Corrupt heap when using SQLException getMessage

Hi all,
I'm developing an application in Visual C++ 2005 Express.
I'm getting a weird bug when catching SQLExceptions, in the following code, I am catching the SQL Exception, I can get the error code and the error message using the method "what()".
If I try to use the "getMessage()" method I get the following error:
"Windows has triggered a breakpoint in DBLoader.exe.
This may be due to a corruption of the heap, and indicates a bug in DBLoader.exe or any of the DLLs it has loaded."
The code is the following:
     try
     env = Environment::createEnvironment(Environment::OBJECT);
     acConn = env->createConnection( dbUsername.c_str(), dbPassword.c_str(), dbString.c_str());
     normalConn = env->createConnection( dbUsername.c_str(), dbPassword.c_str(), dbString.c_str());
     catch (SQLException &ex)
          printf("exception %d\n", ex.getErrorCode());
          printf("exception %s\n", ex.what());
          printf("exception %s\n", ex.getMessage().c_str());
Any idea why this is happening?

Hi,
I think the problem is on the getMessage() method, as you said, I've assigned the getMessage to a variable and after that, converted to char pointer, but still the same problem.
In the moment I call the getMessage method, I get the error of corrupt heap. You can check in the following code, I dont even get to see "passed get message" in the console.
