Create empty document

Hi, I try to create empty pdf document using C# from standalone app. Here is my code.
CAcroApp acroApp = new AcroAppClass();
acroApp.Show();
AcroPDDoc pdDoc = new AcroPDDocClass();
Object jsObj = pdDoc.GetJSObject();     //  jsObj = null in this
Type T = jsObj.GetType();
Object doc = T.InvokeMember(
                "newDoc",
                BindingFlags.InvokeMethod |
                BindingFlags.Public |
                BindingFlags.Instance,
                null, jsObj, null);
if I guessed rigth ,  my problem is the obtaining  AcroPDDoc object. I've tryied to get it through AVDoc object, but got pdDoc=null in this case.
AcroAVDoc g_AVDoc = new AcroAVDocClass();
CAcroPDDoc pdDoc = (CAcroPDDoc)g_AVDoc.GetPDDoc();
I have not found any examples for obtaining JSObject without opened document. How can I do it?

My purpose is create pdf file from image. I've wanted create a document, and then added  annotation. I already have a ready plugin which inserts image to rectangle of annotation.
