirmation Control Key,Acknowledged Delivery Date.

    Hi Experts,
I have a requirement that through a Excel file I have to update a Existing PO with the three fields,
    1.Confirmation Control Key
    2.Acknowledged Delivery Date.
    3.Acknowledged Modified Delivery Date.
If there will be differ in values in any of the field in the existing PO and the incoming excel file then we need to update the
    fields in the PO.
So is there any BAPI or FM to update the field value?
I tried with BAPI_PO_CHANGE it is not working.
In excel we have only five fields.
    1.PO number
    2.Item
    3.Confirmation Control Key
    4.Acknowledged Delivery Date.
    5.Acknowledged Modified Delivery Date
    Please help.
    Regards,
    Umesh

you can use BAPI_PO_CHANGE itself, but you need to get the details of the current PO before passing the details to BAPI_PO_CHANGE
you can use BAPI_PO_GETDETAIL1 by passing ( PURCHASEORDER = <..Your Purchase order Number..> ) and after that you willl
get all the details of the PO, just change the required data's and pass it to the BAPI_PO_CHANGE. It will be easier.
after you receive all the data,
pass the corresponding data from BAPI_PO_GETDETAIL1
    to BAPI_PO_CHANGE.
    1.PO number                    -     PURCHASEORDER (importing)
    2.Item                         -     POITEM (Tables )
3.Confirmation Control Key          -     POCONFIRMATION (Tables)
    4.Acknowledged Delivery Date.
    5.Acknowledged Modified Delivery Date
I think for 4,5 fields are also in POCONFIRMATION table itself (not sure)

    hi
for inbound delivery there is BAdi called LE_SHP_DELIVERY_PROC... in there is method called ITEM_DELETION... in this u can flag the item to delete or not..
this will be triggered for inbound as well as oubound delivery..
you can check confirmation status for the PO in the table EKES... in this table there is filed called EBTYP.. using this field u can check the PO item confirmation status..

  • Confirmation Control key not allowed in MM Scheduling Agreement item.

    Hi Experts ,
I am facing an issue with Confirmation control key in MM Scheduling Agreement.
Scheduling agreement already GRd without Conf-key and Now if am going to update confirmation control key as 0001.
I am getting an error "Confrmation Control key is not allowed".How can I solve this problem.Anyway i have to update the conf-key.
If you are answering me that will be very much apreciatable.
    Looking forward for your answers.
    Thanks,

    Hi Bala ,
We can directly update the database table field , but this is not recommended.
Can you re-do the GR i.e Cancle the existing and again do GR with confirmation control key.

  • PP-PI - Control key

    Hi guys,
I have an issue with capacity requirements generated by process orders. I have been experimenting with the control keys to show the appropriate behaviour, but this does not seem to be the case. The following happens
When I put the same control key (with detailed capacity requirements ticked on) in both the phase and the operation then the graphical planning board (CM29) behaves as expected, but when I check the capacity evaluation (CM50) then the capacity is consumed twice! So this scenario does not work.
When I put a different control key in the phase. So the control key in the operation has 'det. cap. req' ticked on and the control key in the phase does not, then the graphical planning board behaves appropriately, but again the capacity evaluation does not work correctly, in this case no capacity consumption is registered in CM50.
When I do the reverse of above, I put a control key in the phase with 'det. cap. req' ticked on, and a control key in the operation where this box is tocked off, then the graphical planning board does not work as expected, it won't let me schedule my order. The capacity evaluation (CM50) works appropriately.
So my analyses is telling me, I cannot use both functionality. Does anyone perhaps have some help for me to fix this problem?
I will reward points for useful comments,
    kind regards,
    Mark

    I cheked in my system,
I too faced the same issue, In my case I am using planning table for the purpose and I am happy with that.
If you want the setting required for planning table I can tell you.
otherwise if you cannot go for planning table, let me know I will try my best to get the answer
