Hi,
Can you provide a little context here? This error occurs when WTC tries to enlist
itself in the WLS transaction and receives a SystemException. What is starting
the transaction?

    Could you post the complete stack trace, as well as your Kodo
    configuration, details about the JDBC drivers you are using, and
    information about when the error occurs (e.g., during the commit

  • Error: Sorry! We could not complete the transaction using this payment method. Please contact support.

    I am everytime getting the following error
    Sorry! We could not complete the transaction using this payment method. Please contact support.
    I have put my 2 credit card information with Microsoft. I tried calling 2 times the customer support but it was a pathetic response. In a single call I talked to 4 customer support officers and everybody passed on the call to the next without resolving the
    problem, and without telling the next officer what is my issue!! they just passed on the phone call to avoid me!!
    It is really frustrating that neither Microsoft is provide a good support (it was hard for them to understand my issue, in fact one of the support guy did not even know spelling of Azure.. he/she was saying it assure!!! and One of the guy told me that I
    cannot use credit card outside US and Canada. then why you call yourself global???
    So Microsoft you have a few things to do as your homework.
    1. Your support is pathetic, frustrating and requires better people out there who know about your products, so train them first!
    2. You got my 2 credit cards information which I see at subscriptions for Windows Azure, please remove both of them if you cannot provide a good support and subscription.
    3. Learn from other cloud providers, AWS will otherwise kill your business.

    Hi Kajal,
    Sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, for billing & account issue, usually we need to contact the support team by creating a support ticket at
    http://www.windowsazure.com/en-us/support/contact/. Or if that doesn't work because you don't have an active subscription you will need to contact general customer support to have them create
    a support ticket for you

    If above support channels don't work, at your convenient, could you please send an email to me: dxu at microsoft.com with kindly providing your:

    Email address
    Phone number
    We will provide help via emails. Thank you.

  • Lock wait timeout: Could not commit JPA transaction

    We are using MySQL v5.1.67 under Solaris (SmartOS) in a zone. We are using Java EE and Jetty as our servlet container (Hibernate, Ehcache). Sometimes we get: "Could not commit JPA transaction; nested exception is javax.persistence.RollbackException: Error while commiting the transaction" and then "Lock wait timeout exceeded; try restarting transaction". We have the database as one file instead of one file per table. The file is large about 20 GB. There are millions of rows in many tables. One table has 30 million rows. Some table has varchar(255)s. Some others have texts. It seems like cells in the database has been broken. Because if you try to update the same entry in the DB you get a "Lock wait timeout exceeded; try restarting transaction", just by issuing a MySQL query. The problem persists until you restart the DB server. Sometimes they start appearing again after a while. Now they seem to come more and more often. There are a lot of threads in the Java EE .war application. We send more and more JMS messages. There is also PHP-code accessing the database. How do we stop this problem from occuring?

    I don't think it's threads deadlocking. I've seen this problem many times before and I've always been able to fix it by restarting the MySQL-server. Then it executes normally day after day. Then something special happens and then it fails every day until I restart mysql. I've also encountered the same problem using the test database I have on my local machine. Only one job executes, the one I'm testing. First it works every run. Something special happens usually triggered by errant code. I fix the error. The job continues to fail with the same message "Could not commit JPA transaction; nested exception is javax.persistence.RollbackException: Error while commiting the transaction". If try to do a simple UPDATE SQL query accessing exactly the row that's been corrupted, I get a lock wait timeout. But if I restart the database it starts working again. The update works and the Java job works both locally and on the server. But now a special job has experienced more severe problems of this nature. I restart mysql and the job works when triggered manually but not when triggered chronologically on schedule. Actually all failed first and then a few worked but most failed. It's the same job executing multiple times.

  • Foreign JMS not enlisting XA Transactions

    I'm working on implementing an XA interface layer to an implementation of a foreign JMS provider and am having a problem with enlisting XA transactions in WebLogic.
    I implemented a simple JNDI that stores and retrieves serialized versions of classes in the local filesystem.
    I create an XATopicConnectionFactory named ambxatcf and a Topic named ChatterTopic and store them in there.
    The XATopicConnection implements XAConnection.
    I put a client jar in bea/weblogic91/samples/domains/wl_server/lib/ which contains the JNDI code and all of my XA classes which call the JMS.
    That gets picked up by the server on startup.
    In the Web Logic Admin Console:
    I create a Foreign Server under JMS Modules, ambrosiaServer.
    I set the JNDI Initial Context Factory set to my JNDI InitialContext class and the JNDI Properties is the path to my JNDI filestore so that it can find the serialized objects.
    I create a Foreign Destination in this server which has a Local JNDI Name: Chatter and Remote JNDI Name: ChatterTopic
    And then also in this server, I create a Foreign Connection Factory, Local JNDI Name: ambxatcf and Remote JNDI Name: XATopicConnectionFactory.
    Then in Deployments, I Install the jar containing my bean and Start it.
    Then I run the client and the bean prints out the XATopicConnectionFactory and it's the one that came out my JNDI.
    I have messages in my XATopicConnectionFactory, XATopicConnection and XATopicSession code so I know they're getting called.
    What's not getting called is XATopicSession.getXAResource() or my XAResourceImpl.start() or XAResourceImpl.commit().
    This happens whether I have the bean set up for bean managed or container managed transactions.
    I'm testing against WebLogic 9.1.
    Thanks,
    Don Hermes

    Hi Tom,
              Thank you for your response.
              I saw the article in the 8.1 documentation but I also found the following in the 9.1 docs.
              So, I assumed it would work.
              Was that assumption wrong?
              Thanks,
              Don

              Automatically Enlisting Transactions
              This feature works for either WebLogic JMS implementations or for third-party JMS providers that support two-phase commit transactions (XA protocol). If a wrapped JMS connection sends or receives a message inside a transaction context, the JMS session being used to send or receive the message is automatically enlisted in the transaction through the XA capabilities of the JMS provider. This is the case whether the transaction was started implicitly because the JMS code was invoked inside an EJB with container-managed transactions enabled, or whether the transaction was started manually using the UserTransaction interface in a servlet or an EJB that supports bean-managed transactions.

  • SAP J2EE Engine JTA Transaction Xml for table TABLE could not be ana

    I'm having a weird case. I created 3 entity bean. In my R/3 will call this JCO.Function to do the insert to database. But out of 3 entity bean, only 1 entity bean got error where it unable to insert to database and have this error in the log.
    The case is quite weird where i created the same entity but only 1 entity is not working as expected. Wondering what cause this problem.
    Thanks.

    Hi Stefan and Everyone,
    I have solved my problem. Just want to let everyone know if u have to install the SP's for WEB AS 6.30/6.40.
    You start from the installation from CD 6.30/6.40. Everything will be working at this point. You can login to Visual Admin, Config tool and SDM.
    Before you apply any SP's, do the following:
    a) Create an emergency user with the Administrator rights: Ref OSS Note:669848
    Try to follow this route for SP's:
    From CD 6.30/6.40 -> SP04 -> SP07
    Apply SP04 first before applying SP07 (Recommended Approach).
    Refer the installation guide: SAP Web AS Support Package Guide 630SP2 to 640SP4.
    Use JDK1.4.2_05 to install SP04. You must reference the following OSS Notes and apply to your system accordingly, this is the key to an error free installation:
    a) OSS Note: 697535
    b) OSS Note: 709140
    c) OSS Note: 716604
    d) OSS Note: 706378
    You have to be really careful with SP04 installation, because it changes the version from 6.30 -> 6.40.
    Once you are able to install SP04 without any problems, you can directly apply SP07 or the highest 6.40 SP.
    Kind Regards,
    Buddha.

    Hi Kotapati,
    >>Subject: VSTS loadtest error while running Loadtest with Runsettings as  No of test iterations ,  ERROR is :  could not read result repository: unknown transaction
    id in results:
    According to your description, you mean that when you run your load test using the Test Iterations way and then get the error message, am I right?
    If yes, please you try to close the VS, and then open this VS again. Then clean your load test project/solution and then re-build it, run your load test again check this issue again.
    In addition, I suggest you could try to create a new load test and then run it using Test Iterations way check if you get the issue for the specified load test or all load tests.
    If possible, I suggest you could share me simple load test for us so that we will further help you.
    You could upload your load test to OneDrive and then copy link here.

  • Error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)

    Hi,
    I was going to install a winff package (a GUI front end to ffmpeg for converting between video formats), but when I ran yaourt -S winff and tried to install it refused because it isn't for the x86_64 architecture. So I decided to edit the PKGBUILD and perhaps try to force it anyway, but then I saw that the PKGBUILD is actually getting the precompiled RPM package and as I checked, while there was no precompiled 64bit version of the RPM there was one for a deb version that is offered on winff site.
    Since deb's are just archives I ended up, after a few tries, with this PKGBUILD which uses ar and tar commands to get to the binaries inside of the amd64 deb:
    # Contributor: yugrotavele <[email protected]>
    # Modified by libervisco for x86_64
    pkgname=winff-amd64
    pkgver=0.42
    pkgrel=1
    pkgdesc="GUI for ffmpeg"
    url="http://www.winff.org"
    license=('GPL')
    depends=('ffmpeg gtk gdk-pixbuf')
    makedepends=('')
    source=('http://winff.googlecode.com/files/winff-0.42-amd64.deb')
    arch=('x86_64')
    md5sums=('1febf5fd19fa76bdc1da06d3e6c4d3b8')
    build() {
    ar vx winff-0.42-amd64.deb
    tar xvzf data.tar.gz
    install -Dm755 $startdir/src/usr/bin/winff $startdir/pkg/usr/bin/winff
    install -Dm755 $startdir/src/usr/share/winff/presets.xml $startdir/pkg/usr/share/winff/presets.xml
    install -Dm755 $startdir/src/usr/share/winff/winff.png $startdir/pkg/usr/share/winff/winff.png
    So what I basically do is run yaourt -S winff and when it asks whether I want to edit it, I edit it and replace the original PKGBUILD content with above.
    It successfully runs the build() commands, finds and installs the dependencies, but when it's time to install the actual new winff package is throws up this:
    loading package data...
    checking dependencies...
    error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)
    :: winff: requires ffmpeg gtk gdk-pixbuf
    I don't get it. It installed all the dependencies (and I even checked whether winff works in one of the earlier tries when I manually installed gdk-pixbuf when the binary asked for it). What does it want now?
    Here is the whole process:

  • Running transactional replication on SQL server 2008R2 but: "The process could not connect to subscriber 'SERVER NAME'"

    I've set up Replication (transactional replication) between two remote servers. On the one of server that I configure Distribution & publication .another server is subscription. The subscription is all set & snapshot agent is started .but the actual
    replication doesn't take place.
    When viewing the Synchronization Status of the subscription, i get an error, saying "The process could not connect to Subscriber ‘Server name'."
    Clicking on start, this is the error message I get:
    The agent could not be started.
    Additional information:
    An exception while executing a Transact-SQL statement or batch.
    SQL Server Agent Error: Request to run job Server1-EDUSRV-Pubs-Server2-14 (from User Server1\Administrator) refused because the job is already running from a request by User sa.
    Change database context to 'EDUSRV'.(Microsoft SQL Server Error:22022)
    What can i do?
    Please help me.Thanks

    The error The process could not connect to Subscriber 'Server name' indicates that the Distribution Agent process account does not have enough permissions to connect to the Subscriber.
    If this is a push subscription, verify the Distribution Agent process account is db_owner in the distribution and subscription databases, is a member of the PAL, and has read permissions on the snapshot share.
    If this is a pull subscription, verify the Distribution Agent process account is db_owner in the subscription database, is a member of the PAL, and has read permissions on the snapshot share.
    The permissions required are covered in
    Replication Agent Security Model.
    If you have anymore questions, please let me know.  I hope this helps.

  • JMS Send Transaction Failing, due to resources could not be assigned

    I am trying to get a transaction of a JMS send to work where the origination of the send occurs in domain A and the message queue is hosted in domain B. I have been able to get this to work; however, this issue has shown up in recent tests. I haven't changed anything other than the version of the Oracle database client that is being used. I don't see any relationship between that and the persistent store.
    Both domains are hosted on the same computer and both domains are simple development domains. Trust is established between the domains using 'global trust'.
    I'm running Weblogic Server 10.3.4..
    I'm not sure how to get around this issue. I can't find any documentation...
    My suspicion is that there needs to be some special configuration for the transaction, since I'm using the default persistence store. The warnings seem to indicate the problem. The AdminServer is hosted on domain A and the AuditAdminServer on domain B...
    Any assistance will be greatly appreciated!
    Thanks in advance...

  • Error: "Transaction type could not be determined" during PO Creation fromSC

    Hi all,
    I'm working on SRM 5.5 with ECS.
    During the creation of  a PO  I want to add a SC as an item of PO.
    But when I chose the SC and click on the button Add to PO I recive the error:
    Transaction type could not be determined
    In the organizational unit I set the attribute BSA and DP_PROCT_TY.
    there are other steps I have to do to join the transaction type of SC and PO?
    rgs
    enzo

    Hi Enzo,
    First check if the attribute BSA and DP_PROC_TY have the same value.
    Then in the attribute value for BSA, change the source system for the document type to your SRM system.
    Create a new PO and a shopping cart.
    Try changing the PO by adding the shopping cart
    Hopefully your problem may get resolved.
    Thanks
    Sanjeev

  • The requested operation could not be performed because OLE DB provider "MSOLAP" for linked server does not support the required transaction interface.

    I am getting the following error when attempting to INSERT the results of an "EXEC(@MDXQuery) at SSAS LinkedServer":
    The requested operation could not be performed because OLE DB provider "MSOLAP" for linked server does not support the required transaction interface.
    Here is code that illustrates what I am doing:
    DECLARE @MDX varchar(max);
    SET @MDX='
    SELECT
    [Measures].[Extended Service Count]
    } ON COLUMNS,
    NON EMPTY [Organization].[By Manufacturer].[Manufacturer]
    ON ROWS
    FROM (
    SELECT
    {[Organization].[Org Tree].&[2025],[Organization].[Org Tree].&[2040]} ON 0
    FROM [MyCube]
    /* Test 1 */
    EXECUTE(@MDX) at SSASLinkedServer;
    /* Test 2 */
    DECLARE @ResultsB TABLE (
    Manufacturer varchar(255)
    , ExtendedServiceCount float
    INSERT INTO @ResultsB (Manufacturer, ExtendedServiceCount) EXECUTE(@MDX) at SSASLinkedServer;
    Test 1 succeeds, returning expected results, and Test 2 fails returning the error mentioned above.
    Other articles I've found so far don't seem to apply to my case.  I am not creating any explicit transactions in my code.   When I use OPENQUERY, I am able to do the insert just fine, but not when I use EXEC @MDX at LinkedServer.
    Unfortunately in some variations of the query, I run into the 8800 character limit on OPENQUERY, so I need to use this other approach.
    Any ideas?
    -Tab Alleman

    Hi Tab,
    In this case, SQL Server Analysis Services doesn’t support Distributed Transactions by design. Here is a similar thread about this issue for your reference, please see:
    http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/8b07be45-01b6-49d4-b773-9f441c0e44c9/olaplinked-server-error-msolap-for-linked-server-olaplinked-server-does-not-support-the?forum=sqlanalysisservices
    One workaround is that use SQLCMD to execute the EXEC AT command and saved the results to a file, then import using SSIS.

  • Transactions report "Could not connect to daemon"

    Currently evaluationg ZLM 66, and am running into a problem with
    transactions. All appropriate modules are installed on client, and rcd is
    running correctly (as far as I can tell). Client activated to my ZLM server
    just fine, so I know communication from the client to the server is okay.
    After my first couple of test transactions to this client failed with the
    error "could not connect to daemon", I thought maybe there were some
    firewall issues. Completely disabled firewall on the client, and same
    results. The ZLM server can ping, ssh, etc to the client, so I know general
    network connectivity is good.
    ZLM indicates it communicated with the client in between some of my failed
    transactions, which makes again makes me think it's not a network
    connectivity issue.
    Has anyone else seen this problem?

    Most likely the rcd deamon on the client server is not running.
    I had a simmilar issue- basically I had to restart rcd about seven times
    while updating one of my boxes.
    /etc/init.d/rcd start solved (well, sort of) my problem. Not very
    helpfull unless you are manually updating and constantly whatching the
    action.

  • Could not commit transaction

    Hi,
    I am creating an approval procedure for SO, checking balance, due inovices and payment terms. The approval should not be trigger when the SO is cash basic. The payment term cash basic has code -1. This is my query. I got the error Could not commit transaction.
    What is wrong?
    SELECT CASE WHEN T0.Balance+$[$29.0.NUMBER] >  T0.CreditLine AND
    $[ORDR.GroupNum] <> (-1 ))
    OR
    (SELECT COUNT(*) FROM [dbo].[OINV] T1 WHERE T1.DocDueDate<GetDate()  AND T1.DocStatus='O' AND T1.CardCode = $[ORDR.CardCode]) > 0
    AND
    $[ORDR.GroupNum] <> (-1 )
    THEN 'TRUE'
    ELSE 'FALSE' END
    FROM [dbo].[OCRD] T0
    WHERE T0.CardCode = $[ORDR.CardCode]
    Tks
    Adriana

    Hi Adriana,
    By analyzing your logic, I simplified it. Please try this query:
    SELECT Distinct 'TRUE' From dbo.OCRD T0, dbo.OINV T1
    WHERE (T0.CardCode = $[$4.0.0]) AND ($[ORDR.GroupNum] !=N'-1') AND
    ((T1.DocDueDate<GetDate() AND T1.DocStatus='O' AND T1.CardCode = $[$4.0.0])
    OR (T0.CreditLine - T0.Balance < $[$29.0.NUMBER]))
    Thanks,
    Gordon

    Hello,
    As you can tell from the stack trace, TopLink is not throwing the exception, the connection is when TopLink is attempting to get a connection from the datasource. getConnection should not be throwing this exception, so it is likely a datasource configuration issue or a problem in the driver you are using. How is the datasource configured, what is the version of Oc4J and the driver you are using, and can you try using a different driver version?
    Best Regards,
    Chris
