Corsair xms 3200 problems

Question

tried my old tv card in box and installed d bracket light i got from msi uk
on reboot no dice
so i pulled tv card and cleared cmos
no boot memmory detection
after an hour i found that if i use an older pc 2100 to start it then set bios to hp the corsair boots
but i cannot say thats acceptable

Dear sir,
 We can get the memory back for further testing but we cannot guarantee it
being faulty again this time around, We cannot refund the charges we have
made as stated in our terms and conditions that there is a possibility that
if your items test as faulty then there is a testing charge.

 wish to make it quite clear i am very dissapointed in your responses to
date
it seems once your so called 6 day period is up every ones attitude changes
you are a uk based company and im a uk based customer
and in this country there is a sale of goods act
if it does not work in my pc then its not fit for its purpose
is there any point in you trying it in yours again,will this further testing
be of any value to either side
i only kept it when niether would boot in my nforce one because one of your
guys assured me it would be fine in my nforce 2 board and what ever happened
you would sort it out as it was covered for life
if any attempt is made to charge me further  for your none working goods i
will regard it as theft
and i wish to now return both these dimms and take my bussiness else were
please forward this to your mr daniel leighs who i understand is in
charge,but does not talk to customers on the phone at all,this i find most
strange
