Hi,
We can use the BAPI 'BAPI_CASE_READLOG" for reading the log information related to a Dispute Case.
The import parameters for this FM are
GUID = This is the Case GUID
START_DATE = This is the start date from which we need to read the log entries, Optional parameter
END_DATE = This is the end date to which we need to read the log entries, Optional parameter
MAX_ENTRIES = This is the max number of log entries to be read, Optional parameter
We can get the log entries from the table parameter of the FM LOG_ENTRIES.
Not sure whether it heps; just try it out!!!

  • Update correspondence history (DFKKCOHI) when posting manually via FPE1

    Hi experts,
Here is a difficult one. I need to update the correspondance history when posting manually certain types of documents via FPE1. I was told to use business event 723 - Correspondence : Free --> Create (tcode FQEVENTS) that is one of the events for Document. I thought that by creating and activating my customer function module Z_FKK_SAMPLE_0723 it should be enough, placing my own code there. But I can see that when I post a document via FPE1 this event is never triggered, even though now is activated. Am I missing something??
After a lot of debugging I found out that event 1118 is called instead (one of the events called among others).
    From include LFKPPFB0
    * finally call the posting module
      CALL FUNCTION 'FKK_CREATE_DOC'

        PERFORM MESSAGES_SHOW.
        PERFORM OKCODE_OVER.
      ENDIF.
And that this event (FKK_SAMPLE_1118) is empty so you can write your own code there. But I don't know how risky this is.
Please I need some advice with this issue. My two questions are:
    - 1) why event 723 is not triggered when I do I manual post?? What do I have to do to trigger it?
    - 2) My plan B is to force the call to event 723 from event 1118, which I for sure know that is triggered. Anybody can see any problem in this?
Anybody has been in a similar situation making a new event in FQEVENTS?
Thanks in advance, points will surely be rewarded.

    Hi Prashant,
Thanks for that. YES! That may be to update text in document. But while uploading invoices I will not have document number details, it will be created when we process batch which been created using “rfbibl00”. How can I capture document numbers after processing batch session? Because with document number details I will able to use SAVE_TEXT to update remaining text fields. So can you please suggest best way to do this if you can? Many thanks.

  • Use of Correspondence In T&E

    Hi all,

I couldn't understand watz Correspondence so plz gimme a reliable answer.

    Correspondence
    Use
The Correspondence function lets you output notifications for the various activities and
transactions that arise in Training and Event Management.
    Features
_ You can output notifications in Training and Event Management either automatically or
    manually.
You must first carry out the step Assign Notification Abbreviations and Activities [Ext.] in
Customizing for Training and Event Management.
Forms that serve as templates for the documents you want to output are assigned to the
    notification abbreviations.
_ You can set up automatic output of notifications to a predefined output device or medium for
certain activities in Training and Event Management.
The output media available include printer, e-mail, fax and telex. If you do not specify an
output medium, there is no automatic output.
_ From the recipient list, you can access a print preview of the notification you want to output
    (for manual output).
_ You can call the manual output function in the dynamic Attendance Menu under Attendance
    _ Correspondence
When you use the manual output function, you have the additional option of downloading
documents into MS Word Form Letter.
_ Each item of correspondence output is recorded in a correspondence history that logs what
    notifications are output to whom.
    See also:
The documentation for the Customizing activities in Training and Event Management under Dayto-
    Day Activities _ Correspondence.
    Manual Output of Correspondence
    Use
This function lets you manually trigger output of documents to business event attendees and
instructors in Training and Event Management.
This function supplements the automatic output function in that it lets you output documents
manually as required if errors occurred during automatic output or you require additional
    documents.
    Features
_ Output to any medium, for example, printer or Internet mail.
If you select a medium for manual output, you override the standard settings made in
Customizing for Training and Event Management under Define Attendee Type
    Specific Output Control [Ext.].
If there is no medium set in Customizing and you do not specify one for manual
output, documents are output to printer by default.
_ Output using the Microsoft Word Standard Letter function
This function is only available with manual output.
    _ Output to screen
_ Display print preview of notification
_ Display log of documents output
_ Display correspondence history for recipients
    Activities
    1. You access this function on the SAP Easy-Access screen under SAP Standard Menu _

    Correspondence History
    Use
The Correspondence History function records the individual items of correspondence output for
activities in Training and Event Management.
If you set output to automatic, you can use the history function monitor document output.
For example, you can use the history function to report on what documents have been sent to
attendees in a given time period or if and when an attendee received definite confirmation of
registration, a cancellation notification and so on.
    Features
You can request reports with the correspondence history functions from four different
    perspectives:
_ From the perspective of the event type
If you enter a business event type, all documents that have been output in connection
with the business event type, such as prebooking notifications, are listed.
_ From the perspective of the event
If you enter a business event, all documents that have been output in connection with the
business event, such as confirmations of registration, are listed.
_ From the perspective of the output agent
If you enter an output agent, the report lists all documents that have been output
manually or automatically by the agent in question. For example, if a booking operation
triggered automatic output of notification to the recipients, these notifications are listed.
_ From the perspective of the recipient
If you enter a recipient, the report lists all documents that have been output to the
    recipient you enter.
Within the various views, you can select data to narrow down the report's output:
    _ Document recipients
_ Booking priority: you can request a report on all of the notifications output to waiting list
    attendees, for example.
_ Selection period: you can specify a time period yourself or select a predefined one.
_ Output status: you can select from the following statuses:
    _ No output
    _ Errors during output
    _ Output triggered
    _ Output successful
    _ Activity (logical function code).
You can start the correspondence history function from the Attendance menu. There,
you can select a business event type, an event date, or an attendee. By doing so,
you select the data for the report.
    Activities
    1. On the SAP Easy Access screen, in the SAP Standard Menu choose Human Resources _
Training and Events _ Correspondence _ History. The Correspondence History selection
    screen appears.
    2. You specify the perspective from which you want reporting carried out: event type, event,
    output agent, or recipient.
    3. You enter a document recipient if required.
    4. You can specify the attendee group by selecting a booking priority.
    5. You can specify the reporting period for the correspondence history.
    6. You can select one or multiple output statuses.
    7. You can specify a particular activity by selecting a function code from the list displayed.
    8. Choose Execute.
The system outputs a correspondence history based on the selection criteria you specified.

    Amit

  • LSO Course Programs - set up correspondence

I have done some basic configuration to enable automatic correspondence for course programs (delivery method 0012), and it seems to be working because I can see the messages in SOST.  However, when I click the correspondence history button in LSO_PSV1, the following message is displayed:
No correspondence history is possible for delivery method Course Program
    Message no. LSO488
If I turn off automatic correspondence in configuration, I am able to see the pending messages in the worklist.  Once I'm in the worklist, I can switch to the history log with no error.  But I can't get directly to the history log from LSO_PSV1.
Is there a switch somewhere where this is activated per delivery method?
    Thanks,
    Trina

    Hi
Have you taken care ( passed ) of all these table parameter's properly . please check.
    PACKING_LIST
This table requires information on how the data from tables OBJECT_HEADER, CONTENTS_BIN and CONTENTS_TXT should be distributed to the document and its attachments. The first line stands for the document and each of the following lines for one attachment.
    TRANSF_BIN
If this flag is set ('X'), the table entry indicates an object stored in binary format. The corresponding object contents are located in table CONTENTS_BIN. If the flag is not set, the object contents are located in table CONTENTS_TXT in ASCII format.
    HEAD_START
Requires the starting line of table OBJECT_HEADER, starting from which the specific header data of the object is stored.
    HEAD_NUM
Requires the number of lines in table OBJECT_HEADER which are used for the specific header data of the object. The lines involved are arranged in a block and uniquely defined together with the specification in HEAD_START.
    BODY_START
Requires the starting lines of the tables dependent on the flag TRANSF_BIN, starting from which the object contents are stored.
    BODY_NUM
Requires the number of lines of the table dependent on flag TRANSF_BIN which are used to store the object contents. The lines involved are arranged in a block and uniquely defined together with the specification in HEAD_START.
    DOC_TYPE
Attachment type. This field is not used in the first line of the table.
    OBJ_NAME
Attachment name. This field is not used in the first line of the table.
    OBJ_DESCR
Title (short description) of the attachment. This field is not used in the first line of the table.
    OBJ_LANGU
Attachment language. This field is not used in the first line of the table.
    DOC_SIZE
Size of the attachment in bytes. The size of PC object files should be entered here, and the size of RAW and SCR objects is calculated by "length of last line" + "number of remaining lines multiplied by 255". This field is not used in the first line of the table.
    MESS_TYPE
    This field is not used.
    OBJECT_HEADER
This table must contain the summarized data dependent on the respective object type. SAPscript objects save here, for example, information about layout sets, styles, and Excel Listviewer objects, including the number of lines and columns and the original file names of PC objects.
    LINE
Requires the type-dependent data of the object for each line. Which section belongs to which object is determined by the fields HEAD_START and HEAD_NUM in table PACKING_LIST.
    CONTENTS_BIN
This table must contain the summarized contents of objects flagged as binary objects.
    LINE
Requires the contents of the objects for each line. Which section belongs to which object is determined by the fields BODY_START and BODY_NUM in table PACKING_LIST.
    CONTENTS_TXT
This table must contain the summarized contents of the objects flagged as ASCII objects.
    LINE
Requires the contents of the objects for each line. Which section belongs to which object is determined by the fields BODY_START and BODY_NUM in table PACKING_LIST.
    OBJECT_PARA
This table is only needed if the document to be sent should be processed. It must contain the SET/GET parameters which are passed on to the processing element during processing.
It is not possible to assign processing parameters to attachments to documents.
    NAME
Name of the SET/GET parameter. Only the first three characters are used.
    OPTION
    This field is not used.
    LOW
Contains the value of the parameter in NAME.
    HIGH
    This field is not used.
    OBJECT_PARB
This table is only needed if the document to be sent is assigned to a specific processing type. Its meaning changes depending on the type. If the processing element is a report or transaction which passes values to the global memory, then the table contents are interpreted as a quantity of parameters with corresponding values and transported to the memory ID listed on the first line. If the processing element is a function or dialog module, then the table is passed to these as table parameter MSGDIAL.
It is not possible to pass processing parameters to the attachments to documents.
    NAME
If the processing element is a report or transaction which passes values to the global memory, then the field in the first table line must contain the name of the memory ID used for exporting. The fields in the remaining lines are used for the names of the parameters. If the processing element is a function or dialog module, then the fields must be filled accordingly.
    VALUE
If the processing element is a report or transaction which passes values to the global memory, then the field in the first table line must remain empty. The fields in the remaining lines are used for parameter values belonging to NAME. If the processing element is a function or dialog module, then the fields must be filled accordingly.
    RECEIVERS
This table must contain the recipients of the document.
    RECEIVER
    Name of the recipient.
The following entry types are possible:
the SAP user name of the recipient
the SAPoffice name of the recipient
    a shared distribution list
a fax number in form of the structure SADRFD
an Internet address in form of the structure SADRUD
a remote SAP name in form of the structure SADR7D
an X.400 address in form of the structure SADR8D
    ADR_TYPE
    Type of RECEIVER entry.
    The following values are allowed:
    'B' : SAP user name
    ' ' : SAPoffice name
    'C' : shared distribution list
    'F' : fax number
    'U' : Internet address
    'R' : remote SAP name
    'X' : X.400 address
    REC_ID
If the recipient is a SAPoffice user, then the ID of the user can be entered in this field instead of the recipient name in RECEIVER.
    REPLY_DOC
If this field is filled, then the document sent represents a reply to the folder entry flagged with the ID specified. A correspondence history is automatically created and maintained.
    REC_DATE
Date on which the document should reach the recipient. No guarantee can be made that the date will be met for external recipients, as this depends on the performance of the products involved.
    PROXY_ID
If the document recipient has the automatic forwarding function active, then this field contains the SAP user ID or the address ID of the external address to which this document was sent in the end.
    RETRN_CODE
If the document recipient successfully receives the document, then the function module fills this field with the value '0', otherwise a value unequal to '0' is entered.
    EXPRESS
If this flag is set ('X'), then the document is sent with the attribute 'Express'. If the recipient is a SAPoffice user who is logged on at the time, then this user immediately receives a message informing him/ her of the express mail.
    COPY
If this flag is set ('X'), then the document is sent with the attribute 'Copy'.
    BLIND_COPY
IF this flag is set ('X'), then the document is sent with the attribute 'Blind copy'. If the recipient is a SAPoffice user, then the recipient can neither print nor forward the document.
    NO_FORWARD
If this flag is set ('X') and the recipient is a SAPoffice user, then the recipient cannot forward the document.
    NO_PRINT
If this flag is set ('X') and the recipient is a SAPoffice user, then the recipient cannot print the document.
    TO_ANSWER
If this flag is set ('X') and the recipient is a SAPoffice user, then the recipient has to send a reply to the document before he/she can delete it from his/her inbox.
    TO_DO_EXPL
If this flag is set ('X') and the recipient is a SAPoffice user, then he/she has to process the document and set its status to 'Done' before it can be deleted from from his/her inbox.
    TO_DO_GRP
If this field has a value between '1' and '9', then a SAPoffice user belonging to one of the recipient groups defined by these numbers has to process the document before the affected persons can delete it from their inboxes. If the value '0' is entered, then processing is not required.
    COM_TYPE
Communication method with which the document should be sent. This field is only relevant when the recipient is an address number, that is, when the document is being sent via external address management. If the field is not filled in this case, then the standard communication method defined in address management will be used.
    The followig values are allowed:
    'INT' : Send via Internet
    'FAX' : Send as fax
    'X40' : Send via X.400
'RML' : Send in another SAP system
    LFDNR
Serial number from address management. This field is only relevant when the recipient is an address number, that is, when the document is being sent via external address management. If the field is not filled in this case, then the serial number defined in external address management will be used.
    FAX
    This field is not used.
    COUNTRY
    This field is not used.
    SPOOL_ID
    This field is not used.
    NOTIF_DEL
If this flag is set ('X'), then the sender receives confirmation as soon as the document is delivered to the recipient. The sender also receives a message if the document could not be delivered. It is only logical to set this flag when sending externally because the internal send process runs synchronously. Confirmation, however, is only supported by a few mail systems, including X.400 and SAP SAP.
    NOTIF_READ
If this flag is set ('X'), then the sender is informed as soon as the recipient reads the document. Setting this flag is only logical when sending externally because the internal send process runs synchronously. The read confirmation, however, is only supported by a few mail systems, including X.400 and SAP SAP.
    NOTIF_NDEL
If this flag is set ('X'), then the sender receives a message if the document could not be sent to a recipient. It is only logical to set this flag when sending externally because the internal send process runs synchronously. The message, however, is only supported by a few mail systems, including X.400 and SAP SAP.
    SAP_BODY
If this flag is set ('X'), then the SAP specific data is included with the document in an external body part when sending via X.400. This is only logical when the target system is an SAP system.

Can you just tell me whether it works fine.. And if it is correct how much time will it take to get email in my respective email address..
I have run this FM by just giving my mail id (not distribution list just giving doctype = 'RAW instead of DLI)
The FM ran sucessfully without any errors , But I didnot receive any mail in my mail Inbox..
Can you please help me how to sort it out getting mail in less time..
    Points will be rewarded
    regards,
    nazeer

    Hi Nazeer,
This will work fine.but If u are not getting mail just go through this documentation. This will help u find out the error.
    Functionality
This function module enables you to send a new document, which has not yet been created, internally and externally. During the send process the document is created, along with the attributes and content that are to be transferred.
    Import parameters
    DOCUMENT_TYPE
    Default = 'RAW'.
Document class. All classes are possible except for folders ('FOL') and distributions lists ('DLI').
    PUT_IN_OUTBOX
    Default = ' '.
If this flag is activated ('X'), the newly created document is also placed in the outbox of the active user when it is sent.
    DOCUMENT_DATA
This structure must contain the attributes of the document to be sent.
    OBJ_NAME
    Name of document.
    OBJ_DESCR
    Title (short description) of document.
    OBJ_LANGU
    Language of document.
    OBJ_SORT
Sort field of document. You can search for this term using attribute search.
    OBJ_EXPDAT
Expiry date of document. The document itself cannot expire, but each time the document is entered in a folder, this date is used as the default for the expiry date of the entry (field EXPIRY_DAT).
    SENSITIVTY
    Document sensitivity.
A private document can have the following levels of sensitivity:
    'O' : Standard, normal sensitivity
'F' : Functional, can be forwarded functionally
'P' : Confidential, not visible to substitutes
For documents in shared folders, only sensitivity level 'O' is permitted.
    OBJ_PRIO
Recipient priority. The document itself does not have a priority level, but each time the document is entered in a folder, this value is used as the default for recipient priority for the entry (field PRIORITY).
    NO_CHANGE
If this flag is activated ('X'), documents in shared folders can only be changed by the author. The author can change documents in private folders after they have been sent.
    PRIORITY
Recipient priority for the folder entry. This value gives the priority, which was assigned to the document by the owner, after receipt.
    EXPIRY_DAT
Expiry date of the folder entry. When the expiry date has been reached or passed, the entry is placed in private trash and can be retrieved from there if needed, up until the next time the trash is emptied. A new folder entry is initially given the expiry date of the document from field OBJ_EXPDT.
    PROC_TYPE
If this field does not contain the default value (default is ' '), the document can be processed.
    The following entries are permitted:
    'D' : Dialog module
    'F' : Function module
    'R' : Report
'S' : Report with transfer of values to global memory
    'T' : Transaction
'U' : Transaction with transfer of values to global memory
    PROC_NAME
Processing element. You must enter the name of the dialog module, function module, report or transaction in accordance with the entry in the field PROC_TYPE.
    PROC_SYST
Name of sytem in which the document is to be processed. If no system is specified or '*' is entered, processing is possible in all systems.
    PROC_CLINT
Client in which the document is to be processed. If no client is specified or '*' is entered, processing is possible in all clients.
    SKIP_SCREN
If this flag is activated ('X'), the first screen is skipped during processing.
    TO_DO_OUT
If this flag is activated ('X'), the document cannot be processed from the SAPoffice interface. You must use the API function module SO_DOCUMENT_SET_STATUS_API1.
    FREE_DEL
If this flag is activated ('X'), you can delete the document from external folders using the API.
    DOC_SIZE
Size of the document in bytes. For PC documents, the size of the relevant file should be entered, for RAW  and SCR documents the size is the "length of the last line" + "number of other lines multiplied by 255".
    Export parameters
    NEW_OBJECT_ID
Object ID of the document created during the send process.
    SENT_TO_ALL
If this flag is activated ('X'), the document was sent to all specified recipients or, in the case of external forwarding, the corresponding send requests were delivered to the subsystem. If sending or delivery failed in one or more cases, the flag is not activated.
    Table parameters
    OBJECT_HEADER
This table must contain the document class-relevant data. For example, SAPscript documents store information here about forms and styles, Excel list viewer documents store, amongst other things, the number of rows and columns and PC documents store their original file names.
    LINE
Requires class-relevant document information line by line.
    OBJECT_CONTENT
This table must contain the actual content of the document.
    LINE
Requires the content of the document line by line.
    OBJECT_PARA
This table is used only by documents that are to be processed. It must contain the SET/GET parameter that is transferred to the processing element.
    NAME
Name of the SET/GET parameter. Only the first three characters are used.
    OPTION
    This field is not used.
    LOW
Requires the value of the parameter in NAME.
    HIGH
    This field is not used.
    OBJECT_PARB
This table is only used by documents to which a particular processing type is assigned. The meaning of the table depends on the processing type. If the processing element is a report, or transaction with transfer of values to the global memory, the table content is interpreted as the quantity of parameters with the relevant values and exported to the memory ID taken from the first row. If the processing element is a function module or a dialog module, the table is transferred to this as table parameter MSGDIAL.
    NAME
If the processing element is a report or a transaction with transfer of values to the global memory, the field of the first row of the table must contain the name of the memory ID used for the export. The fields of the other rows accommodate the parameter names. If the processing element is a function module or a dialog module, the fields must contain values corresponding to the use of the module.
    VALUE
If the processing element is a report or a transaction with transfer of values to the global memory, the field for the first row of the table must remain empty. The fields for the other rows accommodate the values belonging to the parameters in NAME. If the processing element is a function or dialog module, the fields must contain values corresponding to the use of the modules.
    RECEIVERS
This table must contain the document recipients.
    RECEIVER
    Name of recipient.
The following entry categories are possible:
SAP user name of the recipient
    SAPoffice name of the recipient
    Shared distribution list
Fax number in the form of structure SADRFD
Internet address in the form of structure SADRUD
Remote SAP name in the form of structure SADR7D
X.400 address in the form of structure SADR8D
    ADR_TYPE
    Type of RECEIVER entry.
    The following values are permitted:
    'B' : SAP user name
    ' ' : SAPoffice name
    'C' : Shared distribution list
    'F' : Fax number
    'U' : Internet address
    'R ' : Remote SAP name
    'X' : X.400 address
    REC_ID
If the recipient is a SAPoffice user, the user ID, instead of the recipient name in RECEIVER, can be entered in this field.
    REPLY_DOC
If there is a value in this field, the document is a reply to the folder entry identified by the specified ID. A correspondence history is automatically created/continued.
    REC_DATE
The date on which the document is to reach the recipient. This date cannot be guaranteed for external recipients as it depends on connected products.
    PROXY_ID
If automatic forwarding is active in the recipient's system, this field contains the SAP user ID or the address ID of the external address to which the document was ultimately sent.
    RETRN_CODE
When the recipient has received the document, the function module enters the value '0' in this field. If the document is not successfully received, a value unequal to '0' is entered in the field.
    EXPRESS
If this flag is activated ('X'), the document is sent with the attribute 'express'. If the recipient is a SAPoffice user who is logged on, he or she receive a message immediately, saying that he or she has received an express mail.
    COPY
If this flag is activated ('X'), the document is sent with the attribute 'copy'.
    BLIND_COPY
If this flag is activated ('X'), the document is sent with the attribute 'secret copy'. If the recipient is a SAPoffice user, he or she can neither print nor forward the document.
    NO_FORWARD
If this flag is activated ('X') and the recipient is a SAPoffice user, he or she cannot forward the document.
    NO_PRINT
If this flag is activated ('X') and the recipient is a SAPoffice user, he or she cannot print the document.
    TO_ANSWER
If this flag is activated ('X') and the recipient is a SAPoffice user, the user must reply to the document before he or she can delete it from his or her inbox.
    TO_DO_EXPL
If this flag is activated ('X') and the recipient is a SAPoffice user, the user must process the document before he or she can delete it from his or her inbox.
    TO_DO_GRP
If this field contains a value between '1' and '9', a SAPoffice user in the recipient group indicated by this number must process the document before the recipients can delete it from their inboxes. If the value '0' is entered, the document does not need to be processed.
    COM_TYPE
Communication method used to send the document. This field is only relevant if the recipient is an address number, that is, if the document is sent externally via address management. If the field is empty, the standard communication type specified in address management is used.
    The following values are permitted:
    'INT' : Send via Internet
'FAX' : Send as a fax
    'X40' : Send via X.400
'RML' : Send in another SAP system
    LFDNR
Current number from address management. This field is only relevant if the recipient is an address number, that is, if the document is sent via address management. If the field is empty, the default current number in address management is used.
    FAX
    This field is not used.
    COUNTRY
    This field is not used.
    SPOOL_ID
    This field is not used.
    NOTIF_DEL
If this flag is activated ('X'), the sender receives confirmation when the recipient receives the document. He or she also receives a message if the document could not be delivered. This flag should only be activated for external sending, since internal sending is synchronous. Confirmation is only supported by a small number of mail systems, however. For example: X.400 and SAP SAP.
    NOTIF_READ
If this flag is activated ('X'), the sender is notified as soon as the recipient has read the document. This flag should only be activated for external sending, since internal sending is synchronous. Read notification is only supported by a small number of mail systems, however. For example: X.400 and SAP SAP.
    NOTIF_NDEL
If this flag is activated ('X'), the recipient receives a message if the document could not be delivered to the recipient. This flag should only be activated for external sending, since internal sending is synchronous. The message is only supported by a small number of mail systems, however. For example: X.400 and SAP SAP.
    SAP_BODY
If this flag is activated ('X'), SAP specific data is transferred to the document in an external body part when sending via X.400. This flag should only be activated if the target system is an SAP System.
    Exceptions
    TOO_MANY_RECEIVERS
Too many recipients were specified. The active user does not have authorization to send to this number of recipients.
    DOCUMENT_NOT_SENT
The document could not be sent. It was not delivered to any of the specified recipients.
    DOCUMENT_TYPE_NOT_EXIST
The document class specified does not exist or is not permitted.
    OPERATION_NO_AUTHORIZATION
The document was not allowed to be sent because one of the required authorizations did not exist.
    PARAMETER_ERROR
The combination of parameter values transferred to the function module was not a permitted combination.
    X_ERROR
Am internal error or a database inconsistency has occurred.
    ENQUEUE_ERROR
A lock required for the send process could not be set. It is probable that another user is processing.
    Example
Sending a confidential RAW document to an internal user and an Internet address. The new document is also placed in the sender's outbox.

    Notes
To send an existing document, you must use the function module SO_OLD_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1.
If the active user is still to be able to process the document after it has been sent, it must be moved to the outbox when sent using the flag PUT_IN_OUTBOX. You can use the function module SO_FOLDER_READ_API1 to read the contents of the outbox and the object ID to find the document sent.
It is not possible to use a user address name as the recipient since this may not be unique. To get around this problem, you can use the function module SO_NAME_CONVERT_API1. This provides a hit list in response to a specified name, for which a dialog is constructed with a choice of required values.

  • Invitation Corresponding in Training Module

    Hi Expert,
I am new in TEM. Just wondering whether i can use "Corresponding" to send invitation email to target group of user without Prebook the users in a Training Event.
    The requirement is
      1) Training dept create the training events
      2) Traning Administrator send invitation email to target group of uers.
      3) The interested users would then book the events by themself

    Dear Lewis,
    Thanks for your question!
You can output notifications in Training and Event Management either automatically or manually.
To do so, you must have performed the Assign notification abbreviations and activities work step in the Customizing for Training and Event Management under Day-to-Day Activities -> Correspondence -> Notification Abbreviations -> Assign notification abbreviations and activities.
Forms that serve as templates for the documents you want to output are assigned to the notification abbreviations.
You can set up automatic output of notifications to a predefined output device or medium for certain activities in Training and Event Management.
The output media available include printer, e-mail, fax and telex. If you do not specify an output medium, there is no automatic output.
You can call the manual output function in the dynamic Attendance Menu under Attendance -> Correspondence
When you use the manual output function, you have the additional option of downloading documents into MS Word Form Letter.
Each item of correspondence output is recorded in a correspondence history that logs what notifications are output to whom.

  • Verizon employees admit their error--then Verizon decimates my credit history, and my life

Hurricane Sandy knocked out Time Warner's high-speed cable internet service in my NYC neighborhood for a few days. I would later learn that Verizon FIOS and DSL were both disputed in other neighborhoods, but in the immediate post-Sandy confusion, Verizon sales staff targeted non-Verizon customers in areas where Sandy had disrupted cable internet but not Verizon service. My contact with the outside world having been just restored, Verizon offered me the "deal I couldn't refuse": Just "try" Verizon high-speed DSL for 30 days. "No obligation. If you don't like it, simply cancel within 30 days, and  you'll owe nothing," So I figured, Heck, why not, I'll take the "free" trial.
I quickly learned that Verizon DSL service is worth about as much as Verizon had said I'd have to pay. (Nothing.) In the third week of experimenting with Verizon's shockingly slow, unreliable service , I sent Verizon written notice of cancellation, via my online account page on Verizon's own site, well within the 30-day deadline, stating clearly that I wished to cancel within the 30-day trial period, and that I found the service almost worthless. Verizon ignored me, and in subsequent months sent me bills for increasing hundreds of dollars. I responded with increasingly strident ALL CAPS messages demanding Verizon honor its 30-day "no-risk" trial offer, within which time I'd canceled. Verizon continued to ignore me, sent increasingly threatening notices for ever larger amounts "threatening" to cut off the so-called "service" that I'd long since stopped using, finally did cut off service, and then sent me notices claiming I owed nearly $400.
I called and spoke with two Verizon representatives, the second of whom acknowledged a mistake on Verizon's part. She promised to have the matter resolved.
I then heard nothing for nearly a month, at which point Verizon or the entity to which it "sells" its "bad accounts" reported to all three credit bureaus that I'd defaulted on my account (the existence of which it was also reporting for the first time to the three credit bureaus). Amount claimed due: $150. My credit rating, which I'd be carefully protecting and improving upon as I'm of trying to refinance a mortgage, dropped to its lowest level ever. The banks that service my credit cards consequently slashed my credit lines, increasing my debt to equity ratio, and further decimating my credit rating.
At this point, even if Verizon corrects its false report that set off the falling dominoe effect in my credit reports, at best it would take months if not years to repair the damage Verizon caused my credit history through a fraudulent report. More likely, the damage is beyond repair. I cannot refinance my mortgage, and I am stuck with a 30-year interest rate on which I'll pay many tens of thousands of dollars extra over the next several decades thanks to Verizon's lies, deceptions and violations of my legal rights and fundamental normal of human decency.
As if all that isn't bad enough, Verizon's 3rd-party bill collector never ceases calling me, 8 a.m.. to 8 p.m.. I'm just one person, and I never wanted any business relationship with Verizon at all. Yet this corporate monstrosity and its vultures mercilessly, endlessly trample over my life. "Just pay the 150 bucks and be done with it," you say? Of course I'd pay {please keep your posts courteous} their unlawful ransom, but even if that finally made them go away, it wouldn't repair what they've done to me.

  • How do I stop FF from restoring previous session, I've already played with all the options I can find but nothing stops it unless I delete history each time.

Recently, FF has started opening my last tabs when I start a fresh session. I have already checked to make sure that none of the applicable settings are enabled, such as under Options->General: When FF starts "SHOW MY HOMEPAGE" is selected. But for some reason, it opens my last session. The only way I've been able to get it to stop doing this is by having it delete my browsing history after I close the session. I don't want this since I often use my history to re-find information I need for class research. I have made certain that all my settings are the same from before FF started doing this. It only started doing this after the computer was turned off for a long weekend.
I've already searched through the Mozilla help pages and all I can find is how to restore the previous session or similar. I don't want to restore my previous session, I want it to stop restoring my previous session without having to delete my browsing history each time.

    Using the instructions here:
    http://kb.mozillazine.org/Session_Restore#Disabling_crash_recovery
I was able to turn off that feature entirely without having to create a new profile.

  • I can't print anymore, the "help" button doesn't work, and Firefox always sets to "Never Remember History" even if I change it

SO many issues with Firefox now! For one, it crashes quite a bit. I submit the crash report, and go from there. Keeps happening. But the main thing is this:
I go to "Options" and under "Privacy" it has "Never remember history" - I change it to "use custom settings for history", hit "ok" and then when I go back to it, it's back on "never remember history" already. What gives?
The issues I'm having right now is that I used to click on Print in my email (Yahoo) and pop-up blocker would stop it, but a dialog would pop up saying "try again", and I would hit that, and a separate window would open where I could print the email. Now, when I click on print, NOTHING happens. No box, no changes whatsoever. No pop-ups blocked, nothing at all. I mean, the button for "print" doesn't even react like I clicked on it. Nothing happens.
The other issue is that when there's a text box, if I start to type my email address, it suggests my email address. It never used to do this! I don't want this, either. How can I stop the suggesting of my email address. I don't want it to remember what I typed!
Another issue with Firefox is that when I click on the "menu" button in the top right, there's a question mark that says "open help menu" at the bottom. When I click on that, the help menu is EMPTY. I included a picture so you can see.
I've "reloaded Firefox", as well as downloaded another copy and actually reinstalled it. All these errors keep happening. How can I get them to stop or function correctly? What's causing them to work all wonky?

The "Use custom settings for history" selection allows to see the current history and cookie settings, but selecting this doesn't make any changes to history and cookie settings.
Firefox shows "Use custom settings for history" as an indication that at least one of the history and cookie settings is not the default to make you aware that changes were made.
If all History settings are default then the custom settings are hidden and you see "Firefox will: (Never) Remember History".
"Never Remember History" means that Private Browsing is active and "Always use private browsing mode" gets a checkmark.
You need to remove the checkmark on "Always use private browsing mode" to leave Private Browsing mode or chose the "Remember History" setting.

  • How can I make sure my history doesn't expire and that I can transfer over places.sqlite?

There's probably alot of questions on this subject asked already but I've gone over just about all of the possibly relevant ones that've been already asked and I still can't figure out what to do. I'm trying to move my complete history from an XP Firefox profile over to a Windows 7 profile on another computer. Do I just do it by copying the places.sqlite file within that XP profile over into my USB flash drive, then replacing the places.sqlite in the Winodws 7 profile with the one from the other one? And after the file's in the right profile will I be able to just view all the sites I viewed on the old computer on the new one's history dialog box? I only am transferring my XP history to my Windows 7 because I want to look at stuff several months back and it keeps expiring on me, even to the point of getting rid of a month of history a week or so ago. This brings me to my other point, I keep up fairly well with updating both of my Firefoxes but recently (and I think this was way, way after they updated the browser so the history isn't set to expire by days anymore) the history just isn't reliable anymore. My XP will not only expire older months of history faster and faster it seems, but individual websites at the end of each month will actually disappear as I view new ones, instead of it all staying in there and just expiring each old month as a whole. Also, random sites in every month scattered all over the list of URLs will just disappear, and random sites that I've only visited in the past couple days will insert themselves randomly into much older months of history, which makes it hard to figure out the URLs I've seen, this last one seems like a common problem from what I've read, and all of these problems seem to be slowly creeping into my Windows 7 as well when they were originally on only my XP. The thing is for a very long time my Windows 7 would keep every ounce of my history that I kept on it, unless of course I went through the Clear History process myself. Now it seems to be slowly deleting it and having all the other problems that I mentioned earlier. I've got 592 GB out of 931 GB that's free space on my Windows 7 that I want to transfer my XP history into, and my Control Panel System panel says I've got 8 gbs of RAM in total. If I need to get some other information on RAM mention how to do that if you could. So in total, how can I transfer my XP history over into my Windows 7 so I can view all the sites I viewed on my XP in my Windows 7 history panel, as well as view all the old expired and/or manually deleted history on my Windows 7, without worrying about whether it will expire itself while I'm viewing it and writing down the relevant URLs that I need to know about. If I can only keep all my history through installing an add-on, a link to a relevant legal add-on that'll work well on both operating systems would be appreciated. Thanks to all here. (:

    Hello Saethwyr99,
''Do I just do it by copying the places.sqlite file within that XP profile over into my USB flash drive, then replacing the places.sqlite in the Winodws 7 profile with the one from the other one?''
you are correct : [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Recovering%20important%20data%20from%20an%20old%20profile#w_your-important-data-and-their-files Your important data and their files]

from Firefox 4 and above versions there is not a time limit for the history.
Firefox determines automatically how many pages can be kept '''without affecting the performance.'''
''as well as view all the old expired and/or manually deleted history on my Windows 7''
i think this in not possible

check the next add-on : [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/expire-history-by-days/ Expire history by days]

  • How to handle BP who is both Customer and Vendor during history import?

    Hi Forum,
This is for importing Financial transactions for Open Sales Orders, Open Sales Invoices, Open Purchase Orders and Open Purchase Invoices and also for importing history for all Closed Sales Orders, Invoices, Purchase Orders and Invoices.
Our prospect has in their current system Business Partners who are both Customers and Suppliers (Vendors). In SAP Business ONE, BP is unique. It is recommended I believe in situation where BP is both Customer and Vendor, we need to create two BP Ids.
    Question?
How do we import open and history of invoices in this situation where the same BP is both Customer and Vendor? Any tips would help please.
    Thank you all very much.

    Hi Syed,
As Gordon and Rahul said, it is painful for you if you import closed transactions.
Try to compromise your client that to use the old system for last year/old reports.
Its always good practice to import the Opening balance and even the open documents only.
If you have partially open items, then import the document for open quantities only.
Let's say, if you have a sale order with an item of 100 Qty. Among that 100 qty, lets 20 qty has been already delivered then you have to create the sale order in SAP for remaining 80 qty only.

  • Invoice payment history report

I'm looking for a report that will show me the payment history (open items and cleared items) that corresponds to an invoice or a list of invoices. I have played around with a couple of standard SAP reports and I don't find them to be all that pretty or easy to use.
Does anyone have a custom report that they've built to gather this information and would be willing to share? Or, even better yet, does anyone know of an SAP function module or report that gives this information in a reasonably nice format?
I am looking for detailed information on each payment if possible.
    Thank you,
    Andy

Naimesh, thank you for the quick reply. I have checked out that transaction and it is a good start for me. I'm hoping someone might have located or created a report that is more specific to this particular function that I am thinking of.
If not, this will work well as a starting point.
    Regards,
    Andy
