Converting the standard pay slip to pdf

Hi Experts,
1. Develop a Z program using PNP logical DB and use node PERNR.
2. Use FM 'GET_PAYSLIP' in your program in order to get the data that you see in the output of tcode "PC00_M40_CEDT".
Then you would like to use FM "CONVERT_PAYSLIP_TO_PDF" to convert the payslip output to PDF file.
any one tell me the input to the function module or sample code for the function module for CONVERT_PAYSLIP_TO_PDF

i have used so far:
BAPI_GET_PAYROLL_RESULT_LIST to get last payroll result sequence number and
BAPI_GET_PAYSLIP_PDF to get the PDF-String.

i advice you to have the latest BO versions XI 3.1 SP3, as BO XI 4.0 will come by the end of this year so you will be in line with the new technology

Please provide me a solution to convert the standard Pay slip (PC00_M99_CEDT) Remuneration statement to PDF and send it via email to individual employee by fetching the email ids through the info types.

Hi all,
Currently i am using this function module "SX_OBJECT_CONVERT_OTF_PDF",
working fine for script out puts.
but i want to convert the standard text also as a pdf file . we are using 4.0 version.
I am reading the standard text through READ_TEXT.

after reading the Standard test the file format is :
li_cnt_txt like solisti1 occurs 0 with header line.
But the OTF file is like ITCOO this structure which is having only 2 fields.
please suggest me how i can go ahead

Error while converting the ITF format to PDF format

Hi mates,
I am working on a requirement where i need to download a pdf file on to my desktop. The requirement is:
I have a data in ITF format which is fetched from READ_TEXT. Now i need to convert this ITF data format into PDF format and download the pdf file on the desktop. for this what i have done is I have converted the ITF data to XSTRING first by using the FM 'LXE_CONVERT_ITF_XML'. Now i have converted the ITF data format to XSTRING data format. Then i have converted the XSTRING data format to Binary data format using FM 'SCMS_XSTRING_TO_BINARY'. Finally i have used the cl_gui_frontend_services=>gui_download to down load the data on to the desktop in pdf format....
CALL METHOD cl_gui_frontend_services=>gui_download and passed the parameters and i am able to download the pdf file on desktop. But the problem is when I am opening the file its displaying the error message ' Adobe Reader could not open the file because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged' Any thoughts on this.... Can u tell us what is the function of the UDF in your case ?
Apart from Converting the given input xml to pdf output, I dont see there is any other functionality within the UDF .. and the XMLTOPDF Class requires the two inputs to be passed when it is instantiated in the code
and now if you don't pass those parameters, it's going to throw an IO exception

While converting the SAP Script form to PDF, it is converting the Thai Language characters into Junk Characters. But it is showing correctly if we issue it to a printer. Also it is showing correctly in print preview.

Convert a word document to multiple PDF documents

I would like to convert a word document to multiple PDF documents. (i.e. convert 20 page word document into 20 single page PDF's). Is it possible to do this easliy and quickly.
I have used word mail merge to create multiple cover letters in word
I would now like to convert each cover letter (which is 1 page each) into individialized PDF's so that I can email them out as attachments
I currently have been copying and pasting from my master word document into a fresh word document (one page at a time) then, saving, then converting to PDF one cover letter at a time. Although this works it is time consuming and I figured there may be an easier quicker way to do this
Any thoughts, suggesstions, would be greatly appreciated

It is possible to convert the word document into a PDF then while the PDF is open do:

Extract Pages
1-20
Check "Extract pages as seperate files"
This will give you 20 seperate files.

Converting multiple msft files into one pdf

HELP - i am using adobe acrobat 9 pro for macs (Mac OS X 10.6.3). when we had a pc, we were able to convert multiple files (microsoft office) to a single pdf at once without first converting them all to pdf. when I attempt this using the same technique, the images for all documents other than pdf files are greyed out and it seems that word/office documents are not a supported format for the conversion of multiple files (not listed in drop down menu) into one pdf.
I would greatly appreciate help with this. we are business users who are new to macs. we need to do a lot of this and are getting so frustrated. Thanks in advance!
