BAPI_ISUSMORDER_CREATEMULTIPLE - Create Service Orders
BAPI_ALM_CONF_CREATE - Create confirmation for maintenance/service order
WTY04_CREATE_SERVICE_ORDER - Create Service order via function module.

Hi,
Historical orders which are completed within the current Financial year or the orders which completed within the particular time for which equipment history will be maintained.
Orders will be created in IW61 without any goods movement & financial posting to maintain the history of that.

MAM RFC Error with Order and Notification SyncBo's

Hi everyone, can you please advise on a problem I'm having when downloading 2-WAY SYNCBO MAM objects.
I am able to download all syncbo's to my client with my username. This includes Orders and Notifications.
But.....whenever I use a different username only some of the SyncBO's come over. I am missing MAM25_001 and MAM25_010 data. Here is what I have done so far:
- Ensured username had exactly the same SAP security profile as I do, including the MI authorization objects.
- Ensured username was configured the same in the IMG.
- Re-generated and re-replicated my SyncBo's.
- Checked table MEREP_10100. It showed no Order or Notification data.
It does not make sense why everything works for me, but not for other usernames on my network.
Here is the RFC error I get from the Middleware using MEREP_MON:
RFC system Error:
Z_MEREP_GEN_S01_____MAM25_010 has finished for run number 0000019624 and runtime counter 17.

Could you please reply the SP levels of the MI Client, MI server and MAM application?
Also is your client device a PDA?
You could try out few things ( not sure whether they will help)
1. Sync several times (may 6 times) for the other users.
2. Remove the MAM application for the one of the other usernames from the webconsole(which is not able get the data) and reassign it.
3. Try the username on some other device.

Table for satatus, CS, service order and notification

There is a field of status at the CS notifications. The tcode for customizing this field is OIBS but in which table can I find the related data? I'm also looking for the other tables of CS, service order and notification.

This you should be able to achieve through userExit IWO10009 (Checks on Order Save). You can write BDC coding for notification creation and put your conditions.

Set Service order and Notification to 'Technical Complete.

Need to set service order and notificatin to teco. Use below logic and it works fine for Service Orders but
it doesn't set the Notification to NOCO.

There is no diffrerence between service order and service order notification.
Its better if we can say - IW51 is for Service Order Notification
Generally when request is initiated by the customer or distributor to the retailer then the retailer will create a service order with the detail further process.
Regarding IW31 no proper idea. I have worked in SO notification only.

Error while creating order from notification

Dear Experts,
I am getting error (No material number transferred(Message no. M3752)) when creating order from R3 notification. the material number not copied from screen to VIQMEL. This is only in few times, not all times. when i debug this, in VIQMEL-FEKNZ = X(Error Records Exist).
This is only for R3 notification. Also not in all times.
What is the problem?

Thanks, I am creating notification thru IW21. form IW22 i am creating order. while creating is gives above error. in this case MATNR not saving in QMEL. even when i am saving in IW22 it's not saving. when i am creating order from IW22 it gives above ror. but it gives error some times only, not all the times. for the same equipment i created so many. some four times only i am getting this.

there is no separate confirmation for notifications, you can close the notification from IW22, or when you close order system willclose notifiaction also
Choose Logistics ® Customer service ® Service processing or Logistics ® Plant maintenance ® Maintenance processing.
You reach service processing or maintenance processing.
Choose Orders ® Change.
Enter the order number and call up the header data screen or the operation overview.
For information on how to enter technical findings when completing the order, see Entering Technical Findings.
Choose Order ® Functions ® Complete ® Complete (techn.).
The dialog box Complete is displayed.
Check the information in the dialog box and change it where necessary. If you want to complete the notifications contained in the object list at the same time, choose Complete notifications.
Choose Complete.
The system completes the order technically, assigns the relevant status to it, and saves it.
It completes all notifications with the appropriate status. If assigned notifications cannot be completed, a message is displayed by the system informing you of this.
Process these notifications accordingly and then complete them.
You can do this either directly with the change function for notifications, or from the order.
As before, call up the order using the change function, and choose
Order ® Functions ® Complete ® Complete notifications
Once you save the order, the outstanding notifications are also completed.

While creating order and in MB1C, I am getting the error "No RFC destination is defined for SAP Global Trade Services"

Well, something must have changed, so just follow the same steps as for the original set-up:
Define & assign Logical System
Define destination for RFC calls (SM59)
Assign destination for RFC Method Calls (BD97)
Define ALE Distribution Model (BD64)
Test with Function Module /SAPSLL/CD_ALE_RECEIVER_GET_R3

How to create orders and deliveries on Non-working day.

Greeting all,
We set up all our national holidays and Sundays as non-working day in our working calendar for Japan(OY05) .
But I have a request from Sales Dept that only one customer wants us to deliver products on the holidays.
We don't want to affect other customers delivery date so we are thinking we have to change the holiday to working day on the day before the holiday for the customer.
But we need a complicated procedure to change the calendar in our company IT rule so I am wondering if there is any other good solution that we don't have to change the calendar so often.
Does anybody have the same situation like this?
I will appreciate any kind of suggestion.

I understand that is simple and correct procedure but I wanted to consider other possibilities to ship on non-working day because it is NOT working day here.
Finally, our management have decided we don't change the calendar and ship with date the system proposes. They explained the customer and our distributor center that shipping date is one day ahead because of the calendar.

Creating FOC and return based on Service order

Hi,
I think you are working on CS module,
Notification is created and from their you trigger a Service order
Now service order is nothing but our sales order or a contract.
Make a copy control for the service order to your FOC or return Order. (VTAA)
fetch all the data to your FOC or Return order do the process for these two.
Your Service order will be open till you complete the process
then complete the service order and notification

Soft errors/warnings are creating idocs in 51 status, and creating orders

In our SAP 4.7 environment, inbound orders that encounter credit checks, materials in the wrong status, blocked customers, and several other issues that should just be warnings or messages rather than resulting in status 51 idocs, are hitting 51 error status, and they are creating orders in SAP as well (51 status idocs are still creating orders, and nuisance messages are creating 51 status idocs, and still creating orders). I assume someone made some programming changes years ago to cause this to happen. This is really polluting workflow and BD87, and customer service is duplicating orders as they process 51 status idocs through workflow, unaware that orders already created immediately regardless of the 51 status.
Can anyone point me in the direction of where I can specify what warnings or errors constitute 51 status, and where I can stop 51 status idocs from creating orders until the error is repaired?
Would it be in program RBDAPP01, or the inbound function module EDI_DATA_INCOMING?

so then it is time to check it out in WE19 debug mode. After each PERFORM in the EDIDC Loop in the FM IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS, check the control and status data, this will lead you to the point where the unexpected and/or unwanted behavior appears.
In the LOOP AT IDOC_CONTRL, in our system line 183 you find the comment fill IDOC Status. Check if field OK is not cleared here. If OK is set although you should have errors, then it's already too late.
But please double-check EXIT_SAPL_VEDA_004 if it changes the tables parameter didoc_status = idoc_status.
What I did not mention yet as I think you are talking only about IDoc not about online processing, applies to both:
Customizing SPRO, SAP Reference IMG, Sales and Distribution -> Sales -> Sales Documents -> Define variable messages:
Here you may have entries for application area V4, Sales messages (variable messages and EDI messages). Check if you find suspicious messages set to 'W' here.
If this is the case and table logging is switched on as it should be, you can use menu uitilities -> change logs to find out who changed what when.

Can it be done by configuration in the node> Notification processing>Define follow up actions for tasks, where based on a open status of task an order can be automatically created.

Here I am creating a follow-up action for a task as create order and thought of assigning an order create function module ALM_ME_ORDER_CREATE with modifying the subrc parameters with some return values. Can it be done this way? I am asking because I am not very sure as to what is the best way to acieve it. I want to achieve this min minimum development.

Create Orders in PPDS

Hi,
Can any one give the BAPI which can be used to Create ORders in PPDS. ACtually after creating orders need to view the orders using transaction code /n/sapapo/rrp3.
Also manually we can create orders using program /sapapo/sjktst04 but with this program we cannot assign characteristics. So is there any BAPI to create ORders and assign charcteristics values for that.
Also if any one know BAPI to delete the orders created using order category.
