I have Adobe Acrobat Standard (version 9.4.6). I am trying to create a form but when I start the form wizard, locate the document to convert and click next, I get an error message "Acrobat could not create a new PDF form." What's wrong? (I've used this feature before in Adobe Pro so I am familiar with the process but I am using Standard now). It's not letting me upload my document (an MS Word 2003 document). Please, someone, anyone, help! I think I got a bad batch of software here. Any suggestions? If it's hopeless, who do I call for a replacement if that's the case? Is this software under warranty?
Hello Michael,
Thank you for your email. The file I am trying to convert to PDF and create a form with is a MS Office Word 2003 file. It isn't any specific file; the issue happens every time. I type my text in the Word doc and then proceed to open Adobe Acrobat Standard and use the wizard to create a form from an existing file. I tried to repairing the software but it does not help. Any other suggestions? Is this version of software defective? I really need this feature. I look forward to your reply. Thanks.

Glom – Could not create the new database
I would like to try Glom, but always get the this error
"Glom could not create the new database. Maybe you do not have the necessary access rights. Please contact your system administrator."
This happens with both local and extern server configuration. Any ideas on how to fix this?
Regards,
RenkeIt would also help, if you install the application and just tell me, if you get the same error, when trying to create a database. Maybe it's just a problem on my side.

Could not create a new document because the ICC profile is no longer installed
This is the error I get when tring to play an action (e book cover) on CS2 uploaded today. I look around but could not find anything. I have a brand new HP windows 7 premium home edition 64 bits.
Thanks a million
SatguyWell, it then explains it. I, downloaded CS2 as I was under the impression that it says windows 7. I never had the chance to try Photoshop and I am sure it is probably the best around. I have been using GIMP, but it has limitations, and one thing I notice amongst other is the "Action" that are available.
I tried CS2 because of my limited resources $$$$ > Would you have any idea what I could get that would fit my system and not break the bank; (Photoshop) as they have such an array of product it is amazing.
Thanks for your time, much appreciated.

QueueConnection QCon = qc_fact.createQueueConnection();

Could not create an new account for use
Last night I logged in with my AppleID to make a post. As it was the first time, I had to create an account/profile in order to do so. But that was not possible using 10.6.6 and the latest Safafi. What happened was this :
Name:
AppleID: Log out of this AppleID.
Desired alias: ihojme Required. 2-30 characters.
< and > are not allowed.
Error: invalid AppleID. Please login with a different AppleID.
Which is n't surprising as my AppleID apparently is empty.
Tried the same this morning om XP/Firefox and everything worked.
I at least was surprised that the XP/Firefox worked, but not the 10.6.6/Safari did not.
Best regards
/IbHello Again Ib,
Try this process exactly as written.
The posted link below is for illustration. Do not use it to perform the procedure.
If needed print these instructions to use as a guide.
Delete the browser's Apple Cookies, and clear the browser Cache.
On the Discussions Sign In Page, do not enter any info in the text fields.
Instead, under "Did you forget your password?", click on "Click here for assistance".
On the page that opens, click on "Forget your Apple ID?".
Enter the required info, click Continue and complete the process.
And as Bee posted if that doesn't correct the problem, Log-In to Your Info and determine if your Apple Account ID, contains any accent characters, such as an umlaut: ö, a grave: ò, or an acute: ó.
If so replace the accented character and use an equivalent letter.
For example if there is a é present replace it with an e.
You can also select the appropriate document {Recover Apple ID name or password}, which is linked to in this KB Article Apple ID Support.

When Igo to "Export them" a box shows that my configuration paths are not correct.
Support for the RecipeFox extension is over here: <br />

What's wrong with this MySQL connection? "Could not create connection to database server"
I'm able to connect to other MySQL databases but this one particular remote MySQL connection isn't working and I cannot figure it out. It probably has something to do with the remote server, not CF, but I thought I'd post it here if anyone had an idea. The MySQL account has full priviledges.
Here is the message when I try to validate the data source:
Connection verification failed for data source: test
com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.MySQLNonTransientConnectionException: Could not create connection to database server. Attempted reconnect 3 times. Giving up.
The root cause was that: com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.MySQLNonTransientConnectionException: Could not create connection to database server. Attempted reconnect 3 times. Giving up.This happened on two servers. One one, the cause was that skip-networking was turned on. In the other situation, it appears that the database name was case sensitive, so TEST was not the same as test. Even though I edited the data source in the CF administrator, it still didn't work (very misleading). When a coworker entered a new data source with the same information (uppercase database name this time from the start), it worked.
Has anyone else seen this problem with the case sensitive database names? And with the data source in CF not updating the case correctly? Seems like a bug in CF. -
I downloaded the whatsapp app to my new iphone, and when i wanted to create an account, i could not, it said, unable to send message. I downloaded it several times later, but i still could not create the account, it always said, unable to send, help
I recommend reaching out to Citrix via their support system -
http://www.citrix.com/products/receiver/resources-and-support.html
The receiver app has a specific list of servers it's compatible with, if the server is not on the list the app won't work in OS X.

Not possible to open/create a new connection within BT manager on Satellite M40
Bluetooh manager is open and present in system bar.
However it is never possible to open/create a new connection within bluetooth manager as it always say "bluetooh is not ready". Troubleshooting is required but no clear indication is available; button for wireless link is active and I am able to have wifi internet access at the same time.
It is never possible to open access to a PDA or mobile phone for file transfer through bluetooth.
Do i have to reload completely the bluetooth stack or is there another way to troubleshoot the bluetooh system?
Thanks you for replying if possible.Remove the Bluetooth Monitor software if it is installed. Download the latest BT-stack v5.10.06 here:
http://aps.toshiba-tro.de/bluetooth/redirect.php?page=pages/download.php
and install it. Ensure that the wireless switch is turned on and the suitable antenna is selected.
Press Fn+F8 key to select BT antenna. Selection menu only appears if WLAN and BT is inside.
Read the following if you should still have some problems:

Could not create pool connection with MySql
When starting weblogic server I obtain the following error message when the conection
pool for a MySql database should be established. What's the mistake I am doing? #The
examples in the weblogic.properties put a "server=DEMO to the props. What is this
server related to the MySql RDBMS? Is it mandatory? After the error message produced
by Weblogic you'll find some information about the MySql setup (my.ini) I have made.
